TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only

The service at TRS Yucatan was top-notch. Each suite has a butler staff to meet your needs, and ours (Christian, LuisO, and Hugo) were friendly, fun, and very helpful. The hotel is built along mangroves - there are covered wood pathways (lit at night) so you can experience this unique ecosystem. The salt pool is amazing; our favorite location to relax and soak in the sun. Water shoes are recommended as there is coral along this part of the coast/beach. We ate only at TRS restaurants because we wanted a true adults-only experience. The food was mostly great, but I can't say amazing. Maybe my expectations were too high for an all-inclusive. Room service food was pretty bad (flavorless). The Chic Cabaret show was high-energy, non-stop fun with a very good tasting menu/dinner. Overall, TRS was just what my husband I were looking for to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The hotel had nice touches to make us feel special throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend TRS and would stay there again.

The TRS Yucatan was gorgeous. The adults only infinity pool was stunning and was where we spent most of our day given that the sea moss was very bad and we were unable to enjoy the actual beach. The butler at the hotel was very convenient and made booking dinners, getting room service, etc a breeze. The gym was phenomenal and having both a "yoga" side and a weights/cardio side was a nice touch. While we walked the property, people were also able to get carts around to the different areas because the property is huge. You also get access to the sister properties so if you wanted to get dinner anywhere else you could. There were some issues that came up, but the staff were very apologetic and made it a point to make up for any concerns. The spa was beautiful, and the hydro therapy circuit was something I really enjoyed despite being very hesitant at first. The food was fantastic and every restaurant had truly unique offerings. There was always something going on at night, and the bars being open late was fun. Unfortunately I had to do work in the mornings during my visit, and since there was not a coffee shop (they should add one) I spent my mornings at the Capricho Restaurant and the staff made it a perfect spot. They were always welcoming and made my coffee orders perfect every time. Special thanks to Montserrant, Paula, Jennifer, and Laura for making my mornings peaceful and enjoyable :) Also special thanks to Jonathan the manager for being truly humble and kind.

Spent a week at TRS Yucatan and had an incredible stay. We went for one of the junior suites with the small private pool out the back to treat ourselves and really enjoyed it! I don’t think we can go back to a normal resort or a different room after this. We were able to see a family of coati’s around the jungle behind our pool, various birds, racoons and agoutis. The services provided were top notch. Plenty of choices at the buffet which also has the option of ordering meals from a set menu as well. The buffets were very clean and well organized, with individual servings/dishes to take from. The à la carte restaurants were also pretty good, we enjoyed the appetizers at Tentazione (Italian) and the dishes at La Bohème (French), we had read good reviews about El Gaucho but it wasn’t our favourite. Room service was also great, we’re not used to feeling waited on and kept the room service light off (there is also a DND button that we did not use) but it was so nice coming back every time a clean room and a fully stocked fridge and coffee station. We paid extra for the Full Moon Dinner as well as the Chic Cabaret show and neither disappointed and were well worth the money. The Chic show was fantastic, all of the performers had so much energy it was hard to take your eyes off of them and the 3 hour show went by so quickly! Overall, we had a great experience and hope to be able to come back or check out other TRS locations!

The resort is very nice, food and staff are great. Down side is it’s so big you have to try and catch a cart every where and it’s not always easy. Also I did not like that we paid for an all inclusive but when you get there they tell you unless you pay 500.00 more you don’t get the experience other get and that you wouldn’t have to pay that if you didn’t book through a 3rd party site. So was the 500.00 extra worth it? Not really. I didn’t like that when you get there booking in takes SO LONG because they want you to upgrade your stay. I just got off a flight and an hour drive to the hotel, I just want to chill not be hustled for more money! It was nice but the ocean is much prettier at other resorts and knowing what I know now we probably would not return.

The hotel was extremely clean and provided all needed amenities. The staff and service was over the top. The shows are a must. The entertainers provided a las vegas atmosphere. Plenty of room at all the pools. And I enjoyed walking alone at night and felt safe.

