Toilet didn’t work and the room was dirty

Staff wanted to remove chirping smoke detector instead of replacing battery. Room was dirty. Sink was cracked all the way through the basin. Carpet was cut out and replaced in big noticiable patches. Door locks were inoperable. Look like someone may have kicked for in and broke it. Got a refund and found a different hotel.

The photos of the property clearly were not of this property. Lighting in the room was horrible and the area near the bathroom sink was un lit and very dark. The lighting over the shower had an exposed light bulb. The door did not close tight, and you could see light around the entire door while it was closed. The mattress was absolutely horrible and I woke up with a backache.

Dirty, neglected, broken outlets and toilet screw loose. The worst hotel O have ever staid.dont recommend at all. Don't know why Expedia even offers it disgusting.
