I was continuing to have issues with my card to get in the door. Even adter getting a second card. My room was the 1st one next to the door. There was people coming in and out of the door, the door slamming and making a lot of noise up until 10:30 at night. I had come from Rio Grand Valley in Texas snd all I wanted to do was sleep after being on the road for 12 hours. And had another 9 hour day the following day. I went out to walk my dog and one of the people going in and out of the door were put there smoking a joint, and we had to walk by that. I tried to figure out how to turn on the hot tub, but not only was it NOT hot, the button was missing or broke so it wasn’t available either. I have fibromyalgia and was looking forward to sit in it after a long day of driving. Not a great experience, and will most likely “NOT” be back!

Office area was clean , rest of property was in need of a face lift, carpets were worn and diden,t look clean,funiture was beat up and chiped,no amount of cleaning was going to make it look good. Slight order in hallway and in room.

Overall the stay went well except that we wanted to relax in a nice outdoor sitting area. The area we were directed to was only accessible by walking through a the indoor pool room which had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Many of the outdoor tables were tipped upside down and the cushions were on the ground and in poor repair. The area was very small with a very high fence and a locked gate. Therefore we had to leave through the indoor pool room again.

My stay was fine until the day of check out. Apparently the power was out and the elevators were not working. This is a real inconvenience when you’re on the 4th floor but it’s really inconsiderate when the staff at the hotel doesn’t let you know that the power is out. I had to call the front desk to why the elevator wasn’t working and this is when I found out the power was out and their is no estimate time of restore.

Carpets in hall are very dirty, ice machine missing from 3rd floor, cracked bathroom sink, broken handle on dresser, missing buttons on elevator and general appearance of needing an overhaul. I over paid for this hotel. I've stayed at 5 hotels on this trip and this one is in the worse condition. Did get a goog nights sleep, comfortable beds. But not worth $140.00, more in the line of $65 - $75 a night.

Beware! Our recent stay was disappointing. We arrived at night and our floor was busy with people and kids running around. The room next to us was loud. Through thin walls we heard a noisy room yelling and arguing. We asked the front desk to change rooms and were told we could not because they were short staffed on house keeping. The place overall was filthy. A back door was being propped open in the rain by an old chair. Our rooms darkening drapes were missing and a shower curtain was hanging instead. Outside the window a bright parking lot light beamed in. The halls and common areas were filthy. The lady at front desk was helpful and did ask the neighbors twice to quiet and eventually they did. She said there was a prom staying there although so no sight of prom students. Well NEVER stay at the UnCOMFORTable Suites again.

Our ceiling had obviously leaked in the past and had an attempted repair. It rained during the night and another leak came through the ceiling. Bathroom ceiling vent was full of gross hair, dead skin, lint etc. hot tub was barely warm and jets did not work. Bath tub had broken stabilizer bar.

Vending machines had been removed. couch and rugs in room were stained. They advertised “convenience store” on premises but there was a counter top fridge with limited drinks. They did have great ice cream and the free breakfast was great.

Found two roaches in room and someone’s leftover plum seed. Hallway carpet needed vacuumed and honestly replaced. Shower was stained, rusty. Missing baseboard with rusted metal exposed.

The owner of this property needs to invest in some remodeling. The carpets and chairs had a film of gross crust on them from years of not being cleaned and smoking, the bathtub had rust in it that looked like poop smeared in, there was a musty smell throughout, and everything was run down. The staff were wonderful and I feel bad they have to work under such conditions.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The seating had stains which made the room appear dirty but the beds and bathroom was spotless. They should really consider reupholstering the furniture or do a better job removing the stains.

This looks like a new hotel from the outside, but when you look at the cabinet in the bathroom and tub, maybe it was a renovated. Good size room. But the desk light didn't work. One side had no bulb and was it plugged in? Would have to move desk to confirm. Hard to see to read directions for the coffee machine without the desk lamp. Nice that the fridge had a freezer part for the cold pack in my cooler bag. I personally have a problem with a $50 charge per night for a pet. This is rather high when it only requires maybe extra vacuuming. And it's a hardship on traveling seniors. $25 would be fairer.

The room is so nasty, old and hot. The bed is so uncomfortable and I have been to many comfort suites, this is the worst hotel ever. Don’t stay here, don’t waist your money. I spent $135/ night and have to stay up all night because the bed is so old and uncomfortable

Was a perfect room for the 4 of us. Wife and I traveling with out 2 adult sons. Just a bit run down. Employees were very nice. Breakfast buffet was great.

The location worked for me but wished I chosen one of the better hotels by the convention center. The staff was surly. The room needed a general fix up like the missing screen on the faucet that caused water to spew out, the toilet seat that didn’t fit the toilet, electrical outlets that didn’t work are were so stretched out that the plug wouldn’t stay in. The room might have had a light dusting or vacuuming but was far from clean.

Front desk staff was wonderful, minimal effort for check-in/check out. Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows and bed was not hard and hurt my back. I do a lot of traveling, and will definitely keep this in mind for future stays

Not terrible… the room and lobby could have been cleaner. Microwave is in a cubby that won’t plug in so you have to move a full-sized microwave to the counter just to use it. Overall, the hotel is dated and just needs an update and a paint job. The area did feel safe and there was an excellent Italian restaurant around the corner.

Easy to locate and reach. Friendly and helpful staff. Seems well maintained. Many restaurants and gas stations nearby, but the area around this and several adjacent hotels is “parklike”, i.e., green and beautiful!