My husband and I went to TRS for our honeymoon and we truly had the time of our lives. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore. The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants). The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! And for the biggest strength of TRS - the employees.The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Julian in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail! Julian at capricho, Oscar at tentazione, and David at boheme each went above and beyond for us, making us feel so cared for! The drivers were so warm and helpful too! TRS was a 20/10!

Plenty of pool and food options! Julio was especially lovely in Helios. Our Butlers Paola, Gabriel, and Naomi were very responsive, friendly, and helpful! Our first night was very fun and special because Fran made us wonderful and unique shots at the Terrace Bar. The ocean pool is especially lovely! We loved that we could select the liquor we wanted in our drinks too (I recommend the “blue bottle” tequila!). Staff were all very kind and the golf cart service was very convenient, thought once in a while you’d and up stranded for a little on one of the properties. The only activity we did was rifle shooting but it was so fun and Andres was a wonderful instructor!

The property is beautiful, quiet and romantic. All of the staff are friendlly, the food is great and they have plenty of options. We had a private pool, it was nice but we barely used it. We stayed in building 68 which was in the perfect location. Close to the pool and the Helios which we ate breakfast at every morning. 800meter walk to the gym and about 400 meters from the lobby and most of the restaurants. Our butler Gabriel was amazing! He booked all of our reservations and made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay, from the time we arrived to the time we left we have zero complaints. We would highly recommend this resort.

It was hard to get around the propery

Everything was perfect! Food was good, room was clean, service was immaculate! There are bus boys that can drive you anywhere on the resort and are always willing to pick you up. Every building has a butler and they’re always willing to answer any questions. The only down side was the seaweed beaches. Probably a seasonal thing. Still swimmable and could still have a great time on the beach. The service on the beach was great. Brining us drinks anytime we want and always checking up on us. Overall, our experience was phenomenal and I’d visit here again:)

So I know this place is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but it doesn’t get there in my opinion. Food was pretty average. I don’t know if I just come from a city that has phenomenal food or what but I just didn’t get the same impression from the dining as people were raving about online. We went to the Italian, French, steakhouse and they were all disappointing and we just ended up getting room service tacos which were actually great. Italian was fine. French was sooo incredibly bland and boring and the steakhouse gave us the most toughest piece of meat I’ve ever had. Disgusting. Helios was our favourite. We ate there breakfast lunch and dinner and it was actually very good. Room cleanliness was a bit disappointing. We ended up having coffee stains and lipstick stains on our newly changed bedsheets multiple times. Little details around the faucets and stuff had soap scum. Staff was all great except for our butler who was kinda a scumbag. He tried to book us a taxi on 2 occasions into Playa and Tulum and tried to charge us nearly 3 times what it would normally cost. We ended up messaging taxi companies on WhatsApp and arranging the same exact service for a fraction of the price. Pool area was great. Everyone was well behaved and quiet so that was great. This is NOT a party resort, don’t expect that. Overall 4/5. This is a decently nice resort but not a 5 star, imo.

Was good. Only complaint was rooms were very damp but room cleaning happened twice a day.

The property was immaculate. Very clean, huge, and well kept. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. True luxury. Fernanda the Expedia concierge was the BEST! She made this experience everything and more for our 1 year anniversary. No stone wasn’t unturned. Every event we attended we were celebrated and truly felt that we were worthy of being recognized. This was by far one of my favorite trips and I’ll be back for sure. Thank you all for making our celebration memorable.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. Probably the best I have ever stayed. The convenient transportation to and from the other hotels was another bonus. Excellent food at the Italian and Argentine restaurant. The food at the Brazilian restaurant was not good ... dry meat and the salad bar had empty lettuce bowls. Plenty of beautiful areas to stroll both day and night. What was very disappointing ... the room smelled like mold and the bathroom smelled like old urine. We were told it's because of the humid weather. It was so strong that all of our clothing smelled like mold by the time we got home. Suitcases smelled like mold, as well. The TRS beach has extremely limited seating so we were unable to enjoy that. And we were told the other beaches were off limits. The pools, as well, were always full so we spent the majority of our time at the family pools. We were never able to enjoy the saltwater pool or the infinity pool. But the worst part of all was the 3 hour long presentation on day one to join the Palladium member club ... for 50K dollars! We only had two days at the resort and the entire morning of day one was spent with this craziness. No time to enjoy anything. And we weren't able to break away. Three different sales people, driven around to look at other rooms, a 10 minute breakfast because the sale promotion had to get rolling. Unbelievable. Nobody warned us about this or gave us the option to say "thanks, but we are not interested".

