The hotel was beautiful, many pools. Food was great, service was awesome. The experience was above and beyond my expectation. The entire staff was very attentive. The only thing it’s missing is nighttime entertainment like live shows or movies.

Everything was really good from the food, to the drinks it was all gourmet . I've been coming to mexico for many years this is one of my top three resorts however, the beach is garbage complete garbage. Full of rocks and sargasm.

The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids.

Garza Blanca is a beautiful hotel that’s not too big but perfect in size. Great pools but Beach has a huge rock formation, All along the length of the beach. So bring water shoes!! Water not as clear as the Hotel Zone in Cancùn. Food was great , didn’t feel like a typical all inclusive at all. There was no request that was too big , staff was so accommodating and gracious. My only request is that the hotel make a better effort towards a teens room — games, more pool tables etc. A place they can hang out after dinner etc. Other than that hotel area is quiet and a great hotel if your looking for a bit of a higher end resort.

They shouldnreally mention to bring water shoes. The beach has a lot of rock and gravel. Not the powdery white sand cancun is know for. The resort is kinda way out aways from town so to get anywhere you need to order transportation.

Garza Blanca is a beautiful stay, came for the first time to the country and they accommodated well. They provide transportation from the airport and the way back, they have great staff that surpasses all expectations, and they have an amazing selection of food. The pool areas are clean and the activities are fun regardless of rain or shine! We will be happily coming back here soon and already have friends that are getting ready to book here! We want to acknowledge a few of the staff for making this trip one to remember; Fernando, Alvarado, Willy, Bladimir and the rest of the activities crew. Every single one of them did amazing and you could tell they were having as much fun as the guests were! Thank you once again for having us Garza Blanca, we will definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing. Exceptional tasting food. The best I’ve had in Mexico. Favorite was Dao. So many pools, all were designed with modern feel. Lots of seating around pools. Great service, always around to help and attend to any need. Beautiful resort. To make a perfect resort: have kids club available during dinner time and add another cuisine for a restaurant- maybe French or Lebanese.

This place is beautiful modern and clean !! The gym was great with all new equipment. The food was better than all the other all inclusive that I’ve tried . The spa massage was amazing !! The butler service was helpful! There is a washer and dryer in the room along with a stove and microwave! The downside for me was the nightlife . There is none ! Boring after 5 pm! There needs to be shows and more things for kids to do around the hotel ! The place was also very small. Rooftop is for kids only , restaurants book up fast . Book all your dinners in advance! Best restaurants for me was the steakhouse and the hiroshi ( Japanese) .

The property was very nice & the rooms were very clean. The food was excellent. Staff were very pleasant. Fitness center was also very nice. Would recommend pool staff clean the pools earlier AM & during the day. Empty drink cups & trash in the pools that were left for long periods in the AM & throughout the day.

We had 2 swim up rooms for our family of 6. We arrived early and we were told our rooms would be ready on or before 3pm. We got our rooms just before 5pm. Both rooms had musty odors. Also there was no door separating the bathrooms. The daily cleaning service came twice a day but did not help remedy the odor problem. Overall the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was good and consistent. The lunch around the pool area was average. The dinner restaurants were weak to average. The best restaurant was on the roof. Most likely not coming back to this property. It was not worth the price.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff, really good food considering all inclusive, front desk staff a little slow but this is common. Some inconsistency with room restocking, no towels one day, mini bar restocked only half the time but direct access through WhatsApp with a very friendly attendant and things were corrected immediately. We would come back for sure. Perfect beach location.

The Garza Blanca was beautiful. We stayed in a swim up suite so our room came with butler service. We had 2 AWESOME butlers in Josue and Yuri. They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend requesting them as your butler team you will not regret that decision. They know everything from activities on the property to excursions. They reserved dinner reservations for my family and would stop by our room to check on us a few times daily. I could go on and on about them but they made a great resort and trip 10 Stars plus. Thank You Josue and Yuri from the Hall Family!

