Stains of some nature on sheets, hair in the shower drain. Broken toilet seat. No tv remote. No internet. All of this after the room wasn't ready. We agreed to give them time to get a room ready. Went to dinner came back couldn't get into the room. Lobby locked & no one answered our calls. We were locked out for 45 minutes. Finally got in with a call to the motel 6 hotline. Worst experience ever. Followed up by being lied to by management about fixing things & giving a refund.

This is not a Hotel, it is a place for recovery and for the homeless. Terri/GM is doing a wonderful job helping out the locals and deserves a medal. It's not a place for families, the hotel is in desperate need of repairs and up keeping. The pool area has not been attended to in weeks. We departed after the second night, because are dog was so sick and uncomfortable. I give the hotel credit for stepping up. but it's not a safe environment for unknown travelers to the area.