Staff , Cleanliness, Restaurants !

The size of the property makes it an annoyance to get around, you have to wait on a golf cart to pick you up or you stay within your one restaurant and poolside location, there is no access to the beach. Our sheets smelled like mildew every night. The staff is very kind but there is a small sense of that American attitude of we’re only doing it bc we have to vibe. The food is good at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet at Helios was terrible. The alcohol was fake or extremely diluted, you could drink all day and not feel a buzz. I wouldn’t return or recommend TRS.

The staff were very nice and they really went above and beyond. Unfortunately the TRS part of the resort has very damp rooms. We asked them for dehumidifier, they did not have one but used an ozone machine to try to make it better. Food was amazing and I cannot hype the service enough. But still our clothes reales of mold when we got home and our passport were damp when we took it out of the safe. So be warned

Amazing food. Amazing Staff. Amazing Pool(s). Downfalls, the rooms smell musty and are damp, and we encountered 2 cockroaches in our room. If you can fix those two items, I'd rate the resort a 10/10!

Clean room friendly staff excellent service excellent restaurant

Just back from a week stay @ TRS and it was spectacular! I read probably close to a thousand plus reviews before leaving and was well versed on what to expect and on some potential concerns to. The concerns I had going in, were mostly about the potential moldy or musty smell of the rooms/AC not working. I did notice that the bed sheets had a bit of dampness to them, and the bathroom did have that smell a little bit, but neither one of those impacted my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC blew cold and had the room very comfortable

Room was awesome, the Butler Angel was the literal best. The other ones were not around much and were not near as friendly. Angel made our trip amazing, he had us booked for dinner as soon as we messaged, helped us get some things a few times, and made our stay amazing As a young (mid 20’s couple) we booked TrS to stay the hell away from kids on vacations Our recommendations: Stay on TRS restraunts for breakfest and Lunch Helios for breakfest- great buffet Helios or Caprichio for lunch- great menu plus show cooking Dinner- favorite was El Gaucho or Chang Thai. Dinner you can go anywhere ALSO for right at 100$ a day you can get the VIP access DO IT!!!!!! Private beach Private pool And unlimited spa facility access. It is worth EVERY penny! TRS is already exclusive in the fact that you can go to all 4 resorts. And none can come to your places. But that band makes it even more better ( even better bestest ever :) )

This is our favorite AI resort!!! (We have been to 5 others in Mexico and Punta Cana). We love the food, service and infinity pool. TRS has premium alcohol and superior food variety and quality over the other resorts we have visited. This was our second visit, so we tried to explore more of the non-TRS amenities/restaurants. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the other options and will probably stick with TRS going forward. I will say the property & rooms are showing some wear and tear - and could use a refresh. Overall - it's a wonderful choice!

The dining options were terrible and the room was moist and smelled damp the entire stay. The staff was very friendly but the entertainment was lacking except for the CHIC show which was amazing. The spa was also amazing and we spent most of our time there. They also wanted me to pay 200 USD which turned to 182 USD, per a different staff member, for a taxi cab off of the property which was insane and we felt trapped. We even upgraded to the premium experience for 50 USD per person per day which was also lacking and not worth the extra money sadly. The front desk person did however upgrade our room which was closer to the infinity pool area and convenient.

