The terrace attached to the penthouse was excellent. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The tiny lift to the 6th floor/penthouse should be replaced ASAP. It broke down twice while we were in it.

Great location and felt totally safe. Staff available 24/7 and they were super friendly and helpful. Our studio was well stocked with everything a traveler would need. Our place was clean and comfortable. Staff and housekeeping exceeded expectations. Will definitely return here.

Room was amazing, clean and perfect for the stay. The staff were very helpful. The room is large spacious and has all you need. I will highlight that the kitchen is equipped with everything, but this does mean the cupboards are full so if staying and wanting to keep food etc, unless its for the fridge, there is not much space. The only actual downside is the penthouse room is really only accessible by the lift, which is very small, slow and frequently used by other guests. The emergency fire exit stairs aren’t really for regular use, and you can be waiting for the lift for a while. The lift also breaks frequently, but the staff do get on to it and fix super quick. Overall though, the stay was great!

Location is a winner close to eateries and underground. We had a one bedroom apartment with nice well equipped kitchen. Bedroom was on the small side but sitting room was a good size. Service was exceptional, very personable staff.

Very spacious apartment in Kensington. Proximity to tube is good and several close grocery store. Housekeeping was fantastic. Property could use some updating but overall very comfortable stay. From the moment we entered the building it was amazing, the staff were so kind and welcoming. When we got into the room, it was even better than the pictures. We felt right at home, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom was well equipped too. Would definitely stay again guaranteed.

Pro: relatively inexpensive for the area. very convenient for tube, dining etc. Con: lift not working. very tired room and furniture, stale smell. felt more like a hostel. was also surprised to see room windows wide open when i arrived giving street access to room via fire exit.

Location was good but the unit was disappointing. Front desk staff also very rude. Not all units have laundry facilities as stated on Expedia. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that we had to walk with our washing 8 mins to do it. Then told we should have rung to check laundry facilities. We arrived back one day to find housekeeping had left our front door wide open and were nowhere to be seen. We didn’t even ask for them to make up the room - they just let themselves in. Tiny elevator. Good location but that’s about it…

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

We loved the Harrington Apartments and had a great stay. The apartment was large, spacious, beautiful and clean.The location was excellent just a short walk from Gloucester Road tube Station and we used the Piccadilly line to get in and out of Central London and perfectly located for our concert at the Royal Albert Hall which we walked back from.The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took an interest in us and could not have been more helpful. We are definitely going to go back to The Harrington Apartments on our next trip to London. Great eating options in the immediate neighbourhood. Mike and Gill Wilson December 23

I liked the place where this hotel is located, and the fact that it is very clean. I did not like the fact that the kitchen has no windows, meaning that the whole apartment smells bad after cooking and you are obliged to eat out. Also, if you are more than 2 people, you are given a cot, and bot a sofa bed as advertised. I didn't like the lift, tiny and not modern. But the worst aspect is probably the price, which was very high and as high as 2 rooms in a hotel.

Great location, right by the Gloucester Road tube station. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was a spacious flat with separate bedroom, bathroom and living room/ kitchen. The separate spaces made it easy to prepare meals as well as put our kid to bed early and stay up later without waking him up. The staff was present and helpful with any questions or requests we had. The only negative thing we had was about the room structure, which is more about the structure of the building itself. The living room/ kitchen space had no window to the outside. At night this was no big deal, but in the morning / day time, this made the space dark and depressing.

Wonderful location. 2 minute walk from Gloucester Rd station. Entrance is not marked clearly and we walked past it initially. Check in was smooth and the desk friendly. Apartment is spacious for a couple and very well set up. Furniture is looking fairly worn but still fine. Bed is comfortable on the softer side. Only issue was that the air conditioner didn’t appear to work. However there was a portable fan. Fair value. Great location. Certainly recommend.

Good points. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The air con was good and easy to control. The kitchen is clean and functional. Shops restaurants nearby. Bad points. The walls are paper thin...we were in apartment room 501 on the upper level and could clearly hear the admittedly unnecessarily loud conversations from next apartment. Thankfully we dont speak arabic and mercifully there was no late evening chatter or we would have had to complain.

Location was good but the unit was disappointing. Front desk staff also very rude. Not all units have laundry facilities as stated on Expedia. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that we had to walk with our washing 8 mins to do it. Then told we should have rung to check laundry facilities. We arrived back one day to find housekeeping had left our front door wide open and were nowhere to be seen. We didn’t even ask for them to make up the room - they just let themselves in. Tiny elevator. Good location but that’s about it…

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

Room was amazing, clean and perfect for the stay. The staff were very helpful. The room is large spacious and has all you need. I will highlight that the kitchen is equipped with everything, but this does mean the cupboards are full so if staying and wanting to keep food etc, unless its for the fridge, there is not much space. The only actual downside is the penthouse room is really only accessible by the lift, which is very small, slow and frequently used by other guests. The emergency fire exit stairs aren’t really for regular use, and you can be waiting for the lift for a while. The lift also breaks frequently, but the staff do get on to it and fix super quick. Overall though, the stay was great!

We had such a lovely overnight stay with our 2 year old! Having an apartment made our life so much easier than just a hotel room, there was more space than the pictures showed too! The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Great value for money and we will definitely return!

The welcome was amazing and team super courteous. The room was spacious and the amenities adequate for our needs, travelling with my partner and our baby. The location was excellent for all the nice things London has to offer. Pre-visit communication can be improved as a few messages I had sent earlier were responded to late.

Wonderful location. 2 minute walk from Gloucester Rd station. Entrance is not marked clearly and we walked past it initially. Check in was smooth and the desk friendly. Apartment is spacious for a couple and very well set up. Furniture is looking fairly worn but still fine. Bed is comfortable on the softer side. Only issue was that the air conditioner didn’t appear to work. However there was a portable fan. Fair value. Great location. Certainly recommend.

Our family of four loved our stay at The Harrington. The location was excellent. We walked to Hyde park, portobello market, museums and amazing restaurants. We were able to stow our bags after check out and they even accommodated an early check in. I’d stay here again!
