I booked the room for a girl's trip because it had a hot tub we get there and it was out of order and had been for several months

Hot tub was under construction. It was unfortunate circumstances on a spontaneous getaway with a spouse.

Starbucks was close by. Seemed like nice area. The pool seemed dirty and not well taken care of. The #1 reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub and when we arrived we found out it was broken. Huge disappointment. Emma at check in was phenomenal. Cannot praise her enough. So kind and handled everything wonderfully. Lobby was beautiful, check in and check out was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.

There was a light fixture floating in the pool and the hot tub wasn't working, but the hotel looked clean and it was quiet and comfortable and the front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating.

Hotel is great. Staff has been amazing. I will say though the pool does need cleaned. Kind of a bummer that the hot tub is out of service. Also the pool is a lot cooler than expected. Room is very clean and organized.

There was no toilet paper in both the room and the lobby. So, that was a poor start. Then the room key wouldn’t open the pool door and we finally were told that it was out of service due to chemicals. Why didn’t someone notify the front desk? This location has a habit of not maintaining the pool. I will not waste my time and money again. The breakfast had ham floating in water and the breakfast tacos had nothing to do with breakfast. The “crispy” tater tots were soggy and inedible. If you can’t cook then buy a nice toaster. The milk should never be in an opened container, ever. The coffee was good until it ran out. I wondered why a full hotel did not bother to eat breakfast. It’s not even close to good. The shower thermostat is broken! The water went from warm to scalding.

Maintenance and operations leave a lot to be desired. Pool was closed 2.5 out of 3 days we were there. Bathroom door didn't latch. Room's window had very large cracks. Uneven concrete sidewalks around building.

The POOL and THE HOT TUB were both broke! Couldn't be used!!! That was the big reason I picked this hotel! Nothing was said about it when I made the reservations!!! NOT EVERY HAPPY!!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean..love it here. It was our first time staying here as we visited our daughter in college. We only want to stay here going forward on visits.

Friendly staff . Hotel clean overall , room was clean but smelly-room had a musty smell not sure if it was from a/c but it was bad.

This is a very good and clean property. The staff was the best. They were all excellent!!

Toilet seat was broken, Suite smelled like a musty dog. Way to expensive for these types of issues, staff was great!

The kids loved the pool. Everything was so clean and well kept.

Loved the clean room and that it was pet friendly. Our room was right by an exit making it convenient with letting our dogs out. Loved the full size fridge and little stove

We have stayed at other hotels in Bloomington IN, this is by far our favorite! Great night sleep, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent staff and yes we will be back!

The bed was so comfortable! I loved the kitchen and large TV.

I loved the staff, but our window in room 227 has a HUGE crack in it that is unsettling and unseemly.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool for the kids. When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed but we could use the one across town at their sister location, yet there would be no place to change and no towels to dry off with. When we checked in, there was a sheet of paper on the desk that no one drew my attention to but which I happened to notice saying that the water was going to be turned off at 8am the next morning! It was a planned outage which no one had alerted us to before we arrived. The person said they did not have our contact info to do so because we had booked through Expedia, yet we had gotten an email from the property just a day before reminding us of our trip. There was no bottled water offered so we had to buy some at the Aldi nearby. As we walked to the elevator, the ground floor smelled like smoke and one of the rooms in our suite smelled musty. The view out of one bedroom window was right onto a balcony with all the satellite dishes and over the entrance so we could hear people talking below us. Not sure why they placed us there when the hotel was not anywhere near full. Having said all of that, the breakfast was really outstanding. Plenty for everyone to choose from and the women who served it were very nice.

When we arrived to check in, they didn't have our Expedia reservation. I showed Trina at the front desk my email and itinerary #. She apologized. She called management and was able to push through our reservation and gave us a lower cost then what Expedia offered. She gave us water and cookies and checked in with us regularly. Room was spacious, breakfast was good and they even had crispy bacon! Nice place to stay with very kind staff.

