Stayed at the hotel to go to universal studios for 3 days. Drive to universal is about 20 minutes. The location of hotel is good and felt safe. There was 3 levels of underground parking so plenty of parking but it was $27/night. It was close to the glendale galleria, target, shopping, restaurants. The hotel include free breakfast which was a plus. Food was delicious- made to order omelets was so good, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, muffins, cereal, oatmeal,etc there was mamy varieties. The room itself was big and clean. The only complaint we have is the water pressure. The sinks flood water when we turn it on so had to make sure to turn on slowly and use less. Overall it was a grray stay amd we would definitely stay again.

we have stayed at this property many times in the past with no issues. However, this time we experience some. We choose this hotel in part because we like to use the hot tub after going to Universal. We were not informed the hot tub was broken until we checked in which by then it’s too late to choose another hotel. When I explained why we choose their hotel the Front Desk simply said oh, I’ll tell my manager.” Then we arrived at our room and the floor in the bathroom was sinking, and all of the tile had raised due to obvious water getting in there. As we were checking out, I explained to the Front Desk that if this water continues to get underneath there, they are going to have mold issues and the sub flooring was going to continue to deteriorate. Once again, they simply said “oh, I’ll tell the manager.” I’m not sure if those messages ever got delivered, but hopefully the manager will see this review. Otherwise breakfast is great and the afternoon reception is one of our favorite things and the bartender was fantastic.

It was a nice hotel close to the studio where The Price Is Right is taped. We stayed 3 nights. Hot tub was closed and we didn't get a chance to use the pool. We did enjoy daily breakfast and evening reception.

Great hotel. Good vibes. Room was top notch and typical quality ES breakfast and manager's special. Nice neighborhood. We walked to dinner one evening and it was lovely. Staff was 100. Koi Pond was fun to look at as we came and went.

Overall, a nice stay Helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet (even better than other Embassy Suites). Convenient location in Glendale near the malls. The only negative is that the property is showing its' age ( I believe some modernization is occurring). We had to call maintenance a couple of times to fix things. One of the elevators did not work our entire 8 day stay. The pool was closed for our entire stay. etc.

We called the day before to ask about the pool and jacuzzi because we wanted a hotel with a jaccuzi.hours. We were told that both were opened until 10. They did not bother to tell us that the jaccuzzi has no heat. Why would you not tell someone that when they specifically called to ask? The pool did not feel heated either. This was very dissapointing.We had a family birthday with a group of 10, and that was part of our plan. The breakfast snd evening teception were both nice, so we at least had that.

Overall, the property was nice. Breakfast each morning was great! Sheets were dirty in the bed the first night, they sent someone up to change. The Second day after being out over nine hours they had not cleaned the room. At 930 pm they had a guy hand us towels, toilet paper and plastic bags to change the garbage ourselves. This as not okay!

The staff is super nice and attentive. The reason I am giving it a low rating is because the room was dirty. The bathtub was disgusting! I at first thought they had not cleaned the bathtub, it was black. So I requested they come and clean it. They didn’t clean it, they just came with a disinfecting spray and wiped it down. That nasty bath tub needed a scrub down, not a spray and wipe. This place does not scrub its bathtubs at all. They just do a quick spray and wipe. Gross!!! So I had to put a towel down inside the bathtub when I took a shower. I did not feel clean at all!

Our stay was awesome. We loved everything about it. Nice breakfast! Nice staff! We stayed for 3 nights and the only thing I didn’t like was that our room was never cleaned. Nothing was refilled, but when I called front desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels they were brought to our room immediately. I wonder why housekeeping skipped our room🤔

The staff was EXCELLENT! Excellent customer service. That being said, the noise was terrible. Yes, they are remodeling, but the noise should stop during evening hours. The screech from the elevators reverberates through every room. Take earplugs if you stay here.

This is our hotel of choice. I love embassy suites. We love that theres a separate bedroom from the living room area. We are a family of 5 and our middle child always loves to stay in the living area on the sofa bed. My husband loves the breakfast. Love the 11am check out. We always sleep well.

