The reception was mechanical, not welcoming. The front doors & doors into the lobby are heavy & present a challenge if using luggage carts, The doors are not automated. Don't expect the staff to help, they simply watch the struggle. The room was small yet clean, but only had overhead lighting, no lamps. Ceiling lights are very glaring when lying on the bed to read or watch TV. The hot breakfast is "standard" faire, nothing exceptional. An okay place in a pinch. We will spend more for a better experience somewhere else next time.
