The room wasn’t terribly dirty at all, just small and definitely needs updates. The problem is the property has 0 elevator and if you have luggage to carry and get placed on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor it’s A LOT of stairs. There is no hotel “lobby” area just a check in/out desk. Staff were decent, not super friendly but also not rude. Beds were ok, not terrible they didn’t give me a back ache. Shower barely worked giving me very little water when trying to shower. For the price it was worth what I paid but I will be honest I will not choose this hotel again. Staff did come in and give me a fresh towel and changed my toilet paper roll. They never stated that they would be doing that. I do appreciate that they didn’t touch my bed as my laptop was on it. They also make you leave your room key at the desk when you leave and ask for it back when you come back. I wanted everyone to hear the things that I wish I would have known when booking.

Lovely hotel, staff are really friendly. I viewed four rooms as the hotel was quiet and got to pick which one. Each one was perfect for our one night stay. We went with room one with is down some stairs and on its own. It’s a cute little room, feels like a cosy burrow, the bed was lovely I haven’t slept that well in ages. It’s really quiet minus odd footsteps from above entrance. All rooms have toilet and shower, kettle tv desk. I also loved room 22 at the top of the building but that was a lot of steps after walking around London for the day, but that room was bright with a lovely big window. I would happily stay again!
