Candlewood Suites Kansas City by IHG

This place is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging $500/night just because there’s an event in the area. We pulled out the bed in the couch and it was the filthiest thing I’ve ever seen. It had black dog hair, dog food, dirt and god knows what else ON THE SHEET so it was clearly not cleaned. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and dog pee!

Room cool bedroom warm thought I was booking under website but was deceived

Room was fine. Lobby smells. Staff is not very welcoming.

Staff was excellent I didn’t get the room I reserved which was very disappointing the dishwasher over filled from running water in the sink which was a mess

Not clean, staff was not nice.
