AC Hotel Miami Wynwood

Elevator wasn’t working, smelled bad in hallways. Room was ok not super clean. Not friendly at front desk. Was supposed to get $15 dining credit per day, only got for one day. Asked up front and she was rude and said it would change after checkout. It did not. Pool area very small and dirty.

Nice room and nice pool/ gym on the roof.

I really enjoyed the hotel because it has many nice, fun rest areas. Gym is very nice as well as the rooftop where you can have good grill food looking at the beautiful sunset of the beach in Miami.

I loved the rooftop lounge/bar with the pool and views ofnthe waterfront.

Great hotel in a fun neighborhood. Somewhat walkable but things are close so cheap Uber rides as well. Fun rooftop pool and bar.

Very nice gym, a good convenient location. Only downside is it is on the other side of the tracks from most of the restaurants and businesses in Midtown. However, everybody was very nice and helpful at the hotel. It is a very nice facility. Would definitely stay there again.

It was at the heart of Wynwood. Very close to the beach and the Miami Dade Arena. It was very clean. They had a parking garage but it's recommended to go small cars as the garage is very compact.

Very nice. But they do charge $25 to park and A $5.50 “self parking tax”. Not sure why we were taxed to park ourselves? But the room was super nice. Friendly staff very clean.

Likes: spacious room with modern interior, roof top is classy, buffet breakfast was extraordinary superb, Expedia say breakfast for 2 only but we were a family of 4 and hotel staff included buffet breakfast for all 4 of us but you have to ask for before starting. We used $15 credit to order potatoes and remaining balance to tip staff at the breakfast. Very nice staff, very helpful. Overall stay was excellent 👌 Area to improve: took so long to deliver towels in room after several reminders, elevator is bit slow but otherwise great hotel.

Celebrated my Birthday at AC Hotel Miami Wynwood. It was a solo trip, The whole Staff (Anya, Fyannah, Randy, Andrew, Yusi) so many names I forgot to mention went above and to make my birthday very special. I would recommend staying at this hotel. My room was clean, shower head was amazing. I had a great view to the city from my room as well. The rooftop bar and views from the roof were beautiful. Definitely will be back to stay here when I travel to Miami.

I recently stayed at AC Hotel Miami Wynwood and overall my experience was pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable. However, there was one issue that affected my stay. There was a noticeable odour in the hallway that was quite unpleasant. It seamed to linger throughout my stay and distracted from the positive experience. If hotel management addresses the issue it would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Rooms were very nice, spacious bathrooms, trendy, modern decor. Staff was all friendly. **only complaint is that there was a smoking room down the hall from us and it made the hallway smell pretty bad - when we walked by while housekeeping was in there with the door open it was almost unbearable.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here two years ago and had no complaints. This hotel is nice with excellent amenities and staff. However, this stay I was disappointed in the cleanliness. We had to get our room switched after requesting a room clean just after arrival. The bed spread was dirty and they never came after asking two times. Once I went downstairs they just politely switched the room and made accommodations. We had no complaints about anything else. The staff was great! Can’t remember the name of the manager on site, but he was awesome! I would come back even after that.

The hotel was well designed and the rooftop was a great hangout spot. I also loved the long bench in our room to open up our suitcases on.

Late night service hostess - good & friendly. Day service gentlemen - average to neutral at best. Room - clean, modern, decently sound proofed. Bed comfortable enough. Problems - AC in some part of its cycle screeches and then rattles for several minutes. Doing this periodically throughout the night really does disturb sleep. Fire alarm went off at least 5-6x around 9:30-10:30 am. Possibly due to renovations. But still annoying nonetheless. Toilet actually clogged. Location is decent if you want to be near Miami’s design district & downtown. I can’t recommend if you’re a traveler like me who’s only looking for a good night’s sleep… which amounts to quiet, blackout shades, cleanliness, climate control, and a comfortable bed.

I had an enjoyable stay at the AC Hotel in Wynwood, Miami, Florida, booked through Expedia. The experience was largely positive, and I found the hotel to be a delightful choice for my vacation. The room itself was wonderful - it exuded a contemporary and modern ambiance that I loved. It was impeccably clean, and the thoughtful design added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom, in particular, was a highlight for me - simply amazing. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my stay was the view from the window. It provided a lovely outlook. While my stay was generally satisfying, I did encounter a few small issues. The pillows were underfilled with a synthetic material that wasn't as comfortable as I would have preferred, but this was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of sufficient space for luggage and limited/non-existent wardrobe options in a two-queen beds room was a bit of a downside. The rooftop pool, while offering a promising concept, was disappointingly small - roughly equivalent to three typical hot tubs, certified for 11 people max. The pool's closure at 5 pm during the summer, despite promises of being open until dusk, was a slight letdown. Despite these minor setbacks, my overall experience at the AC Hotel in Wynwood was delightful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. If you're looking for a stylish and modern hotel in a great location, the AC Hotel is definitely worth it

Room was clean. Location of the hotel is quite noisy; you could hear motorcycles outside throughout the night. You could also hear people talking in the hallway. Not sure what the added Destination Fee is for. McD’s, Target, Trader Joes, Starbucks and Walgreens all walking distance. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall my stay was good - my hotel room was very nice. However - I booked a king bed and for whatever reason there was not a king bed available for me when I arrived. If it weren't for that I'd have given a higher rating.

