Nice and convenient hotel with good shuttle service. My only complaint would be that it says parking is $40 on here, then you arrive at the hotel and it’s $60. I honestly would have stayed elsewhere since $60 was more than I would have paid at another place for my stay.

Shuttle service is terrible. Paid the 70 dollars to park and shuttle there , they forgot to put my name down on the list. When we got back we waited over a half hour after I called the hotel for the shuttle. Shuttle person said no one contacted him. Ok place to stay if you’re not going to the airport.

Room and hotel fine, however, free airport shuttle not at all reliable. Shuttle is run by a neighbouring car parking company which makes booking rather haphazard. We booked a shuttle for an 08:30 pick-up. We were told the bus would come from the parking company's lot across the highway to pick us up. We watched as it drove out of the lot and away down the road to the airport without us. The hotel reception told us we would have to wait for the next bus at 09:00 as the parking company driver had forgotten or didn't know to pick us up.

Arrived at the airport and called for shuttle repeatedly. No answer. Had to take taxi. Told by front desk we would be reimbursed - just contact the manager in the morning. Left early, called and texted the manager, Antonio, no response. Hairy bathroom. Ceiling falling down in shower. One coffee packet. Requested wake up call didn’t happen.

Checked in late. Others in front of me were complaining that the parking lot was full. Had to park next door at Bob Evans. Desk clerk said it was okay but I was concerned about being towed. They didn’t have any window cards. Hotel just needs updated. Not dirty but not squeaky clean. Shower was terrible. Breakfast was okay. Need outlets near bed.

We went out of our way to choose this hotel as they offered Ev charger. However it was only for Telus. Never slept in such a noisy hotel. All night the elevators creaking. Woken up at 4:30 by the loud coffee machine in the kitchen. Humming in the air conditioner all night. Not a good sleep

Our stay was good it was the shuttle service they supplied to the airport rhat was very dissapointing. So bad on our return we finally called an uber without any reimbursement from the hotel. We wont be staying there again if traveling.

The hotel was ok for an overnight stay. It is showing some wear- our ceiling had water damage for example, and the bathroom and shower were very small. It was clean, but very minimal amenities- one bar of soap for both hands and shower, and three towels for four people. Hotels.com had their parking listed as $5 a day. Last time we stayed it was $7. There was a sign there that said it was changed to $70 for 10 days or less. It felt like bait and switch. He charged my card I had put in for incentives for that amount before discussing it and, when I questioned it, told me it was already charged like I couldn't do anything about it, but I insisted he refund me and he did. It was cheaper to park in the airport shuttle lot, which we did. The breakfast was good. Good variety and we appreciated it started early, since we had a flight to catch. Overall it was just ok. We will probably look at other options next time.

This is an older hotel which is totally fine. The bed was very comfortable. The big turn off was that immediately upon opening the door I was hit in the face by the overwhelming smell of a toxic chemical degreaser cleaning product. I could thankfully open the window. I could see the product film on the floor (and it was slippery) so I washed the floor 3 times to get the majority of the heinous toxic smell out. The dirty mop water film on the floor soiled the rag repeatedly. I hope that they will find an alternative effective product as to not make someone sick.

We usually don’t mind staying in La Quinta’s for quick trips but we were definitely disappointed this trip. There was what looked like black mold in the shower on the ceiling that was previously just covered with plaster. The tub was dirty as well. Because of the black mold we asked to be moved and the new room had a dirty tub as well. Just not clean.

Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Hair all over the floor and bedding. The toilet and bathtub looked old and dingy. Walls by vanity and bathroom were dirty … had splatters of something (no idea what it was) on them.

Carpets in the hotel were nasty. The room was not too bad. The shower took forever to drain. It took 5 minutes for the toilet to plush completely. Sink drain extremely slow as well. The hotel had 8.6 On its rating. I would give it a 6.0

This is probably the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's most likely due to the rooms having laminate flooring, with at least an inch gap under every door. You could hear normal level conversation and TVs when walking down the hallways.

Room was dated and had stains in carpet, halls dimly lit and even though I was on the 3rd floor the window lock in my room was not secured. the furniture didn't seem to fit on wall and covered the full length mirror. even the picture on my survey doesn't match what my room looked like. Maybe half hotel has been renovated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the worker constantly kept the area clean. The hotel needs an updated key system. Cards frequently have to be adjusted. The volume on the tv remote didn't work and dispite two requests, no one came to repair it. The price was affordable but there was no microwave or refrigerator.

Stayed with my husband and everything was great. Staff at front desk was helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t utilize the early breakfast or airport shuttle it was great to have. Parking was a bit difficult at times, but we managed. There were a lot of restaurants walking distance which was great. Hotel was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed.

For a one night stay….room was clean, had everything we needed. Staff was very courteous and helpful! So appreciated such a beautiful breakfast at 4am! The shuttle was on time and driver was very upbeat and pleasant.

Hotel was nice. Location was good access to freeway and not to far from City. Beds were comfortable and liked they served breakfast however they need more or better seating. The amount of people and the amount of seating is not fitting.

This was obviously an older hotel, which had recently been painted and refreshed. It was well cleaned and very comfortable. They have the best Coffee I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The attendant at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. We had an early flight and breakfast opened at 4 o’clock. It wasn’t anything elaborate, but it certainly suffice.
