Family Selection at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We stayed 6 nights and had a great time. The property grounds are gorgeous- that was my favorite part. And seeing all of the local wildlife. There are iguanas and lizards everywhere and other small Mammals and birds. As advertised the property is very large and we didn’t even see all of it. They have transportation available whenever needed to get from point A to B. We used that regularly. Our kids preferred the main pool and the white sands pool over the smaller family selection pool so unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of the family selection bars or pool. The sargassum was horrible and we didn’t get to enjoy the beach at all. We did attend a UV party on the beach which was fun at night. The entertainment could use a little upgrade but we did enjoy the Latin Dancers and went to the tequila and taco party on the first night we arrived. I wish we would have not been so tired- that would Have been fun to dance and try some of the food and treats. The rooms were adequate and comfortable. We really only used our butler for making dinner reservations and setting up rides a few times. I didn’t have the what’s app and had to relay on others in our party to contact them. I tried to download it but had no cell coverage and I couldn’t get the app to work. The WiFi was decent throughout most of the resort. We food was average buffet fare and the Al A Carte restaurants we went to were very good. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah in the Family Selection portion of the resort for a week with two other families over New Years. The had a great New Year’s party for the family on the beach and overall our stay was great. What is great about the resort: - Family Selection allowed you to access the entire resort and all restaurants -The Nest buffet for breakfast was by far the best. El Gran Azul didn’t have as many options for breakfast but was good for lunch. -Es Niu at the Family Selection pool was great for lunch as well -temporary pool side grills were set up on certain days and food was great - kids enjoyed the bowling and the Wibit in the Colonial Pool but both were for an extra charge -beach in front of the family selection was great! Soft sand with little coral/rocks & could see fish in the water - Helios at the TRS section had by far the best lunch buffet -white sands pool was the best What could be improved: -it was difficult to get reservations for our group at the a la cartes (group of 12) -it was almost impossible to get chairs at the colonial pool even when you showed up at 8:30am - The Nest we waited over 2 hours for our food including one of the children in our group who had allergies and couldn’t eat from the buffet - Le Adelita - the food was not good. The fish smelled and was not fresh and no one enjoyed/finished their meal - Las Olas for lunch - hotdogs had congealed fat on them and not many options -Colonial pool was too deep.

We have visited several all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya. This resort is huge! Lots of walking to get to different places but a very well landscaped property. Perfect for families with small to teenage kiddos. Butlers were helpful with scheduling dinner reservations, but preferred to use whatsapp. Never really saw the Butlers during our stay. Food at the buffet was excellent. The Sushi and Brazilian restaurants were the best! The others were mediocre. Evening activities were a little cheesy. Awesome pools but very deep. Saving chairs at the pool became its own sport! Have to get up early to get a spot and be sure to leave some personal items as people had their spots taken multiple times. Beaches were full of seaweed but apparently this is seasonal from March-July which was a bummer. Overall wonderful stay.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. We had the chance to stay in one of the villas with butler service, and that was a huge plus because they truly assist with everything! One point to consider: the restaurant by the pool is open-air, and many animals such as birds and coatis enter it. This is somewhat unsanitary since they climb onto tables to eat leftover food, and the staff has limited ability to keep them away. There are also placemats placed on the tables that are never changed and are rarely, if ever, cleaned — which, combined with the presence of those animals, could pose a health risk. If you’re traveling with children, I think this is one of the best options you can find in the area, as the hotel is not only designed but also operated to ensure kids have a great time. It offers excellent facilities for them, such as a swimming pool, a water park, and a lovely kids’ club, as well as multiple well-organized activities.

This place was so amazing! Very clean, amazing and friendly staff. Food was hit and miss but overall really good. Bar drinks seem to be watered down a bit but really tasty. Our butler Daniela was over the top amazing and she is the main reason we will be returning. It’s a very large resort and the frequent carts going around make it very easy to get around. Nightly entertainment is great. Daily entertainment could use some work, especially for the teens 13-17. If the resort can keep the costs down, I can see this resort being fully booked year round. I highly recommend this resort to all my friends and family and anyone looking for a great time.