Reserved a king size bed. When we got to our room they placed us in a two queen room. Went to desk and was told they were sold out of kings. I made this reservation 6 months in advance. Wont book here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. It smells amazing when you walk in, the reception and bar staff are very kind and friendly. We loved the room, minimalist, modern and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Easy access to cruise port. Highly recommend and would come back.

Staff didn’t clean my room 2 days in a row

Room was perfect for 1-2 people. I was privileged to interact with the women who worked the check in unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they are a credit to your company. Personable and knowledgeable, good customer service

We got there at 2 p.m. and we were told that our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby as we observed all the people after us get their rooms. At 3:00, I asked what happened to our room? They were very polite but they sent me to a room that was not yet cleaned. I called the front desk from the dirty room and they sent the security guard with keys for a different room. This entire fiasco lasted almost 2 hours. Thankfully, the second room was ready and clean. The staff and manger were very nice, but I think they could have offered something better to make it right. The parking garage wreaked of urine and there were puddles of it. The hotel is within a safe walking distance to Miami District which was a plus.

The AC Wynwood Hotel was wonderful. Staff was especially helpful and friendly. Front office staff (Giselle was terrific) and the dining staff were helpful and pleasant.

The hotel itself was clean and almost all the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and rooftop were very nice and convenient to relax in. The only thing that tampered with our stay was the initial check in counter worker. She was extremely rude to me when i was trying to check in rolling her eyes and with attitude. I let it go because we had just gotten there and i didnt want to ruin the stay. Then my friend went down the next day without me and she had a nasty attitude with her too. Finally on the last day the 3rd person staying in the room went down to check out because thats how uncomfortable she made us that we didnt want to interact with her again and she had a nasty attitude with her as well. It was so uncomfortable to go up to the counter and ask questions when she was there when she had an attitude with every single person in the room. Everyone else at the front desk was helpful and friendly but she definitely made the experience negative.

This hotel is a straight up scam. The amount of fees they add to your bill after you've checked out is outrageous, and conveniently there is no one at the desk at checkout in the morning before 8am, or the old our computers are down. They impose multiple charges after you've paid the nightly rate. In all my years of traveling for business (36), I've never seen a hotel charge so many additional fees after payment. There are destination fees, occupancy tax, state sales tax, parking fees, and self-parking tax. Self Parking tax? This is insane and outright robbery. They also try to get you to eat and drink in their hotel by offering credits to offset your destination fee. This is a straight-up scam. Sales taxes and occupancy taxes were part of the original price paid, and now they are double-dipping. Additionally, there is not a single employee at the front desk or in the hotel from 11 pm until 6am. NO ONE. You'd better have your key card, because you won't get into the hotel without it.

This hotel is very accommodating and the staff was extremely nice.

Relatively new facility that is centrally located in the north end of Miami. Perfect location for accommodations following a business meeting.

Angel who checked us in at the front desk…was very nice and professional … The security guard was very helpful and showing us how to get up to our room… The room was very clean and contemporary and upscale. Great location to all the upscale shopping in the design district.

Good property but area not developed yet, need to walk two blocks over railway tracks to get to newly developed midtown. Cannot take away from property though, clean and great service

We stayed at this property prior to going on a cruise and it was located just a few miles from the cruise port. The room was set up nicely and the property was great! A !

We loved the hotel and the service we had from everyone! Only thing I’d note for others is that it’s a longer walk to areas like design district than it looks overhead due to a railroad affecting the routes to the closest shops/restaurants/etc. and I would say the walk across there may not be ideal later at night, but a great hotel regardless!

I considered staying at Arlo originally, but the location of the AC Hotel was better - right on Biscayne Boulevard and near Miami Design District. The hotel is well-kept and accommodated my late check out.

Perfect location warm staff

Had a seamless stay at the AC Wynwood. Front desk staff were accommodating to us arriving early. Held our luggage until our room was ready, let us use the rooftop pool and facilities and were able to check is in early once the room was ready. The room was as expected and clean. The location is continent for food, bars and shopping and safe walking around at night.

The $30/day credit for food is fake. You don’t actually get a resort credit because you are paying for it via food. They also make multiple holes on your debit or credit card for no reason. Then charge your final bill at the end of stay so you have 3 charges from Marriott eating your funds.

The rooftop was amazing. Total chill vibe. Nice accommodations and great food and drinks .

Friendly & easy check-in. As we were early they offered to hold our luggage. Parking $40 was adjacent & covered. Room is very comfortable with all amenities. Roof top deck is nicely appointed with a great view. Enjoyed a tasty lunch (note hefty service charge added) by the pool which looked welcoming but didn’t use. Bikes available for use. Wynwood Walls a short walk away. Breakfast buffet which conveniently begins at 6:30am in lobby restaurant was ample & good.

The hotel is beautiful and well-located for visiting Miami. However, the destination fee and breakfast credit was one of the most dishonest and stingiest moves I have ever had a hotel pull on me. $30 for breakfast sounds great until you have to pay $12 for the worst parfait ever made. The spoon didn't even reach to the bottom of the glass!

The rooftop bar was the highlight of this hotel. Good breakfast, clean, quiet, walkable.

The breakfasts are great!! a Variety of options really enjoyable. The Top Roof is very comfortable with a nice view, the hotel itself is very well located, front desk people are very nice and accomodating. What I didn´t like is that there is a $30 charge for destination fee per each night that is automatically added to your bill, even if you can use it for food, drinks, etc, but in our case we were always out so we could not use it.

Food is not great at onsite restaurants
