Fireplace was not working. The ceiling was peeling off. The sheets had a hole in them. The AC unit made a loud knocking noise every time the compressor went off. The coffee pot was missing the tray for the coffee filter. Shower had used soap in it and hair left in it.

Room old and unkept, damaged furniture the headboard of the bed looked like a cat had clawed it up. Carpets dirty, no tissues, box empty with 1 tissue stuck in it. Worst breakfast presentation I’ve seen since Covid. We will never stay here again, if you’re going to Helen stay at the Holiday Inn Express! Not here!!!

We did the online check-in, which made check-in very easy and quick. Staff was extremely nice. Room was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Cold mini fridge. Temperature of water was awesome, yet water pressure was okay. Walk to the strip wasn't too bad either. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
