Jakdaw restaurant was really good! I didn't like the outdated bathroom. There was no complimentary water inside the room. Pool was full of debris.

This is our second time here and will always return when we need to stay in the area. Front desk people are awesome. Lobby is spectacular. Room is incredible. Bed super comfortable. Shower and water pressure top notch. Pool is amazing. Close to pretty much anything.

Staff is great, clean rooms, great bar and restaurant with a fantastic breakfast buffet, close to shopping and free parking. What more could you ask for? There is also a golf course onsite which we didn’t get to play because there were no tee times available. My fault, both theirs. We will be back!!

Something I've never seen before. I ordered room service, a steak. They brought me my 70.00 dollar steak in a plastic container with mashed potatoes, no other sides and a plastic knife and fork. Not even a higher end plastic but something you might get from KFC. It's a fine hotel just don't plane on eating there, like anything at all.

MY SINK STOPPED UP, NEVER WAS FIXED AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE UP. I GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR OVER AN HOUR.

We enjoyed our room, however we were appalled at how dirty the pool was. This was the main reason for our 3 night staycation at this hotel. Not once during our stay was the pool cleaned. The patio around the pool, loungers and chairs were also pretty nasty.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I paid extra for a view and the view I got was of the swimming pool and a couple of holes on the golf course. Beyond that were trees.

We showed up and checked in at about 4:30pm. When we got to our room on the 7th floor, we were literally right across from the elevator, so all night we just heard the dinging and people getting on and off the elevator. The thermostat in the room didn’t have a difference between heat and A/C, just on or off, so we had it set at 80 degrees and it was still blowing cold air. The bedding was still damp on the bed. Overall, it is a very nice hotel, we just weren’t impressed with this experience.

The room doors are VERY loud when you close them, even when you're trying to be careful. There is a gap under the doors so that you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the hallways. We could hear a loud group that was on the patio until after 1am in our room on the 6th floor! The fire safety mechanism in the room flashes BRIGHT white and green lights all night. The TV came on by itself at 6am flashed "No signal" and then turned itself off - very upsetting when you are exhausted and trying to enjoy sleeping in. The walls are very thin, we could hear the alarm from the next room go off at 5am. All of these things combined made for two very sleepless nights. The bartenders at the restaurant downstairs are great - they were attentive and very nice - the service and the food were very good.

FABULOUS STAY!! You will not go wrong booking this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.Also, this hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Staff at the hotel is amazing and very smart. We had a little bit of a complicated check in and billing set up and the staff just knew how to handle it. One of the best trained Front Desk personnel I have ever seen.

The property, rooms and area was nice. Unfortunately the stay was ruined by the cleaning staff talking very loudly on speaker phone and waking us up early. After I expressed my frustration I went back to sleep only for it to start again 10 minutes later. To find out, she was talking to her manager 3 rooms down. The first offense was simply inconsiderate of the guests, the 2nd offense was blatantly rude with no consideration to the guests. It only takes one worm to ruin an apple and in this case there was two.

I’ve stayed here at the Marriott property several times it’s in a great location plenty of restaurants and businesses not to mention an outstanding golf range. The prices are extremely reasonable. Very nice hotel .

My husband and I stayed here for a friends 40th birthday that was being held about 15 minutes from the property. The check-in was easy and quick, there were plenty of fast food places close by and it was close to the freeway. Unfortunately due to issues with our flight we lost a day so we can’t speak to all the amenities and bar/food, however it looked inviting.

My daughter and I needed to do some early back to school shopping. We planned on going several different locations and this was perfect. We have stayed here twice and between the staff, clean hotel, and beautiful grounds and views we make this our base camp. We made it over to the TCU area within 30 minutes and same for Grapevine and love the location. The staff, I can't express is the best part of this hotel!

We were only passing thru town so we didn't get to use all of the amenities, but from what we did see, this hotel is amazing. The restaurant downstairs is really good and the service both there and at the front desk were great!! Our room was perfectly sized and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect location - off the highway but not too far. We will stay here again for sure.

The hotel is very nice, I enjoyed the large t.v, the comfortable beds and the full size toiletries in the bathroom. All of the employees were very friendly also! But I wasnt impressed with the breakfast, especially for the price. And the coffee was pretty bad. Even the starbucks coffee in the lobby wasnt good, it tasted old.