Our stay at TRS Yucatan was wonderful. The resort is beautiful and the service is top notch. We tried all of the TRS restaurants and also took advantage of the room service which is also included. Our favorites were Capricho for breakfast, Helios or íO by the infinity pool for lunch. We loved the convenience of being able to load a plate of nachos and walk back to our bali bed. Our favorite restaurant for dinner would either be Tentazione(Italian) or La Bohème(French). The room service special taco menu was awesome and definitely hit the spot at 1am after a night drinking by La Terraza(late-night pool). We stayed in Villa 61 & had a Junior Suite w/garden view. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room was on the back side so our balcony faced the jungle/mangroves and felt very private. Our butler Maggie was very helpful and made us feel very special. She made us reservations for dinner any gave so many good recommendations. Sebastian our driver/bell boy at check-in/check out was also fantastic. He gave us the perfect warm welcome and made a lasting impression. Laura the bar tender at La Terraza made the best tequila “special drink” I’ve ever had and I’m not a tequila girl but I definitely was that night lol. Catalino & Ricardo, our bartenders at Gaia(infinity pool bar) were so cool & funny. They made very good tasting cocktails. I would recommend the Riviera Maya, and baby mango shots. All the staff everywhere were amazing but these few really stood out to us.

The air conditioning in the restaurants was very lack luster, we ended up leaving the steak house before finishing our meal because it was so hot and uncomfortable in there. The resort is large and you spend a lot of time waiting in golf carts to get around. There are mirrors everywhere, it scared us every time we would open a door because to the side of the doors are giants mirrors don’t looks like someone is coming out the door as your trying to go in. And the bathroom in our room was essentially just a wall of mirrors with a door.

Our stay at TRS Yucatan greatly exceeded our expectations! The suite was spacious and well-appointed. While the beds were on the firm side, we slept comfortably.

Staff, rooms, food and facilities were excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. The Butlers were also great, anything we needed they got for us. We had a small leak in our toilet, told the Butler and it was fixed by the time we returned from breakfast. We upgraded to the private pool thinking we had privacy, that is not the case. Our neighbors to the left and right as well as the people above us and on the walking path in front of us could easily see in. We visited 4 pools, and our private pool was by far the coldest. My wife did not get in and I did not see anyone using theirs. We expected some walking, but on average it was a half mile one way to get where we wanted to go. The beach was .4 miles, pretty rocky but clean and easy access to restrooms, food and drink, and it was not too crowded.

Everything was excellent. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was we thought we were being given a tour of the property but it ended in a sales pitch, no tour and when the guy realized we weren’t interested he was very rude. Apart from that everything was super. Highly recommend

From our check in (and check out) with Mich, to our daily lunches with Lourdes & Cesar at Helios, our thoughtful greetings from hostesses Miriam, Gabriela, Ashley, and Diego, to the exquisite service at the pool by Luis, and our gracious butler Alexis, to the breathtaking performances at Chic Cabaret… words can never convey how amazing the experience at TRS is! This is our third time celebrating our anniversary at TRS, and the only regret is not staying longer. We appreciate every ounce of attention provided, and joy spread every time we come. We adore the people here and the immaculate experiences they provide to guests - we can’t wait return and really hope to bring friends next time to share what feels like a hidden gem in a wonderful country!

Huge shoutout to the staff who made this trip such an amazing experience. To start, Eduardo & Alonso who took us to our room and helped us with our bags both checking in and checking out very quickly became friends we looked forward to seeing throughout the week. Lisandra with the butler service at our villa was so caring and kind and her smile brightened our days. Antonio (aka Silvertooth) with the bartending service was such a pleasure to interact with. Carlos was our server at El Gaucho and while the food itself was absolutely phenomenal there, Carlos made the experience that much more enjoyable; he seems to love his job and his customers immensely. Lastly, Enrique at the front desk made the check in process so smooth and got us excited to start our much needed vacation. All of these staff members are a phenomenal addition to the team here at TRS Yucatan. Thanks again for an amazing trip!

Overall we were very happy with the resort. It’s beautiful, very clean, great staff, everyone is helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn’t care for was the constant attempt to upsale to us. It started as soon as we entered the lobby to check in and continued throughout our stay. This was for excursions, time shares, premium liquor/wines, etc. Otherwise this resort nailed it.