The mattress is serious need of replacing...stayed 2 nights woke up with achy back each day....mattress was old lumpy not very comfortable...pillows were flat as a cardboard...advised the front desk to switch rooms...was informed all rooms probably had the same type of mattress!!

We had a king suite room booked. The room and bathroom both are pretty spacious and has good closet space too. The only thing I can complain about it is the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. The rooms were clean and well kept. Housekeeping service was prompt. Our booking included complimentary breakfast which was amazing with a variety of options. The ambience of the hotel overall is very nice. I would definitely recommend this for a multinight stay. One complaint I have is about complimentary wifi. The front desk mentioned that since we booked via third party there is a charge of $9.95 per day for the wifi access which I thought was unnecessary. They could have given the complimentary wifi.

No windows, all opens to central interior courtyard. Excellent staff, very kind, and probably the only reason I would consider going back. Older deteriorating rooms. Wasn’t comfortable with the cleanliness of the older sofa bed, which sloped horribly for the person sleeping there — it is a suite. peeling paint, very dim lighting. Absolutely no queen beds (didn’t realize they were all doubles!)

We've stayed at this hotel before with no issues, but this time around was not the best. Once we checked into our room, we realized the carpet by the beds and closet was completely soaked. Called the front desk and they said we'd have to switch rooms. So someone comes up to our room with new keys and we grab our stuff and move. The toom we werw put in didnt seem like it was quite ready for guest cause it wasnt the cleanest. But we were tired so we stayed with that room. Come 6am and my husband is waking me telling me the toilet is over flowing all over and to call the front desk. So I call and they say they'll send someone. Well sure enough just as I'm getting ready to change my clothes here walks in a maintenance man. No knock, just let himself in. He apologized and stated he wasnt told that anyone was actually in the room . Ok, not his fault. He cleans the bathroom and says he'll have someone bring us clean towels. 15 mins go by and now we are all getting dresses and ready to head down for breakfast and the same maintenance man lets himself in again, to bring us towels. Now Im mad because he cant say he didnt know we were in there, so there shouldve been no reason he just let himself in again. Fast forward a few hours and I get a text from the hotel asking how is our staying going. I respond with not good. They message back asking when they can call and talk about it. I tell them to call me whenever. Never got a call. Last time we stay here

Property is nice and centrally located. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is convenient, but a bit expensive. Staff is nice, but the few times we asked for extra service they were slow to accomodate, although they eventually did complete the requested task. Would stay again and recommend for families especially.

Overall, the staff was friendly. My poor rating for staff was my checkin experience. I tried to checkin at 3pm and the staff member curtly replied “checkin is at 4pm.” That’s all he said so I asked if I needed to come back at 4pm. He simply responded “Yes. Checkin is at 4”. His brevity and coldness was really off putting. I’ve been to many hotels where the staff is friendly and empathetic. In many cases, I’ve had staff look for the availability of a prepared room.

We always like to stay at Embassy Suites. Their breakfast is excellent and the breakfast area is well set up and clean. The rooms are tired and dated. Could do with a revamp. Beds were not that comfortable in this hotel. We had a clogged bathroom sink when we arrived. Maintenance came out promptly and took care of that. Parking is safe and secure. The hotel location is excellent. Very close to The Getty, Griffith Observatory and Universal. Lots of restaurants near by.Walking around at night it felt well lit and safe. Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of Glendale.

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at 1pm. Room was clean, bathroom clean and fridge clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Hotel was pretty booked but our floor was quiet. Breakfast was good with omelettes made the way you like. Parking is offered onsite for $27 but there is a lot right door for $15. 10 minutes away from Universal Studios.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Only a couple bummers. The hot tub was not hot. The evening reception drinks were fine but snacks were gone within 20 minutes and not restocked. And we ordered room service one evening and it was outrageously expensive. But overall it was a good stay

Beautiful, specious, comfortable room. The breakfast is the BEST complementary breakfast we've ever had in any hotel. This is now our new go to hotel for business and pleasure. We fly into Burbank sometime monthly for business or pleasure. I hope the service never changes.
