We stayed there because it has a pool!!! Our son and his family are stationed in Jacksonville and we wanted to be able to hang out with them at the pool, it is still between 85 and 90 degrees during the day here!!! I was very upset that on Labor Day the pool was already closed!!! No other pools in the area are closed yet!! Very disappointed!!!

Very comfortable bed, kitchenette and suite in general well equipped, really clean, many options to eat nearby and activities for fun, breakfast was great. The only thing is that they should be more specific about the pool, it was a one of the reasons why I chose this place and it was closed.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and quiet. We didn’t use the in room kitchen but it seemed like it had everything you would need for simple cooking. The breakfast was good each morning, very traditional hotel offering. The service was excellent, everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again the next time we are in Jacksonville.

Room was small as compared to photos, we had to ask for towels, toilet paper, body wash etc. Room only cleaned once. Noisy at night, bed sheets and spread never stayed on made for lumpy sleep.

The room was nasty the living room furniture was all stained the cabinets were falling apart the stove wasn’t working the dishwasher ace a loud noise they charged me for my service said they don’t recognize emotional service dogs and I told she was an emotional service dog witch I didn’t and charged us 100.00 would never stay there again went to visit my Marine grandson

The outside property was very nice. It was very close to an event I was attending Oct. 23, 2023. The thing I didn't like were the two dead cockroaches I found next to the pad & pen on my night stand.

There was a weird smell in the room upon arrival. I went out and bought Clorox wipes and FEBREEZE to freshen the place. Also the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms had a weird noise. Overall the stay was good.

We have a split decision on this property: I found it quite adequate but small, while my wife loved it.It is clean, has a very friendly staff, and just about everything you need, including a corkscrew! The location is good with all kinds of shopping and dining nearby. But the room, although very well-designed to maximize the space, is a bit smallish, especially for a large (6 foot, 250 pound) guy. Suffice it to say I felt I got my money's worth and will stay here again.

Two night stay this time (we have stayed here before) and it was fine. Only complaint was a slow -- but not clogged -- drain in the shower. Room had a full size fridge, which we really like. Strangely, the closet has doors that open both to the room itself, and to the bathroom, which is quite interesting. We will likely stay again if we have to come this way.

I had to leave early due to a weather event at home coming in earlier than expected. When I checked out, I was told that I needed to contact the booker and I would be issued a refund for the night I could not stay. When I contacted the booker the next morning, this hotel told them they didn't process my check out until the next morning, so I'm ineligible for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.