We stayed at TRS Yucatán for five days. The resort is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for couples looking for a quiet, adults-only escape. The food was consistently excellent at every location we visited, and the poolside and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The dining experiences at Tentazione, Poseidon, and El Gaucho really stood out, and the Le Petit Chef dinner show added something special to our stay. We did upgrade through the Palladium Travel Club, which gave us a beautiful room and added access, but it also brought some frustrating complications. The upgraded room initially had two small separate beds, and resolving the room change took far too much time and coordination — we had to handle our own luggage and move between butlers mid-trip. Transportation across the resort was inconsistent at best; even with a VIP wristband, we often had to wait a long time for carts or were passed over entirely. Some carts refused to drive us back to our villa, which we later learned was a policy — but that wasn’t clearly communicated. The inconsistency in butler communication and scheduling was another recurring issue that made the experience feel more self-managed than “all-inclusive.” Still, certain staff truly saved the trip. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made a huge difference and helped us enjoy.

The attention to detail from the staffing was amazing. They were so intentional and seemed so happy to be working and serving. It was awesome to watch and it really set the tone for the resort. True staff was always working and really worked hard to make your stay pleasant and they cared a ton! Always a clean room, great food, amenities and bars. 11/10

By far the best trip I’ve taken! The property was beautiful, clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in process was a bit slow, but that’s my only complaint. Everything else was top-notch. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at—can’t wait to come back!

Very BIG property with plenty of food/bars/activities/pools. Staff/butler service was amazing. Biggest GRIPE was the Vacation club employees hounding visitors about their promotions.

I visited for my birthday Fantastic place!! The ambiance , customer service , and the food was GREAT! I stayed at the adults only resort however they have other sister resorts that we had access to. The place does require a lot of walking due to so much that it offers but they provide golf carts to chauffeur us around the property and to the other resort. Great place for a romantic and luxurious experience and for family as well.

Safe, Secluded, & Quiet

방은 오래되어서 냄새가 났고 리조트가 커서 카트를 타고 이동해야하는데 카트를 오래기다릴따가 많아서 종종 걸어야 했다. 식당의 종업원들이 좀 불친절했다 음식은 괜찬았고 수영장의 의자를 확보하기에는 어려움이 많았다 다시 오고 싶진 않다 그리고 공항에서 한시간 10븐을 와야하기에 넘 멀다.

Not many walkable options.

We had an excellent stay at TRS Yucatan. All staff were extremely helpful, including Alessandra (activities), and our butlers Alexx and Magie. They helped make sure everything went smoothly. The food was excellent and this location is central to various places--Playa Del Carmen/Cozumel, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, Akumal, Coba, etc. Highly recommend!

What I dont like about this resort is that you must make reservations for a la carte restaurants; otherwise it's nearly impossible to get in. What is the point of having all inclusive then you cant even flexible with where you want to dine in?

Wonderful vacation. My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar and probably the best way to handle logistics for a resort of this size. Staff were universally cheerful and helpful-without exception. The property is beautiful. Food and entertainment were lovely. Thank you!

Nice to have butlers in the building. Jose, Patricia & Nestor were very helpful & kind. We were locked out of our room due to door lock batteries being dead & within a few minutes, someone was at our door to help us with the help of our butlers. The balcony sliding door should have door handles to open from outside so you can sit on balcony & not worry about being locked out. Nice L'Occitane toiletries. It would be nice to provide mosquito repellent.A la Carte restaurant food was just ok. Difficult to get reservations for some restaurants, so recommend booking all restaurants on the day of check in. We did not get to try the Italian restaurant. Good service and food at the French restaurant and special thanks to the manager Jonathan and our server Erasmo. The Poseidon restaurant is not well marked and signage is not adequate to know that you are in the right place. There is no sign at the hostess stand. The only sign for the restaurant is at the bar. All the tables are outside, so got bitten by sand flies.Helios restaurant has lunch & breakfast buffet, but they don't tell you that until you get to restaurant. Food quality for breakfast and lunch were good, but almost the same items everyday. Entertainment team did a good job with exercise classes in the morning. Shout out to Fernando and Alex for their hard work!. Thanks to Arturo, the trainer in the gym for good Pilates & TRX workout. Tennis courts are well-maintained with 5 courts & 4 pickleball courts, Padel,