Vacation April 2025 We’ve been to a few resorts in Mexico, The Grand Palladium Family Selection is the best so far!! The service with our Butlers was astounding. They were kind and very friendly and always at your service if you needed anything. The resort itself was very clean and welcoming, it was beautiful with so many amenities available. The buffets and a la carte restaurants were also very clean and the food always fresh with so many options available. The nighttime entertainment was so much fun for the whole family. There is always activities happening during the day with the junior club to keep the kids entertained. Already looking forward to return for our next vacation.

We just returned from 6 days at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Family selection and we have been sad all day, we miss it. This is a fantastic resort only outshined by the people that work there. They are the real reason to visit. Emmanuel, Luis and Rogelio are the best butlers, taking care of restaurant reservations (if you want, The NEST was the BEST with Keniya, Jorge, Antonio, Gustavo, Xcehl, Carla, Faranda to make sure you feel special!)The family selection option is totally worth it, with a private beach and bar (with Joel and Danny to take care of everything) pool with restaurant and bar, and the dining room (NEST) for breakfast and dinner with buffet and menu options. We were lucky enough to get a beach side room with a private rooftop pool in Villa 40, the best building by far. Sitting in the pool, listening to waves and looking out to the ocean over palm tree tops is serious rock star living. Highly recommended. The beach is wide with plenty of chairs with umbrella huts, never an issue finding shade. Main pool shade was more difficult at times, but not impossible. And that pool is great, huge with a water park feature my kids loved! The family selection pool is nice as well, smaller for little kids, but still big enough for some space. Food is good and plentiful, even little buffets pop up at the main pool. Nice boardwalk through eco zones with trees and animals in nature between buildings that's fun. My family really felt special here, thank you Grand Palladium!

The bathrooms smelled horrible and we could not use the main pool (over crowded and dirty with no services). The family selection has two restaurants as of now: this is not enough. We need a buffet option frequently as our children are very particular. There’s not buffet for lunch or dinner at this time so we had to use the resorts other options. They were not good; long wait times for tables and the food was average at best. The reservation dining was a little better. If you’re looking for a beach to swim this is it (at least during the time we went mid February). The water was very rough. The beach is relatively small too. Overall the family selection was nice but they need more beach space and more restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. Amazing swimming pools, plenty of bars and restaurants, very good food with plenty of choice, room spacious, modern and comfortable, staff very nice, plenty of activities. Just be aware that sound insulation isn’t very good and the beach has some weeds (cleaned every day though).

The resort is beautiful. The Nest restaurant has great food and service and kids club right inside of it which is a great idea. The family selection pool always has loungers available and has a great entertainment for kids and service. The rooms are modern and clean and butlers are super helpful. The beach is not great because of sargassum but it's a problem for this whole area

The property was beautiful, 10 out of 10! You can spend all day exploring. It's huge! The beach has a lot of seaweed and smells like dead fish. The property was very clean. However, I had two cockroaches in my room and one on my table at dinner. The service was mostly wonderful, except when the bartenders were busy, which was understandable but sometimes they were even rude.

The staff at this property is warm, inviting and very helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure your every need is met as best as possible. The rooms and facilities are very clean and well kept. The property itself has many beautiful buildings, landscaping and Koi ponds. We really enjoyed our stay and will miss the awesome hospitality!

Rooms size are great. building on great condition, pools are clean. Close to the bars, restaurant, and other options of food,. Grat room services, the beach is close to the room. Transportation is always on time to arrive to the others hotels. I would like to back and paid for VIP area. All the areas are clean, room services for clean and assitant are the best. All in the room is include, beers, waters, candies, water, etc. Restaurant like Bahia & Brasa, EL Dorado are the best and for show and restaurant Bravo is the best.

A very honest opinion - Check in done wrong ( billing ) - Room was not ready had to wait almost 2 hours - TV never worked right on my room nor my daughters room - Great lack of personnel on all the areas -Paid $800 dollars x night for 1 person and to get a drink at the pool or the beach had to walk to the bars and stand on long lines . Very few waiters available to serve. -No one pool is heated -Buffets are ok. but this hotel can’t call themselves “gourmet” -The most terrible meal we had was at The Nest . 6 orders all of them bad to really bad. -Public Restrooms NEEDS attention. Rounds of cleaning -Check out an ordeal due to their mistake when I checked in. Almost lost my transportation due to their negligence -Worked as a manager for 2 resorts and I can tell quickly that they have a real problem of management - My daughters room bill was showing charges they never made ( wine, laundry) check your bills! For $800 dollars per night I expect another level of service and quality on the food & beverage department -Really BAD internet

Great view, walking distance to the beach, great service. Abraham, our butler, was great. Very attentive and took care of the little details so I could relax. My only feedback was the ants in our room ruined room service and the buffets during the day weren’t great.

