Very meager accommodations. No coffee available in room at even a basic level. No coffe available at lobby even though stated there would be. No pool. Pool was filled in with artificial turf. Questionable guests around property and site did not feel safe

AC was fine. First room was non smoking but was filled with musty smell and irritated our throats. Had to change the room and the second room was crisp and fresh. First room's sherts were stained. Not clean. Staff was friendly and obliged to switch rooms. Parking was convenient. Coffe was provided via vending machine.

The rooms were decent but could have been a bit cleaner. The pool wasn't filled and that wasn't stated on the website. The property grounds werent clean, there was a shirt on the stairwell that was there the whole time we stayed there.

Upon arrival, the staff were pleasant and courteous. They checked us in, took our money and sent us to our room. We walked past the swimming pool to get to our room. The pool was completely filled with dirt and old mattresses and box springs were stacked all around the pool area. Opened the door to our room and was met with the horrible smell of MOLD. It was disgusting. The A/C unit was so old it rattled worse than a tin can with gravel in it! It did cool the room though. There was one old plastic chair, two beds and a refrigerator in the room. It did not have a coffee pot, microwave or any other amenities in the room. We did not even have wash cloths until the second day we were there. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was old and stained. If all you want to do is sleep and shower, this dive hotel will do the trick. Otherwise, stay elsewhere. The neighborhood is not so good either. Lots of homeless and drunks wandering the parking lot.

Enjoyed the upgraded rooms. It was clean and comfortable well decorated. Just wish there was an elevator for those that needed support in loading/unloading to the second floor. Otherwise great stay.

The staff was friendly, but the service for getting towels, toilet paper, or cleaning of the room was almost nonexistent. We had to request new towels all but 1 of our 8 days. We had to get toilet paper from the front desk a few times, the beds were like bricks and VERY uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush properly and because "maintenance was gone for the day" the front desk just gave me a plunger and wished me luck. The door sometimes stuck trying to get out of the room, there are a lot of homeless people in the araa but they didn't really bother us, there's no pool and no microwaves in the rooms, but they do have a microwave in the laundry room that they don't tell you about for some reason...you just find out by accident. Likely i will never stay here again...despite it being the cheapest option for 3 people for 8 days.

The floor of the room was full of dust, the tub and toilet are full of dirt as if they were never cleaned, the towels are full of hair, my stay was from Monday to Friday and I did not have housekeeping service on any day.

The room was absolutely disgustingly dirty. My first room was filled with roaches. I asked to move to a different room. That room had bodily fluid stains all over - on the bed, door, floor. There was hair in the shower. It was gross. The staff was nice.

Room looked fine upon check in but we ended up keeping our shoes on throughout our stay since there were cockroaches crawling around. The bathroom was dirty and towels had stains. We didn’t feel really comfortable staying for more than 1 night to be honest. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

I have to say this was my worst place to stay one night .The bottom of the sink counter was falling apart my bed had blood stain ,pillows and bed blankets had hairs on them also all towels had hairs on them .smelled bad in shower and floors looked like they were never mopped .To top it off my wife got bit by bed bugs all over body .What a nightmare it was .took pictures 📸

We were doing a quick overnight stay because we were going to Disneyland in the morning so I thought this motel would be fine. Well, the room had an odd unfresh smell, there were bugs (my son woke up with several mosquito bites), I squished unidentified wall crawling ones, and the remote was held together with tape. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and uneven. The bed frames made these breaking nosies everytime my tiny 4 year old moved. The door didn't work at first so it took quite a few tries with the keycard but it eventually worked. I will say that the front counter woman was lovely. She was very friendly and helpful. Will we stay here again? Probably not.

Air conditioning unit was very loud so was the toilet kept cycling the bed covers had cigarette burns in them shower head was so low I couldn’t even was my hair correctly and I’m only five feet six inches tall kept seeing these little nats pop up not sure how they got in and where they came from

The poor young girl at the receptionist desk could not help all of us new guests complaining about the lack of wifi, which is important in that area for cell services. I saw 3 while checking in.

Motel 6 was ok , but the people upstairs wouldn't stop moving chairs and walking up until 2:45 am It sounded as if people would go in and out the room non stop Finally stop their noise at 3am and once again they got up early at 6 and finally left I live in palm springs and booked motel 6 to be able to be in town and rest because i had a meeting at 8 am Monday and of course i was tired for my meeting Horrible experience

This property tried to steal my $100 "deposit". After nearly 2 weeks, they still had not credited the $100 back, despite no damages(I took photos and video). I called the property and a rude, nasty worker who refused to give her name said "someone forgot" and now says I "may" get a credit in "10 business days". I also saw evidence of fraudulent use of my card in other ways. This property is managed by rude, entitled people who think they can treat guests however they want. I actually LEFT this hotel after 1 night and stayed across the street at the wonderful Holiday Inn where the employees respect the clients. Beware of VERY shady staff at this location

Alex an Yadira gave me fast, friendly and efficient guest service. Tha Carneceria across the street has delicious tamales and I really enjoy them for breakfast. This motel 6 is near bus stops and it is easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

I liked that it was a cheap option near newport area where I was having a surgery, However, it was a a bare bones basic motel with uncomfortable pillows. Good for a cheap option, but the surrounding area has a lot of homeless people crowding the sidewalks that make it feel less safe to explore aorund.

We had a nice stay, housekeeping went inside every day to clean. Pool is in repair and I received the $100 deposit back in timely fashion. Good central location, close to John Wayne and 15 minutes away from another city in every direction.

Actually very good! Review said homeless in area. only once found one going thru trash, went back to my room, manager came out and all trash cans were emptied! That said a lot to me the motel cared to discourage this happening!