Our stay at TRS Yucatan was wonderful. The resort is beautiful and the service is top notch. We tried all of the TRS restaurants and also took advantage of the room service which is also included. Our favorites were Capricho for breakfast, Helios or íO by the infinity pool for lunch. We loved the convenience of being able to load a plate of nachos and walk back to our bali bed. Our favorite restaurant for dinner would either be Tentazione(Italian) or La Bohème(French). The room service special taco menu was awesome and definitely hit the spot at 1am after a night drinking by La Terraza(late-night pool). We stayed in Villa 61 & had a Junior Suite w/garden view. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room was on the back side so our balcony faced the jungle/mangroves and felt very private. Our butler Maggie was very helpful and made us feel very special. She made us reservations for dinner any gave so many good recommendations. Sebastian our driver/bell boy at check-in/check out was also fantastic. He gave us the perfect warm welcome and made a lasting impression. Laura the bar tender at La Terraza made the best tequila “special drink” I’ve ever had and I’m not a tequila girl but I definitely was that night lol. Catalino & Ricardo, our bartenders at Gaia(infinity pool bar) were so cool & funny. They made very good tasting cocktails. I would recommend the Riviera Maya, and baby mango shots. All the staff everywhere were amazing but these few really stood out to us.

The resort itself needs work, seems like it was under construction in some areas. The food at TRS was horrible all around. Go to Kantenah... great food. Colonial had nice entertainment. TRS is on the boring side of things. The infinity pool at TRS is beautiful. My room smelled of mildew, really wet feeling inside. Wishlist was completed but not provided before arrival. Dirty glasses in room as well as the sliding door needs repairing. The room structure needs to be updated. The staff is AMAZING. Everyone was really nice, sweet and kind. Very very helpful the entire time we were there. They do sweet little things like sing to you to celebrate you which is nice but again, the foid, especially the buffet is HORRIBLE, drinks are watered down unless asked for straight or a side shot. Overall I wouldn't recommend TRS Yucatan or go back. The sister hotels that are connected are better but they're family hotels.

The staff at TRS and all of the Palladium resorts were amazing. So attentive and friendly. The food is pretty bad with the exception of the IO pool bar that had a rotating daily snacks and lunch. We did the PTC upgrade but didn’t really see what the big deal was. Maybe if the hotel had been at full capacity it would have made a bigger difference.

Hubby and I were here for a week. Let’s start by saying that it was our first time at TRS and probably the last. We arrived really late at the hotel (around 4.15pm) and we didn’t get to go to our room until 5.30pm. The check-in was very nice and Kelly was absolutely a gem. BUT such a long process to check-in and then we met several ptc people and they all tried to sell us upgrades and club memberships etc… too long. We were tired and hungry and the long check in process was not what we needed. That being said everyone working at the lobby was very friendly and super nice. Natalia and Laura were super nice too. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Anything you could ever want, and good quality food, from Mexican deliciousness to eggs cooked in any possible way, to fruit, sweets, cold meats, breads, literally anything and everything. Lunch buffet is also super delicious at Helios and Guadalupe and Manuel are the best! We dined at Helios and it was meh. We dined at La Boheme and everything was super heavy. Lots of cheese, butter and cream… very heavy and flavors meh. We then tried El Gaucho and it was very good, a steak house basically. Very nice environment and good meat and good food overall. Eduin was super nice (i hope I spelled his name right) The best part of the entire vacation was Limber, a Mixologist in the Beach Bar. He was absolutely brilliant and his drinks were always spot on. His master Tequila Class was so much fun and him and Adela made our day.

Staff very responsive and accommodating. The property is beauty with lots to do! The food was pretty bland though. The other hotels on property food were a bit better.