We had an amazing stay at Garza Blanca! The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a stunning view that made our trip even more special. One of the best parts was how easy it was to get dinner reservations at the resort’s restaurants. We prebooked in advance, which I highly recommend. Every restaurant we tried was good, and the staff throughout the resort were incredibly kind and attentive. A quick tip: even though this is an all-inclusive resort, it’s a good idea to bring some cash, as tipping is definitely expected and appreciated by the servers. The only downside during our stay was the internet—it was very slow, which made things a bit inconvenient when trying to use apps or stay connected. Also, I suggest avoiding the Expedia shuttle service. It was overpriced compared to other options. We paid $20–$30 for an Uber from the airport to the resort, and it was way more convenient. We also took an Uber to Mercado 28 for souvenirs, and it cost just $6–$10. Just make sure to download the Uber app before arriving at the hotel, since the slow Wi-Fi can make downloads difficult. Other than that, everything about our stay was fantastic. We’d definitely come back!

The property deserves five stars. There’s plenty of eating options and they are very good ones at that. The pool environment is excellent. The Concierge’s white glove service I received as a VIP was incredible and Garza is on top of its game. Highly recommended.

This property is really one of the best AI resorts I've been to. We had a 1 Bedroom Swim Up and everything in the room was very well thought out. Things like powered blinds, a bidet, motion sensors in closet spaces, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen will definitely make your first world problems go away. Service was exceptional as well although some employees in the reception areas weren't too friendly but overall the experience was great. Our butlers Fernando & Caro were attentive and got us everything we needed during our stay. The housekeepers were exceptional as well. The room was always clean and the floors were clean enough to walk barefoot on with no dirt at the end of the day. My two young children really enjoyed this resort even after spending 7 nights at Nickelodeon. They liked the swim up and pools better here. The room service food was great and the delivery times were always on the dot. I ordered breakfast to be delivered at 845am on our departure date and the food arrived at 8:45am. The food at the restaurants could be better though but overall was good. We ate at DAO a few times and the food was good but not quite great Chinese food. The beef noodle soup was on par with some of the restaurants in San Francisco. Overall, I was impressed with this resort and will return when the time comes.

The hotel was very packed when I visited, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, but the service at the pool and the beach was horrible. There were no umbrellas available at the beach. Plus when I would finally find someone to order food and drinks, they would get the orders all wrong. For the price of this hotel, I didn't think it was worth the value. Additionally, I booked an ocean view 1 bedroom suite, but the views are more like partial ocean views. When you look outside, you're looking at the building across the way, not at the ocean. At least, provide an accurate description!

Garza Blanca was everything we wanted it to be! From incredible meals, to relaxing around the beautiful pools, to enjoying our incredible suite, Garza Blanca did not disappoint. The staff went out of their way to take care of us and made us feel special. They were all incredibly nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were definitely the highlight! We ate at a different restaurant every night and they were all exceptional! Be aware that there was a lot of sea weed.while we were there but the resort did everything it could to control it and even removed it by the tractor load each morning. The beach was still beautiful but we did not get in as much as we would have otherwise. This did not take away from.our vacation. We did not have the issue with timeshare sales like I have read in every review but made it clear that we were not interested. So this was not an issue at all for us. I highly recommend if you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation away from the crowds.

Pros: Great food in restaurants like Dao & Blanca Blue. Waiters, poolside staff, housecleaning are great, very kind and excited to help you in anyway. Cons: 1. They immediately try to sell you timeshares at check-in. We tried to dodge our rep but she called our room THREE times the next day to find us. 2. At checkin we were told Expedia gave us 180$/day or $900 hotel credit for the total 5 days to use in the hotel- hotel pushed back & tried to make sure if something was over $180 we would have to pay the difference (even though the contract clearly states “Any remaining credit will be applied to the final statement upon checkout). 3. During my massage, the masseuse asked if her pressure was okay, I kindly said can you apply a little more? Her immediate response: “Would you like to upgrade this to a deep tissue massage for $35 more?” 4. Power went out 3 times in one night & clearly backup generators are not a thing bc the power would be out for more than 10 mins each time. Elevators completely stopped working & no hallway lights to lead to the nearest exit. Major hazard! 5. All dining has checks even if you’re all inclusive! Couldn’t even walk out the buffet with a coffee without having to sign a check. You actually can’t leave the buffet with food at all (literally have never been at an all inclusive where that was the policy) Overall pick a different resort, Garza Blanca charges premium services yet can’t even provide the basics like hospitality or electricity.

