Nice hotel that's very close to the airport with shuttle service. The pool and jacuzzi area was well welcomed. Very good breakfast that offers standard buffet type of service or the option to order a custom made meal.

We arrived early from cruise port & were allowed to check in early as soon as room was ready about 11:00 staff was very accommodating & stored our luggage in a secured room at hotel until we could get in our room the 24 hour airport shuttle was convenient we had an early flight & we had to leave hotel at 4:30 am. Outdoor pool was nice as well & complimentary bottled water in our room was a nice touch we highly recommend & will definitely stay again if we are in Miami!!

The location is convenient for airport travel, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant food was good. The pool, however, had a green algae all over the bottom, and we didn’t think it was safe for kids to swim.

The carpet in the rooms is dirty and disgusting. In some places, small pieces of carpet were removed and replaced with newer ones. It looked cheap for a Hilton Garden Inn.

We stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn for one night after arriving on a long haul flight from the UK. We got the shuttle (every 30 mins 4am-11pm & hourly 11pm-4am) from MIA to the hotel and were very impressed at the welcoming reception area and bar. We didn’t have food/drinks so can’t comment, but we did purchase take away wine cups for $7 each from the chiller. Our 1 bed king suite was spotlessly clean - as were the hotel areas/corridors, and was vast in size. The room had a Kurieg coffee machine, bottled water and a microwave. The toiletries were good quality and the king bed was so comfy and the air con was good. A 2 minute walk away is a gas station with drinks/snacks and a little further is a Subway, McDonads and Denny’s. Will definitely stay here again!

Two main issues for me, the lady at the front desk was not very a accommodating and there was a stain under my bed covers when I arrived. On the last day the AC started to also smell.

The room was great and clean and all I really needed on this trip was a bed. The only bad thing about it was that the air conditioning made a lot of different noises. One steady sound would have been great, but it changed often so it was difficult to sleep.

This is a nice property. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The big issue was the air conditioner was loud all night! The toilet was loud after each flush for like five minutes. The room smelled horrible, like dogs!!!

We had a large, lovely suite on the 7th floor with king bed, sofa bed, a full bath and a half bath. Toilets in both bathrooms were slow to flush and would not flush the other toilet paper. Maintenance came immediately and plunged the toilet in the full bathroom. Despite putting toilet paper in the wastebasket, both toilets were unplugged when we checked out.

I got here early. Was put on a wait list for a room. I was the first person on the list. One of the managers is very rude. He cleared the lobby, ppl that came in from the street were seen right away he made me wait 2.5 hrs for a room. I was the last person to be offered a room.

I can say I have ever met a front desk staff better then Hiltons staff. We arrived early off our plane they worked to get us 2 rooms before noon .Then getting off our cruise ship we got early check in again we had to wait for housekeeping to get them cleaned but they worked with us and got 2 rooms again. Shuttle was always on time had a very pleasant vacation Thank You

Overall, the stay was fine. What earned the poor rating was the cleaning staff in the morning. Check out is at 12, our plan was to sleep all morning since we didnt get to bed until 4am after the airport. Nope, cleaning staff had other ideas. 9am there they were banging away with vaccuum cleaners in the next room and hallway. Guess were done sleeping. So while the hotel was fine, it was not an enjoyable stay and likely wont return or recommend.

The staff were excellent!! They were very friendly, courtes and accommodating. Front desk check in process was quick and very easy, and the the clerks were very nice and attentive; especially with this being a busy hotel. The food was delicious and the waitress was serving multiple tables by herself but did her thing, and her attitude remained very pleasant. Last but not least, they have a shuttle for airport service. On time and very pleasant. Overall my family and I stay was par excellent. This will definitely be my hotel spot when in Miami.

Close to airport. We got off our flight early and staff allowed us to check in early. It was much appreciated after a very busy vacation. The staff were very kind and helpful with all our questions. Would definitely stay here again

Manager on duty met me at the door and explained the property and amenities. Front desk lady was very helpful and personable. Bartender Mario was awesome. I would stay here again. Lots of regular travelers apparently stay here, knew a lot of the staff. Very personable place.

The front desk seem to not want to help me . I check in around 0900. It was not busy or a line. I was just askinf questions about various things and they were short with the conversation. I aak for towels and more wash clothes and the guy at the front desk seem to have a problem getting them. I will never stay at this location again until the second shift staff get more training with customers.

Very nice, except for crossing the street. It’s a major six lane street and it makes it dangerous to go across to restaurants specially for older citizens like us. We’re not as agile and aggressive as we used to be.

Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very responsive. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed because when I booked on Expedia it gave me the impression that breakfast was included until I went to have breakfast and found out that it was not. Apart from that, it was a great experience.

Friendly check in staff. Great restaurant and bar attached to hotel. Bed is a bit too hard for our liking. Shuttle free from airport and 14.00 charge per person to cruise port. Overall will do this again next year.
