We had a truly great experience at the Grand Palladium! The entire stay felt very luxurious and provided great value. The absolute highlight of our trip was the exceptional service. Our butlers were fantastic, and the staff in general went above and beyond. We want to give a special shoutout to the two girls working at the Family Selection pool—they were amazing! The service teams at The Nest and the regular restaurant were also excellent. The dining was a bit of a mixed bag. We really enjoyed the Brazilian steakhouse, which was pretty good. However, the Argentinian restaurant was just okay as the meat quality wasn't great. Unfortunately, we did not like the Asian restaurant at all and ended up leaving our food untouched. The Buffets are great. Despite the hit-or-miss specialty dining, the overall resort experience was wonderful. If the prices stay relatively close to what we paid for this trip, we will absolutely be back!
