I recently stay 39 consecutive nights at this location, paying premium rate and booking daily (I received a daily per diem for my hotel). Almost every time I rebooked my room - I prepaid the night before, always as early as I could to avoid the possibility of the hotel being sold out before I could reserve my room again. I was late (paying for the room by 3pm for that night) TWICE in 39 bookings. That is well over $4,000 I spent on my room. The two days I was a couple of hours late in my booking the room, I had the most unpleasant experience of dealing with the General Manager. This woman has NO business working in hospitality, aa she was extemely rude and her threatening me - after I had paid far in advance every single time before without issue - was so off putting and the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. When any other hotel would have been thanking me for my repeated business and been a lot more accommodating - this woman treated me so horribly and was beyond inappropriate. She acted as if this were an ongoing issue, when it was 2 out of 39 times. The final straw? After I had prepaid the night before - she proceeded to wake me up - to continue to talk down to me about the 2 times I had paid late MORE THAN A WEEK BEFORE. This woman knocked on my door to start an argument over an incident that happened a week ago! Her ego is out of control & the way she talks down to ppl is disgusting. It's the motel 6 lady - get over yourself.