Our room was nice, except that the swim out deck was in direct sun from early afternoon until sundown, so was virtually unusable for anything except drying clothes. If you are going with young kids, the Family Selection is a good area. They start you off with beach toys and candies in the room; candy depots everywhere are cool if you keep track of how much your kids eat. Excellent activities are available and the staff are really kind to children. We chose the Family Selection so our granddaughter could come to our room and swim. Might not choose it again. The staff were mostly excellent. Our butler, Erick, handled all our reservations and additional requests. We came back to our room one morning while housekeeping was there. I witnessed my coffee cup being cleaned in the bathroom with a facecloth … presumably rinsed with sink water, rather than a replacement. We also spent two days with no hand towels … a minor inconvenience, but pretty basic stuff. Pools were good. The White sands pool is walkable for most people, the Colonial is about 5’ deep in most areas, so a little harder for shorter people (like me). Restaurants were hit and miss … although mostly hits. Italian, Helio, Sushi show, were all amazing. El Dorado steak was a little disappointing, but my wife said her salmon was amazing. The beach sandwich bar is pretty gross. I chose a hot dog as my best option. However, all of our other dining experiences were somewhere between good and fabulous.

Restaurants are pretty good. Pools are very hot at this time and no shades inside the pools. Best restaurant was the Nest for breakfast and dinner. Butler Guillermo and Deimi were amazing. Whatever I asked for I got whithin a few minutes. Beach was rough with sargassum at least during these days. Large property be ready to walk a lot. Room with swimout pool is small but very nice, bed very comfortable.

We got a room upgrade to the swim up room and everything was so wonderful. the food, drinks, pools, staff, butlers, shows and everything. even at the buffet "nest" you can still order off the menu as well. great options and super clean. really nice place to stay.

The uograded room in building 40 had an amazing view. Rooms were recently renovated with modern look and feel. VEGETARIANS BEWARE! VERY LIMITED SELECTION.... Even the formal dinner restaurants were subpar at accommodating vegetarians. Resort is lacking in quality and features and needs significant improvements compared to other 5-star resorts and other Grand Palladium properties I have stayed at before. The only savior for this trip was the upgraded room with an ocenfront view.

The property is really nice but this resort is disjoined. The pool area and beach are nice and the staff is pleasant. The rooms although remodeled are not designed well. The bathroom area has little counter space and the lighting in the bathroom is awful. Room tight with no amenities. Was missing a hair dryer, umbrella, make up mirror didn't work. Would have been great for kids but it rained the whole time and without water activities not much to do. It was nice that they gave the kids little toys and things to play with, but it was on the last day. So they couldn't even use them. It was such a bummer for them. One scheduled to leave they were supposed to send for our bags. The bags were nowhere to be found. Also we're supposed to set for a little car to pick us up. That never happened. Food however was pretty good. Just kind of overall bummer of a trip.

Amazing stay Stayed in Villa 40 swim up suit Brilliant room lots of space Food was great Service was also great Cant wait.to go back Special shout to iur 3 concierge in Villa 40 for looking after us and making our stay so special

Took 2.5 hours to check in. The hotel did make it right after we told Expedia what happened and gave us complimentary Bali beds. We complained to the manager and she did nothing, until after we told Expedia. We did not receive any VIP access, as advertised. We paid to upgrade one of the rooms and the other two rooms received nothing. If we had not paid to upgrade to beach side, I couldn’t give them even an average rating. That was the only thing I liked about this resort, was the beach side The resort area was super clean, butlers were amazing, and grounds were pretty. We tipped well, so had good service. Thats about the only thing that went right. Three of us paid for massages and facials and we waited an hour to be called back. They forgot about us waiting and did not allow us to use the hydrotherapy at the spa. They apologized and told us we could come back and use the hydrotherapy, but at this point I was getting sick from food poisoning. I contracted a highly contagious bacterial infection called “Shigella” from this resort. This ultimately ruined the last two days of my vacation and sent me to the ER. I ate a hamburger at the White Sands pool. I was the only that ate at the pool bar in our group of nine and the only one who got sick. The health department in the USA has been in contact with me, as it’s super contagious. I’m on day 8 of being sick, and can’t go back to work until the bacteria has left my body. This resort cost me more than just vacation funds.