The mattress needs replaced. Deep center dip in the mattress. The walls are very thin! We could hear a male talking until 1 or 2 in the morning. The road noise wasn’t good either.

Beyond friendly staff! Wonderful experience.

I was not happy about this, and one I am looking into moving on from Hilton. I stay at Hilton for business all throughout the year......all the time. This one particular stay a conflict came up a week before visit and I called and asked to cancel - even spoke with Manager - Melissa. No one was willing to work with me on cancellation.....so I hope Hilton will be happy to lose a thousands and thousands of dollars a year customer over $458.

The staff is great at this location. Very friendly and helpful. Emma is so friendly and gets you checked so quickly. She gives you all the info you need and makes sure you feel welcomed. One of the nicest people I have ever met. She goes above and beyond.

Perfect place for a long weekend. Every single employee I encountered there was absolutely sweet and so helpful!! Kudos to the management for hiring such great team members.

Room was cancelled the day we arrived…we had to find another hotel to stay at…not sure how they think it’s ok to cancel a booked and paid for room and give it to someone else and leave a family stranded. Don’t book a room here unless you want to risk not having a place to stay when you arrive.

One employee at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. Told me her manager would “kick her *ss”if she refunded us for one night because we had to check out early. She offered zero remedy for the sensitive situation.

Little hard to find.

We arrived early (1:30 pm) and stopped to see if our rooms were ready and could go ahead and check-in. The rooms were not ready but the woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and friendly. We came back after our event (9:30ish) and there was another woman working the front desk who was equally friendly. One of our daughters is very outgoing and let her know that her "uncle (name)" would be arriving shortly as well. When he walked in the door she quietly shouted "it's uncle (name)!", the fact she sees countless people but remembered what our daughter had said later that night was very cool. Both staff members we interacted with her so, so great. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and had plenty of space. The room was spotless and fresh. The bathrooms were clean and very large. The hotel is just a short drive away from campus and the perfect spot with being close but not too close. The area was quiet. If we have another reason to come to Bloomington this will be our number one pick place to stay.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. Location was convenient for shopping, less so for IU, if that's your destination. The desk staff was helpful and polite, but generally not manning the desk, so most times one had to dial on the house phone to get their attention (which was, however, prompt).

It was right next to an oil change place and a dealership. Very quite tho despite that.

The breakfast was as amazing as the staff! Location feels secure.

The breakfast attendant (Linda) was exceptional. Wonderful breakfast and excellent attendant. Very cheerful and really worked hard to give everyone the best experience possible. I will definitely come back.

I stay in plenty of hotels and this was the best I've stayed in in quite some time! It checked all the boxes! Hotel and room was very clean! Staff was friendly and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable! Breakfast had many options and very tasty! Already planning another stay here!

The property was beautiful and our room was perfect! The only thing that could be improved on was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage weren’t really warm, but there were plenty of other options!

Everything was exactly expected of a Hilton branded hotel. The woman who cooked the breakfast did a phenomenal job and it was delicious. Staff was great. Only "issue" was the TV service was out which sucked with 6 kids and they didnt offer complimentary PPV in place of it. That's the reason for the one 4 star rating.

Amazing breakfast, amazing staff. All around an awesome experience at a decent price. Highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Thankyou all!

Beautiful hotel at an amazing price! Wish we could have stayed longer. We were in town for a quick trip to IU. This hotel would be awesome for an extended weekend. It was so clean and the breakfast was the most fancy hotel breakfast I have ever had!

We were in town so our son could visit Indiana University. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the little goodie bag with bottles of water and cookies! The room was very clean and comfortable. My only issue with our stay was the pool area. The whirlpool water was not warm. I didn’t expect it to be hot like a hot tub, but I’m pretty sure the pool was warmer than the whirlpool. Other than that, everything was great! We also loved the breakfast in the morning! I got overnight oats and chia seed pudding that were made with oat milk. They definitely had healthy options and dairy free options.
