We stayed here when visiting the O2 for C2C. What a fabulous location, friendly staff, nice (compact) double room. Great breakfast, free parking. Even better it is literally a 5-10 minute walk from the O2 arena - more if you were drinking :-)

Really lovely stay, shame it was only the one night. Lovely room, friendly staff and the pub had a really nice vibe. Parking outside the property was a real positive. The area around the property is really good to explore and we would like to return fo4 another trip.

A lovely, homely oasis, in the middle of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our stay was perfect. The garden was particularly appreciated on a hot summer day, somewhere we could enjoy a cool drink. We stayed here because it is walking distance from the O2, but will be returning for the warm welcome we received.

Wow! A fabulous place directly 5 minute walk to the O2. Lovely bedroom (room.no.5) lovely bed, heard no traffic with both the windows open.Lovely selection of tea and coffees with some biscuits in room. Fabulous staff, lots of knowledge on food and drink, accommodating for gluten tolerant. Parking outside free when register your car inside at check in. We would not stay anywhere else now. Thank you for a fabulous stay ☺️

Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in when staying away for something. Staff were friendly and polite, parking was so easy and included in the price which saved us paying for the O2 car park. Breakfast was sooooo good. For all future shows we'll be trying to book in here!

Lovely find about 10 minutes walk from the O2. Much more fun than a corporate hotel. Manages a home-run feel despite being part of Fullers. Rooms well appointed with good use of space. Breakfast was excellent. The pub is lovely and has a cat. Warning: All rooms are upstairs with no lift.

Really convenient for O2 which is why we booked. 8min easy walk. Lovely boutique room, great view (no 10). Comfy bed, top notch facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and FREE parking for 36hours.

Exactly as expected from the other reviews. Quirky, Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, peaceful nights sleep, easy/safe walk to the O2, staff very welcoming and friendly, parking in the courtyard right outside, rooms have everything you will need with the exception of a USB point so take your plug .. (I should mention I only had to ask and I was provided with one from the helpful bar staff) Ohh .. and I couldn't find a hairdryer but there might have been one🤔 Water/tea/coffee and a wee tasty chocolate all provided, had no idea how to work the coffee machine though, although I'm sure if I'd asked they would have shown me. Whilst others have made mention off the rooms being small, size isn't everything! This is a great wee place to stay for a night or few and I'll look forward to my next stay at The Pilot!

All staff that helped us were lovely. I made a mistake on the booking and the staff were extremely helpful and were willing to help us out. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m not a massive review writer, but thought I’d go out of my way to leave one for this place - our stay was perfect! Staff were all friendly, breakfast was tasty and came quickly, bed was really comfortable, plenty of space in the car park, modern and clean bathroom, very convenient location. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay - we will definitely be coming back here in future! We went to a concert at the O2 and it’s such a convenient location (5-10 minute walk away). The actual hotel is very quiet despite all the people leaving the venue. Once we got in and went to bed we didn’t hear a peep from outside! Check in and check out process was also super quick and easy. Couldn’t fault the place at all. The only teeny tiny thing we noticed was dust in the cupboards but the room was clean and the bathroom was clean so we can’t complain. Overall, a very good stay and we will definitely be back!

Perfect location for o2 and lovely friendly staff. Sadly ruined by the fact I got no sleep as the bed creaked every time we moved. Awful bed! Air con didn’t work and dirty hand marks all over walls. A shame these things made it such an uncomfortable night as it really is a great location with lovely breakfast too.

Beautiful setting and reasonably priced and a short walk from the O2. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was peng! Only draw back was the construction site across the road so don’t expect a layin after 7am. This was obviously out of their control and did not downgrade the experience my partner and I had. I just love a lay in. Defo will be returning

We really enjoyed our two nightbstay in this little gem Tucked away on the pennisula With tube at the 02 for C london and very easy access to one of londons great villages Greenwich ! Pros Shower was amazing Breakfast was great And The south African guy front of house Super professional and helpful to us and many others at the weekend. Im assuming this is the manager ,if not why? Or the owner. Cons Small bed Comfy matress but if theres two of you Not great for a decent sleep Thanks for everything and we hope to return

Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. I was kept awake by a lot of banging and scraping of furniture across the floor in the bar until gone midnight. In the morning at 6.30am I was woken by a lot of banging and clanging from a delivery to the pub. Breakfast was minimal - a few pastries and two choices of cereal. No fruit or yoghurt. The choice of cooked breakfast was ok. The room was not cheap at £218 and that was after an Expedia discount!

Pilot is full of character. It's close to O2 and Thames ferry station. Staff were very helpful. The site is close to lots of construction at the moment.

The Pilot Inn is a unique blend of an historic building decorated in an imaginative modern way set amidst designer high-rise blocks. It also has the advantage of facing onto an attractive park leading to the O2 with all its amenities. Another bonus is the free car park and quiet location.

Great place to stay when going to O2. Ten minute walk from the arena. Lovely quirky pub with boutique rooms. We ate at the restaurant which was fab. We’ll definitely stay again

Wow! A fabulous place directly 5 minute walk to the O2. Lovely bedroom (room.no.5) lovely bed, heard no traffic with both the windows open.Lovely selection of tea and coffees with some biscuits in room. Fabulous staff, lots of knowledge on food and drink, accommodating for gluten tolerant. Parking outside free when register your car inside at check in. We would not stay anywhere else now. Thank you for a fabulous stay ☺️

Very good accommodation, bed was so comfortable. Easy walk to O2, they say 10 mins, i think more like 5mins. I would certainly stay again. Breakfast was excellent and bar had great fuellers beer.

Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. I was kept awake by a lot of banging and scraping of furniture across the floor in the bar until gone midnight. In the morning at 6.30am I was woken by a lot of banging and clanging from a delivery to the pub. Breakfast was minimal - a few pastries and two choices of cereal. No fruit or yoghurt. The choice of cooked breakfast was ok. The room was not cheap at £218 and that was after an Expedia discount!

I would very rarely rate hotels 10 out of 10 but this was so close that I couldn't not give it full marks. The room was brilliant and the mattress and pillows in particular were the best I've had in ages. Breakfast was also good and the pub was an amazing bonus to have underneath. By the time I went to bed the pub was really quiet so I had no noise issues.

The room was perfect. We slept well , nice and quiet and it was in a perfect location for our visit to the O2. Breakfast was excellent and we had lunch in the pub as well which was great. Definitely come back for a stay again.