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel!! Check-in was quick and because we got there earlier our room was not ready yet, but we were able to have lunch in one of their restaurants. Our concierge (Yadira) was friendly and knowledgeable, she helped us with restaurant suggestions and even prepared a birthday surprise for my mom. We also had awesome butlers (Josue and Andres) who were especially attentive and work to make sure we had reservations at several of the restaurants every day, helping us to change time or restaurants sometimes if needed. Service was exceptional, we ordered room service every day for my 7-month-old baby, and it was always quick and they were very accommodating to our needs. The hotel and our room were always clean, smelling fresh and housekeeping came by again at night to freshen up everything. Shout out to Maria, who always had our room look great at night when we returned from dinner. We especially enjoyed dinner at the Gourmet Hall, where Osvaldo was attentive and Benjamin made a nice show preparing us a Café Maya and explaining the origin of it.Also had a great time at Hiroshi, where Josue, our waiter was great and provided us good recommendations, same for Rene and Carlos at the Blanca Blue restaurant, and Adelina at DAO. Shoutout to David and Christopher from the Pool service, and Luis and Sandy from the beach, as they were great with us and suggested really good drinks to try.

Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

We booked Garza Blanca Cancun to celebrate my 40th birthday and my parents’ 43rd anniversary. I prepaid everything—rooms, all-inclusive, transfers—so my family (partner, 2 kids, parents) could fully relax. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, but the check-in took over an hour. I was told the all-inclusive wasn’t applied for my kids, even though my Expedia confirmation clearly showed it. I was forced to pay an extra $1,860 to check in—exhausted and in tears, with no support from staff despite showing proof and contacting Expedia. Throughout the stay, we had issues using our $90 daily resort credit and 20% discount—even after confirming details during billing. I returned to the front desk multiple times and was told the policy had changed recently, and no refund could be issued. No manager was ever available. Concierge rarely answered calls. A pre-arranged birthday flower delivery never happened, and my coworkers’ and mom’s attempts to plan surprises were ignored. That said, the food, drinks, pools, and service from Arcos (our butler), Antonio at Davino, and Spa Imagine were truly amazing. The resort itself is stunning. Unfortunately, the unjust charges, lack of follow-through, and refusal to assist after multiple attempts left us deeply disappointed. I spent over $20K on this trip and expected better. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this resort.

The checkin process here was absolutely terrible. We arrived in the morning and waited in line a very long time. Our room was not ready which we understand so we were told to return at 3. We returned then and waited a long time again only to be told the room needed inspected and to wait longer. It was ridiculous. Why not just text when the room is ready instead of wasting our time. Terrible process!!!

Garza Blanca is a beautiful hotel that’s not too big but perfect in size. Great pools but Beach has a huge rock formation, All along the length of the beach. So bring water shoes!! Water not as clear as the Hotel Zone in Cancùn. Food was great , didn’t feel like a typical all inclusive at all. There was no request that was too big , staff was so accommodating and gracious. My only request is that the hotel make a better effort towards a teens room — games, more pool tables etc. A place they can hang out after dinner etc. Other than that hotel area is quiet and a great hotel if your looking for a bit of a higher end resort.

Great, beautiful property. However located in isolated spot - beach is not the best and not a lot to do on the property - eat, swim, and sleep. Again, property is awesome, restaurants have delicious food and service. We also got an upgrade for our room - exellent room and spectacular view.

They shouldnreally mention to bring water shoes. The beach has a lot of rock and gravel. Not the powdery white sand cancun is know for. The resort is kinda way out aways from town so to get anywhere you need to order transportation.

