The pool and hot tub was closed and there was not notice on the website. We were on the bottom floor and the tenants above us were jumping up and down. I had to call the front desk twice to complain and one time was at 2:30am. We had to sign a policy when we checked in regarding keeping noise down.

We stayed this hotel for one night. Because we drove long hours, a pool and jacuzzi would have been a big plus if it were clean. But there was no chlorine smell. Water looked dirty. I wish they had taken care the pool area more. The room is spacious and ok. The room key is a little bit outdated. The fridge is big enoungh.

The staff at check in was not very helpful when asking for an extra pillow. The inside pool was not heated and the hot tub was dirty and slimy. The room has an odor.

It was ok other than the pool smelt absolutely terrible. Which was the whole reason we picked that hotel was because of indoor pool. We got out immediately and smelt horrible. Most awful smell.

Smell like Marijuana and dog, need to be properly cleaned. Found roaches in microwave/ refrigerator area.. just disgusting. Outside was too many strange looking people standing outside. Bed was horrible lumpy and loud definitely needed to be replaced. I've stayed here multiple occasions, but this was unacceptable!!!

My key was faulty and I had to go find her to ask her about it which she got annoyed and made it seem like was my fault then a second time to reset it. The room was also INFESTED with roaches from the bathroom to microwave. I put a video until the front desk she needs to look at. She just told me that the manager would be there in the morning she didn't have more rooms! I left immediately called this morning they basically said they went in and didn't find anything they are only able to get $50 good thing I purchased insurance because thats sad.

This hotel is overall dirty. The beds are nasty and stained with no mattress protectors. Dirty towels and trash lining the halls. Shower was dirty and I personally had to clean it because it’s the holidays and they have several guest. Front staff was rude during when trying to have problems addressed.

Nice, quiet, and roomy. My room was on the 3rd floor, where the ice machine was broken and there weren't any snack/drink machines. I looked underneath the plastic bag in our room's ice bucket and found long strands of hair and crumbs. Minus the minor mishaps, the property delivers. Also, their breakfast has a variety of food choices including kolaches, muffins, and bacon.

The suite we stayed in was decent to the overvieing eye, but the pullout couch was utterly disgusting! My almost grown son had to sleep on top of the short couch cushions instead of being able to stretch out on a full bed. The toilet was finicky and wouldn't always fill up to be able to flush properly. Even when you did flush, the handle had to be held down for the toilet bowl to completely evacuate.

Overall the stay was good. Comfortable queen beds. The pull out sofa sleeper was broken on the end so it was flimsy. It's clean but a little bit outdated in some areas. The air conditioner made noises all night and some of it was falling apart. The elevators were very sketchy, noisy, rough and one of the floors look like it could fall apart. My son was scared to ride it. Breakfast was good, staff was good. Beware for some reason it will charge you 2 separate deposits ($50 & $44), I asked and they said it's two different vendors, never heard of that. I'm currently waiting for the $44 back!

I want to start this review by explaining, I know everyone can have a bad day. However, "MISTY"(the person at the front desk), acted as if this behavior was not new to her. My wife and I are both disabled veterans with Fifty years of service collectively and travel with a certified service dog. My family arrived to check in at the hotel on August 2nd around 3 pm after being on the road for nearly twelve hours. From the beginning, "MISTY" acted as if I was inconveniencing her. While filling out the paperwork I informed her we had a service dog. "MISTY" then told me that pets were not allowed in the hotel because it was against company policy. I told her that I understood that, but he was a service dog. She said that if it was a dog, it was a pet. I asked her if she knew about the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and that service dogs are not considered pets. Every time I explained that he was not a pet "MISTY" kept saying that dogs were pets no matter what. "MISTY" then said, "If you can pet it, it is a pet." After trying to explain this to "MISTY" several more times, she said dogs are not allowed. She wouldn't listen to me and "MISTY" just wanted to have the last word. I asked her to call the manager so that this situation could be resolved, only then did she check us in. After all that, I would like to say the hotel and room looked very nice and clean. Additionally, I would not have a problem staying there again.

Staff were all amazing front desk people were great very polite very helpful, I had a late checkout that ended up later then I had thought and they were super about, I was very pleased with the staff, and I say all of them because I was there for several days so I had encountered several employees and they were all very pleasant, the beds were very comfortable I have a bad back and had surgery and I slept great in the beds.

Auspicious beginning…The front desk clerk was less than welcoming. Then keys wouldn’t work, so took 2 trips back to front desk where she announced “THEY WORK, you are doing it wrong”. Finally, after housekeeping key also didn’t work, manager came and had to change the battery in the keypad. The check-in process was definitely not smooth and took almost an hour to enter our room. We were in town for a funeral and were almost late! Once we finally got into our room, it was clean and neat and comfortable.

The front desk gave us a room that had not been cleaned from the last guests. When we went back to the front, they told us our only option was a refund. Even though there were rooms still showing available on their website, she would not work with us. It was 9:00 pm and we were hours away from home with no room. Pitiful customer service.

Front desk gave us access to a room that was occupied. We walked into a room with a lady that was sleeping. Can you imagine the shock we experienced?? Thank God the occupant didn’t wake up to us, she would have had a heart attack. The room we eventually ended up in smelled strongly of mold and our sheets were damp. Gross.

Sketchy area and hotel guests near us were THE WORST!!!!! From 11:30 to 4:00 am they screamed, cussed, slammed doors and ran up and down the hall yelling loudly. Hotel staff would not answer the front desk phone after 42 rings and when i called the main hotel number the man who answered hung up on me. This morning when checking out the woman at the desk called me a liar! She said I made it all up and no refund was available. My husband and I had just driven 600 miles and were exhausted and got NO sleep because of so much awful noise in this HORRIBLE hotel!!!! STAY AWAY from this dump and the nonexistent "helpful" staff!!!!!

My husband had a job in Beaumont and i decided to tag along,,, we arrived at the hotel before check in time. Since he had to leave for the job site they were very understanding of me waiting in the lobby and actually let me check in early as soon as a room was cleaned. Super helpful and friendly front desk workers. Pool was cold and hot tub was off but it was February. Free breakfast was nice. I highly recommend a stay here Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean.

I have a disability and my service dog makes it possible for me to travel for work. When checking in at this property the desk clerk told me they do not allow pets, even though Jake was wearinghis vest clearly marked "service dog". When I informed her he is a service dog, she became irritated and would not speak to me. Throughout the whole check in process, the woman did not say more than ten words to me. I don’t know if it's dogs or people with disabilities that she has a problem with, but either way, I was not treated in a respectful manner.

I have videos to back up everything I’m about to tell you. The clerk was so rude to me because I had to get my key rekeyed each time I left the room. She called the Police and the female police said she was going to escort me off the premises with just the clerk saying I was rude. That is another issue to be discussed with the commander later. Actually I was interrupting her personal time. I have Videos of all this if needed.

We had to wait a few minutes for the clerk behind the front desk to appear. The area around the property seemed a little sketchy. Once in the hotel, it seemed much nicer than my initial impressions. It felt safe inside and was very comfortable.
