The property had construction going on for renovations. However the staff was very apologetic. She mentioned the floor I stayed at remodel was complete. My only complaint was the shower pan didn’t feel sturdy and shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Also disappointed the pool was closed especially during the summer time.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a very nice breakfast and the service was great. I went swimming twice and the water was wonderful. I also used the exercise room. They have top notch equipment. Our room was large with lots of space for luggage. It had coffee machine as well as microwave and refrigerator. All worked well.

Easy to get to, well-appointed hotel with plenty of parking. Somehow, the room was not very dark at night, which made sleeping difficult. The front of the hotel is very well-lit, but this light comes into the room. New blackout curtains that cover the whole window are needed. There are also flashing lights on the ceiling that prevent total darkness.

All the hotel staff were top notch and wonderful. The room was not so great. It stayed freezing cold. The floors were sticky and wet feeling and my clothes that I hung up in the closet were damp feeling the next day. There were watermelon seeds everywhere on the floor and just didn't look swept or mopped and just overall didn't feel like it was as clean as it could.

Overwhelming smell of smoke from restaurant to lobby was the first bad impression, walking the hallway to room- look up and you’ll see mold or rust on tile after tile, room had a crack tub basin that had been sloppily caulked over, someone’s buggers (mucus) was left on the wall by bed pillows. Air conditioner worked. Needs a complete remodel and deep cleaning. Thought I was booking the other similar property in the same town. Pay attention! This one is horrible. We got up and left at 5 am.

The property was clean and nice looking. The room was not. The floors were cheap, ill-laid laminate. There was rust around the light fixtures and vent in the bathroom. The lamps all had bright white light instead of soft yellow lights. The curtains did not fit and would not close all of the way. The front desk clerk was really nice. The fitness room was lacking for a hotel of its size that advertises as a convention center. The pictures of the rooms on hotel.com need to be updated to show laminate flooring. I would not have booked because I prefer carpet.

Normally our stays at this particular hotel are top quality which is why I was so surprised this time. Lobby and check in was great, the room was very nice, smaller than normal but still clean, comfortable and nice. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as they usually are but still decent. The problem was there was an “event “ going on downstairs and the music was loud and reverberating until well after midnight and the room above us evidently had some partygoers who continued the celebration upstairs and being sandwiched between the two we were not able to get much sleep. If I had not had several very good experiences at this particular facility I would suggest avoiding it, but next time before I book I’m going to have to remember to check to see if there are any parties expected

Falsely accused of damaging blinds that we never touched. We literally walked in, showered, then slept. Funny thing is, they gave us the $50 incidentals deposit back then took another $100 out. I have yet to get any proof of this damage other than their word for it. We have stayed here other times and have never had an issue. Won’t be going back.

We are from Houston traveling to Memphis for a baseball tournament. Our entire team has been wiped out from Hurricane Beryl so we decided to leave a day early and stop halfway. We unfortunately picked this hotel. From the time we arrived last night (9pm) the staff has been nothing but rude to us. Our boys and us were in the lobby talking catching up. They are 13 so a little loud. The lady at the front desk was constantly telling us to hush. Later the kids went to the room and another kid not with us had been ringing door bells. She followed our kids up to the 2nd floor and marched around until they came out to get on to them. We let her know what the situation was and she said “we were just talking about that” This morning my kids got off the elevator before me and another women told them they couldn’t be down there without an adult. We were scolded at breakfast for not having our card case. I was scolded for asking about the Wi-Fi because it wasn’t working. It’s just miserable. I’ve never seen such a grouchy group of workers. Fortunately for us and them we are checking out today

Staff was amazing. Stayed fir two nights and staff reminded us of all the th I nga going on and about the breakfast times. We had family from town visit us and the staff at the bar served food all the up to closing time and clean up time. So friendly and attentive. Even the morning staff that helped people at breakfast were just as helpful and attentive. Everyone was so nice and made the visit great!

This was a great stay. The rooms were wonderful, the a/c worked perfect, good hot water with very good water pressure and comfortable beds. The breakfasts were great as well, and Ms. Lynda and her crew are quick to make sure you have everything you need. It was also walking distance to several restaurants. The only down side was if you're in room 220, you have the music from the bar below you to keep you company until 11pm. Not horrible, but pretty loud.

Loved staying here. Close to two parks where I could walk which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice, helpful staff. Easy to find and get to.

They were doing construction so the pool was out of order. Breakfast was $10.99 and they were out of most items when we went in so we went to a restaurant instead. Coffee was $3.50! Added expenses made for a not pleasant experience. Will not stay there again.