The property over all is beautiful, the only issues we had is with smaller kids, we found it very inconvenient to have to take a shuttle to get around the resort. The shuttle system was very unorganized and was very limited, rarely came to pick people up. They should have signs on each shuttle so the guest know which one they can get on. The check in process took way too long, they only had one bell boy for the entire lobby. They need more staff to help. The shuttle service messed up as to which shuttle we were supposed to take to get to our room. It was very unorganized. We had some random guy call us in the morning saying please meet us at the main lobby for a special gift for our kids then when we went the lobby staff had no idea what we were talking about. Then the tourists bookers say yes come do a time share and try to do a presentation and did not give any gift. They called again the next morning saying the same thing like come down we have a gift for your kids. It was creepy. But over all the resort itself is very nice has good dinner options and drinks were great.

We stayed at the family selection Kantenah. Upon arrival everyone was amazing. We were a large group of 14. Our butlers were great and helped us make reservations at most restaurants to accommodate our entire party when possible. At check in Lenny was amazing and helped us every time we needed something. We had a few issues with our room but they were always understandable and got it resolved. Jonathan at the pool was amazing at getting us drinks everyday! The food was amazing at most restaurants. We had the most excellent service at the Nest restaurant night service from Daniel and Juan Poot. Our experience was great and service top tier. Thank you for our stay.

I had some really great experiences and some not so great. We waited for almost an hour to get checked in, and then we were told our rooms were not ready, even after we arrived after the check in time. After checking in and almost immediately walking out of the lobby's doors we were approached by whom I thought was someone giving us a tour of the resort. Little did I know they were trying hard to sell my husband and I excursions, and dinner theaters tickets, and followed us everywhere we went. After a long flight, an hour of waiting to check in, being hassled like that is not acceptable. We then waited another hour and a half for our rooms to become ready. We then proceeded to get our bags and have a shuttle take us to our rooms and it was an unorganized mess trying to get a cart and a shuttle for us. We were pretty frustrated that first day with the check-in process, the time it took, and being hassled with just barely stepping foot out the door. Spa-massage was fantastic, I had to wait an hour to go back into my room though. We were suppose go get 2 hydrotherapy sessions each, 1 before the massage and one to use the next day. They had forgot about us, and we never ended up being able to use though due to time and my sister becoming sick. Food was excellent. I have a food allergy, and they were very attentive to that allergy. Do not eat at is the stand alone BBQ at White Sands Pool. My sister got Shigella from there and ended up in the ER and is still sick.

Nice resort, good food and nice pleasant butlers Emmanuel and Loius. It was nice vacation if you get family selection. Don't go to the membership sale travel club. They try to sell useless membership. Just a waste of time.

Property was beautiful, from the lobby, grounds, the rooms, and the pool, everything was very well taken care of. My only suggestion is to keep an eye out for food and service in a la carte restaurants. Food quality is inconsistent across buffets and the a la carte restaurants can use more staff. Drinks were great , bartenders in lobby of FS were awesome! Thanks to Betty and Fernanda for taking care of my family and me!

It was huge and well kept around the grounds. We went when the seaweed was extreme however they did their best to keep it clean. The pools were nice and enjoyable and the food was… okay. The biggest issue was we had family selection VIP and yet felt like we had no benefits except a butler (who just was a concierge for the most part) the “vip” pool had rough edges and my kids and I all got extremely sick from it. I presume diapers full of poop from irresponsible parents swimming in there. It was gross. Another big issue was the pressure to upgrade our VIP with a better VIP. I mean why did we pay for it if it’s useless? Absolutely ridiculous waste of money. Learned my lesson to never pay for VIP at these resorts. Our main bar in the vip section was closed. The hammocks in our vip section empty and barren. The beach area abandoned. Overall I had a bad experience and will never invest in their resort again.