Great all-inclusive resort. Definitely family and couple friendly. The grounds & common areas are well maintained/immaculate. The rooms are very modern and balconies are sizable. The beach is descent but small…always seaweed at beaches in Mexico so if you are not familiar with it get prepared. The infinite pools are awesome. The adult only infinite pool on rooftop was picturesque - couples vibe! Food was great although there could have been more local cuisine and there’s opportunity for grilled food on the beach. Be sure to make dinner reservations before arrival as availability in evenings becomes scarce. Far as night life, don’t expect nightclub/DJ experiences as the place is family oriented. Expect chic, jazz/lounge atmosphere..someone maybe playing piano or singing at best. Since it’s centers around family a lot of activities are catered towards kids. They’re building an adult building/wing with bars etc-interested to see how it pans out. One thing that we overlooked, when you stay you have access to the properties on left and right including there amenities & restaurants. Overall it was an excellent stay. I’ll be back!

The drinks are weak, or watered down. That’s really the only complaint. The hotel, service and food were all top notch! Oh, second complaint: this is not where you go to have a nice beach. It’s rocky or concrete and you will need water shoes.

Great property, clean and beautiful. Staff were very nice and attentive all the time. Good food selection and quality. There are a few drawbacks and they are: - having to sign every time you order food or drinks - restaurant reservations fill up too quickly and having to wait till later hours - no buffet options for lunch and dinner - construction next door for their sister property so that there’s constant noise during the day.

Property is beautiful and nice, they should do something about the mosquitoes at night time you can’t go outside due to them. Entertainment wise they didn’t have any shows, so it was boring. Is really hard to get reservations for the restaurant too, the first day we arrived we loose our reservation for the steak house and they were not flexible at all with us.

We had an amazing stay at Garza Blanca! The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a stunning view that made our trip even more special. One of the best parts was how easy it was to get dinner reservations at the resort’s restaurants. We prebooked in advance, which I highly recommend. Every restaurant we tried was good, and the staff throughout the resort were incredibly kind and attentive. A quick tip: even though this is an all-inclusive resort, it’s a good idea to bring some cash, as tipping is definitely expected and appreciated by the servers. The only downside during our stay was the internet—it was very slow, which made things a bit inconvenient when trying to use apps or stay connected. Also, I suggest avoiding the Expedia shuttle service. It was overpriced compared to other options. We paid $20–$30 for an Uber from the airport to the resort, and it was way more convenient. We also took an Uber to Mercado 28 for souvenirs, and it cost just $6–$10. Just make sure to download the Uber app before arriving at the hotel, since the slow Wi-Fi can make downloads difficult. The beach was still beautiful but we did not get in as much as we would have otherwise. This did not take away from.our vacation. We did not have the issue with timeshare sales like I have read in every review but made it clear that we were not interested. So this was not an issue at all for us. I highly recommend if you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation away from the crowds.

The property was beautiful staff was friendly but the all-inclusive package was not great most of the stuff on the menu was an extra charge and you had to sign a receipt for everything annoying. The liquor offer is not top-shelf has to pay extra. The Butler says u could use the sister hotel next door for breakfast but it was false. I recommend moving the coffee shop from the main dining hall cause it confused a lot of patrons.

Excellent service, amazing food and accommodations. We had a 2-room suite. Perfect for our family of 5. Daughter with Celiac was able to eat safely at all restaurants!

This place is beautiful modern and clean !! The gym was great with all new equipment. The food was better than all the other all inclusive that I’ve tried . The spa massage was amazing !! The butler service was helpful! There is a washer and dryer in the room along with a stove and microwave! The downside for me was the nightlife . There is none ! Boring after 5 pm! There needs to be shows and more things for kids to do around the hotel ! The place was also very small. Rooftop is for kids only , restaurants book up fast . Book all your dinners in advance! Best restaurants for me was the steakhouse and the hiroshi ( Japanese) .

The drinks are weak, or watered down. That’s really the only complaint. The hotel, service and food were all top notch! Oh, second complaint: this is not where you go to have a nice beach. It’s rocky or concrete and you will need water shoes.

Great property, clean and beautiful. Staff were very nice and attentive all the time. Good food selection and quality. There are a few drawbacks and they are: - having to sign every time you order food or drinks - restaurant reservations fill up too quickly and having to wait till later hours - no buffet options for lunch and dinner - construction next door for their sister property so that there’s constant noise during the day.
