The hotel locked me out of my room multiple times due to a poorly maintained door system. They offered me pitiful excuses and no real compensation for the wasted hours of my life sitting outside in the cold at night with screaming babies multiple times while I waited for maintenance to come and open the door.

Food/drinks were excellent. Very clean grounds, pools and rooms. Our butler in family selection Karen was amazing, very attentive, kind and professional. The family selection beach was beautiful!

Helpful staff, incredibly accommodating to families and their needs. Clean, great food and drinks. Family selection private pool, restaurant, and beach sections were less busy and had great service. Would happily return
