Really nice hotel, beautifully decorated, let down by the rude and unhelpful staff, plus on a lot of occasions only one person at reception so long waits for check in / out or to ask simple questions

Very nice hotel in a very nice & clean city. Loved our stay here & the swim & sauna every day was a boost. Only downside I felt was the bar was a bit chaotic when the hotel hosted events. Didn’t seem that this part of the hotel was run as efficiently.

Staff on check in was not very trained or helpful. Once we got into room items missing such as TV remote. Day 2 the rooms had not been refreshed by 20:00. Other staff at reception very helpful and apologetic and issues sorted straight away.