We were a party of 16 and it was very hard to make dinner reservations to eat all together, even at the buffet. The rooms are on the smaller side. The bathrooms have very little counter space. The staff doesnt try to accomedate with any request. Beach is not swimeable, too much sea weed.

Property is huge! There are transportation drivers everywhere who will take you wherever you want to go.

The room and facilities are new and great near Tulum. The pools and teens clud are also great. The butler service is not the best. I figured out that if I messaged him in Spanish, he could take up to two hours to respond but if I messaged him in English, he would respond much faster. The food variety was good but lacked flavor

Beautiful property. Not too much to do at the resort, needs more nightlife and activities over all. Some staff was friendly and helpful but others... lets just say, they didnt want to be there. Nothing is within walking distance so a car would be great if you stay here. Most of the food options were good at the buffet. The restaurants (if youre able to book) are good too especially the Tepiyaki style one.

Our kids preferred the main pool and the white sands pool over the smaller family selection pool so unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of the family selection bars or pool. The sargassum was horrible and we didn’t get to enjoy the beach at all. We did attend a UV party on the beach which was fun at night. The entertainment could use a little upgrade but we did enjoy the Latin Dancers and went to the tequila and taco party on the first night we arrived. I wish we would have not been so tired- that would Have been fun to dance and try some of the food and treats. The rooms were adequate and comfortable. We really only used our butler for making dinner reservations and setting up rides a few times. I didn’t have the what’s app and had to relay on others in our party to contact them. I tried to download it but had no cell coverage and I couldn’t get the app to work. The WiFi was decent throughout most of the resort. We food was average buffet fare and the Al A Carte restaurants we went to were very good. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We have visited several all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya. This resort is huge! Lots of walking to get to different places but a very well landscaped property. Perfect for families with small to teenage kiddos. Butlers were helpful with scheduling dinner reservations, but preferred to use whatsapp. Never really saw the Butlers during our stay. Food at the buffet was excellent. The Sushi and Brazilian restaurants were the best! The others were mediocre. Evening activities were a little cheesy. Awesome pools but very deep. Saving chairs at the pool became its own sport! Have to get up early to get a spot and be sure to leave some personal items as people had their spots taken multiple times. Beaches were full of seaweed but apparently this is seasonal from March-July which was a bummer. Overall wonderful stay.

We booked the Grand Palladium Family Selection while down the road at a different resort, praying it was better than where we were. Thank goodness it was! It was beautiful. We stayed 5 nights in a swim up room and it was great. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The main pool was huge and the beach was wonderful. There was a lot to do to keep us entertained and busy. We would definitely go back.

We love coming to the Riviera Maya, but we have never been before to this resort. We stated at FS at Kantenah w two kids ages 9 and 5. We stayed at building 50 and loved the location. Close to the beach and across the FS pool and buffets The resort is stunning. Located within the jungle and mangroves, wildlife is everywhere, and our kids loooved it. We counted over 100 iguanas, saw a snake, agoutis, coatis and a basilisk lizard. Service is just out of this world, everywhere. From the people taking care of the grounds to the Buttler team. Daniela, Guillermo and Rogelio made our stay the most special. They were so helpful. Our kids got sick and helped us get the dr to the room, let us know when medication was ready, make sure that we had all we needed in the room all the time, informed us about the entertainment every day and surprised our kids with spectacular balloon art one night when we came back to the room. Lizbeth at the FS pool is the kindest, hard working and attentive waitress. Always making sure people were happy and served. Our days in the pool were always brightened by her service. Fernanda the FS manager is a star. Always checking around, making sure all is going well, helping tidy the areas, talking to customers, really made a difference to see a Manager so involved and caring. Room was perfect. So clean. After this, it will be hard to match. Absolutely a great week.

Beautiful property and great stay! We loved the natural beach that had clean areas to swim and coral/fish and tide pools to explore. The food was average, some a la carte's better than others...we enjoyed the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. Service was good overall. Some of the main pools were cold, but the family pool was nice...a bit busy with kids and toys mid-day though. We enjoyed the help from the butlers. Wish they had 2 Queen beds instead of double beds..it was tight for sleeping. Overall great experience.

