Travelodge London Central Southwark

I was 12 nights in London to see Christmass Lights and Fireworks for New Years Eve and to visit the city Architecture and Musem and i like very much Thames River. Hotel was very nice but to close to the metropolitan train line and i could not open the window, to clean the air from the room i need to open the door and the floor windows. The building dont have any heating plant for the winter but they give me an electric air heater to make warm in the room. Water was very good and very and i like it because they have bath tube. I very rarely find bath tube in hotels. In winter a warm bath could make you feel more healthy and to sleep better. For me was very expensive but also in a good Area, i just walk only ten minutes until Thames River from this Hotel.

It was a safe neighborhood

Towel was dirty and had a stain on it we got a free breakfast and when we went down to retrieve it the waitress was extremely rude.

Good location, large room so plenty of space. Basic facilities in the room, no iron, or hair dryer. Shower gets all the floor wet so could improve there. Left the sign out that says to top up coffee etc but that didn’t happen so had to go get more towels, coffee, toilet roll ourselves.
