The staff was friendly enough and check in was simple. When we went to check out the swimming pool our key would not work. Once we got in, we noticed that the pool itself was very dirty. Then we went to check out the fitness room and our key would not work. Staff said they were having issues with the keys. Later I went to get ice and was told that the only ice machines that worked were on the 3rd and 4th floors because they were having 'issues'. There was only one small trash can in the room, which was in the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal and we had to wait in a long line to get anything. The rooms were not well stocked with Kleenex, toilet paper it towels. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

I called hotels around asking about pool availability. I chose this because someone (or ai?) said the pool was working and open. We got there and there was a sign saying pool closed for maintenance you can use the Fairfield hotel pool next door if you wanted to swim which was nice but not what we were expecting since pictures of HI pool is what we were expecting. So 3 for service because of that.

Out of the 3 hotels for this one trip, this was the most comfortable. Both me and my sister slept so well here. Pool was great and fitness room too. All equipment was operational. Loved it!

The first room they gave us was not clean at all. There was hair on the bed, mascara on the pillowcases, water rings on the bedside table. We asked for a different room and they made it right. Still didn’t feel good about the cleanliness after seeing the first room.

Terrible Experience with Bed Bugs - Stay Away! My family and I had a horrible experience at this Holiday Inn. We had to leave in the middle of the night due to BED BUGS! After settling in for the evening, we started noticing bites and discovered several bed bugs in the bedding. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. What made the situation even more stressful is that we had a newborn baby with us. The thought of exposing our baby to bed bugs is beyond disturbing. We immediately packed up and left, but having to wake up and move a newborn in the middle of the night made it even worse. To make matters worse, it was clear that the bed bug infestation was advanced. There’s no way the staff could not have known about it. The condition of the room indicated that this was a long-standing problem, and yet the hotel chose to continue booking guests into this room without addressing it. That level of neglect is both irresponsible and dangerous. The staff’s response was shockingly indifferent. They didn’t seem surprised or concerned when we reported it, and there was no proper apology or urgency to address the issue. It was clear they had no regard for the health and safety of their guests. The lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene standards is shocking. I would never stay here again, and I advise others to steer clear of this place.

The staff was personable and extremely kind and helpful with every question or task I had. The rooms smelled of mildew and mold, which there was, in room 204. We had to go out and buy febreeze plug ins just to be able to bear it. The breakfast looked great but the pancakes were not cooked and the cinnamon rolls tasted off. The room was ok, until I found things that previous guests had left. That shows me that cleaning isn’t very thorough. Makeup utensils on the floor by the chair, used napkins in the ice bucket wasn’t exactly a fun find. I slept on top of the sheets after that because I didn’t feel comfortable knowing that cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. I honestly don’t want to pay for these rooms. The front desk staff was awesome, your problem seems to lie in housekeeping.

Not the best Holiday Inn Express around. Room (210) was musty and the smell made me cough all night. Should've changed rooms but guessing others had the same issue. Place just felt cheap compared to other Express I've stayed at.

Filthy rooms, sent us to 2 rooms that were unclean before we found one that was mildly prepared. Both rooms had stripped bedding and over flowing trash. Deadspace areas were open and posing dangerous unsafe situations. WORST hotel experience I have ever encountered

This hotel is subpar. The outside property is not well kept at all and the lobby area looks well-worn. The remodeled room was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of space in the 2-bed room. However, we had a connecting room and could hear the next door conversations loud and clear. Overall, it’s probably okay for an overnight stay but will not be our “go-to” hotel in Lincoln.

Some rooms are noisy. Music plays in the lobby through out the night and that can be heard in the room. Also the lobby door opening and closing can be heard in the room. Some of the rooms need better sound proofing. Other than that it is a nice clean property. Overall ok.

Good bed, but soft pillows. Great breakfast. It's an old motel with thin and worn hallway carpet. The fan and a/c were noisy but no outside noise with fan on medium overnight.

Great staff! VERY comfortable bed, great layout, satisfying breakfast, clean experience, BUT….’too short’ shower curtain attempts to cling to you. When water adjusted to fix problem, the room floods… very disappointing and took a lot of time to clean up. Front desk knew of issue, should have offered a credit as we could not shower with confidence after the first flood!

Our room was dirty. Sunflower seeds on ground, mattress stained. Our AC unit wouldnt work with the thermostat and our room was 80 degrees most of the time we were there because the Unit overall was old and needed replaced.

My family and i stayed here when we unfortunately suffered a breakdown woth our moving truck while traveling across country. The facility is fantastic, wonderful breakfast, but thats not what made this place amazing. The staff went out of their way to assist us and accomodate us while we waited for another truck to be delivered. This went for the front desk staff, support staff, and all involved. They truly made a very difficult situation an amzing experiance. My family and i can not thank them enough. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a last minute reservation after a game here. Last room available; however, Expedia confirmed that we had a room for two queen beds. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was talking to another individual who was trying to get a reservation. I heard her say "well a late reservation came a few minutes ago. I'll move them to a King room and they can deal with it". When it was our turn she tried said that all they had was a King bed with a pullout bed. I told her that I had a confirmation for two queens and she said she's sorry she's not able to honor that. When I advised that I overheard her conversation and gave our room away, she denied it. We took the room due to lack of options. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bedding provided was in poor condition.

We got to the room and there were coffee grounds all over the counter, opened packets of creamer/sugar that were stuffed back in the cup next to the coffee maker. Rollie pollie bugs crawling in the bathroom behind the toilet. We were going to go swim after a long day of travel and felt unwelcome by the guy at the front so we stayed holed up in our room, there was a misunderstanding with room fees and he copped an attitude with me. When confronted he told me he didn’t have an attitude and continued to tell the other gal “just get her in” very rude like I am glad we don’t have to go back.

The property was just fine on the inside, no problems at all. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one negative would be the area around the hotel. I did not realize how dilapidated the airport area had become. Very questionable surroundings with a lot of suspicious activity. Was very nervous Leaving my car outside.

Have stayed here several times and its a nice hotel, just off the interstate. There are several name brand hotels clumped together near the airport. It feels a little sketchy as its in an industrial area, but ive walked my dog here the at least 6 or 7 tines weve stayed here and never had anything close to a problem. Good, fairly priced, clean hotel.

This Holiday Inn Express was very disappointing. We didn’t have enough towels for 2 people for 2 nights. We only had one set. We took the time to stop at the desk and ask for towels to be brought up but it never happened. Only one trash can in the whole room, none in the bathroom. Shower leaked and the bathroom light flickered. When we went down for breakfast everything was empty. When I checked in I was questioned as to why I was in town. This is very poor for a Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Place is very clean which is the primary concern. Has Kuerig coffee maker in the room but no coffee?? Get to breakfast early. Was there at 7:30 and everything but a couple pastries was gone. They advertise the pancake maker but it was out of order.

I think the hotels vacuum and mop were broken. The hallways were dirty, we found chips under our bed. When showering the water dribbled out of the shower head. For the free breakfast “well let’s just say there was no breakfast” they were supposed to serve from 6-10am, my daughter and I went down at 8:30 and there was nothing left except cinnamon rolls and toast. And there was quite the line of guest waiting for the buffet to be refilled.

Unfortunately the breakfast they provide is really bad. Hardly any options, not even oatmeal and the hot food was cold. I'm sorry but this was probably the worst Hotel breakfast I've had. The hotel it self, no complaints.