The resort is beautiful. The Nest restaurant has great food and service and kids club right inside of it which is a great idea. The family selection pool always has loungers available and has a great entertainment for kids and service. The rooms are modern and clean and butlers are super helpful. The beach is not great because of sargassum but it's a problem for this whole area

We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Palladium Family Selection. Having the VIP butler services was an added upgrade that was absolutely worth it! They were all truly amazing, helpful and very friendly. The two recommendation our family would like to make is the dinning out options are sometimes confusing on the app. It looks like the buffet is open on the Palladium app and a couple times we arrived to the restaurants as there were closing which was frustrating. Having more mid-day (11am-1pm) dinning options would be great for family with teens! Haha! Another recommendation would be to make sure hot food is kept and served hot, not luke warm like we experience a few times. One of our family members experienced major stomach upset/fever etc by day 5 of our stay for 4 days and made the ability to do excursions Impossible. Maybe due to this issue? We do sincerely appreciate everything Palladium had to offer and we can’t wait to come back again one day soon! Mucho gracias!!!

The room and facilities are new and great near Tulum. The pools and teens clud are also great. The butler service is not the best. I figured out that if I messaged him in Spanish, he could take up to two hours to respond but if I messaged him in English, he would respond much faster. The food variety was good but lacked flavor

Trip dates: Aug 1–6, 2025. Family of 4, teens 15 & 17. Resort looks great but lacks follow-through. We were assigned the wrong bed type (one king) and had to push for a room change. Food quality is a major issue—cold, bland, and very small portions. I got food poisoning from the Sports Bar and was sick for 24 hours. Family Selection restaurant (The Nest) was slow and inedible. Pools are mixed—Colonial is too deep, Family Selection overcrowded, but White Sands pool was the best part of the resort. Drink quality poor at most bars except Churchill’s in Kantenah lobby. Also got stuck in a 2-hour Travel Club sales pitch just for massage vouchers—not worth it. Overall, disappointing stay. Won’t return.

Property was beautiful, from the lobby, grounds, the rooms, and the pool, everything was very well taken care of. My only suggestion is to keep an eye out for food and service in a la carte restaurants. Food quality is inconsistent across buffets and the a la carte restaurants can use more staff. Drinks were great , bartenders in lobby of FS were awesome! Thanks to Betty and Fernanda for taking care of my family and me!

It was a beautiful room, and nice to have a pool just for family selection /vip. Kids club was awfulllll but family selection pool had activities my kids loved to do. Shows weren’t good. Buffets generally weren’t great but not terrible. The food was disappointing - really not great. Worst restaurant was surprisingly adelita, the Mexican one. We didn’t like the Brasilian one either. Best ones were portofino, paisana and the one by the beach, Poseidon I think.

This place was so amazing! Very clean, amazing and friendly staff. Food was hit and miss but overall really good. Bar drinks seem to be watered down a bit but really tasty. Our butler Daniela was over the top amazing and she is the main reason we will be returning. It’s a very large resort and the frequent carts going around make it very easy to get around. Nightly entertainment is great. Daily entertainment could use some work, especially for the teens 13-17. If the resort can keep the costs down, I can see this resort being fully booked year round. I highly recommend this resort to all my friends and family and anyone looking for a great time.

Overall, we probably wouldn't return, I think we are simply not all-inclusive people and would prefer to go out to a town and find authentic mexican food. Most of the servers at the buffets clearly don't want to be there. The restaurants were a lot better than the buffets. The room was nice, we had a pool swim-up. The Butler was very helpful using the App because we had a lot of questions and needed to make reservations at the restaurants. The sheets on the bed, though, were extremely thin. I don't think they understand what a true comforter/duvet is. I requested one and received yet another set of sheets. We were so happy to go to the Westin at Cancun after this because they know how to make a nice bed. The main issue with this hotel was the food was fairly mediocre, and we were pressured by a "concierge" when we checked in to book a tour with him of their time share. We went to the nearby hotel property and there were couples everywhere getting sales pitches. This is not what we expected from the hotel. The guy would see us and give us yet another pitch-a free massage, etc. The pluses were seeing a lot of cool animals like the mexican racoons everywhere and the monkeys. The food options at The Family Selection pool were fantastic and that pool was a nice quiet place to go away from the rest of the hotel. For food, I would be sure to go to the hibachi dinner at least one night. The beach area by Family Selection was the best part.
