Stayed 6 nights

The room was very clean, which we appreciated. However, the bed was saggy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Taller guests should also note the bed has a footboard. The check-in experience was frustrating from the start. We arrived after check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready. We were sent to the concierge to pick up excursion tickets, but despite prepaying, none of our excursions were properly set up. The concierge repeatedly sent us back and forth to a travel agency with little ownership or follow-through. One excursion was set up incorrectly, one we attended but were not satisfied with, and two were canceled due to weather, but they didn't reach out to inform us of the cancellation, so more wasted time waiting. Getting refunds was unnecessarily difficult, and we were even incorrectly charged a cancellation fee, which took multiple trips to resolve. The concierge and travel agency process wasted a significant amount of our time. I regret booking excursions through them. On a positive note, the restaurant and pool staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and a highlight of the stay. However, the resort clearly prioritizes timeshare guests. Many pool chairs are reserved for butler service guest and sat unused while other guests struggle to find seating. The grounds are beautiful. I wouldn't suggest this resort to anyone unless they registered an timeshare or butler service guests.

Stayed 3 nights

Visited with my wife and two you kinds (9 & 4). The rooms were beautiful. The property was amazing. Everything about this place was great. Staff members were super helpful, happy, and friendly. Highly recommend the place. Long story but, I originally only planned on staying here for the last night of our vacation (Sunday night, leave Monday) but, due to weather issues back at home. I couldn’t get a flight home until Thursday. Luckily this place has availability to extend my stay. Very helpful in a tough situation. We did one of the garden rooms the first night without all inclusive (again was supposed to be just one night). We loved the first floor level especially for the four year old. He could just walk out and enjoy the lawn between the pool. Very easy location for the kids without having to deal with an elevator. Remaining nights we had a one bedroom with a king and pull out couch. It was huge. Beautiful spot. We ended up doing the all inclusive for remaining stay and that was a good call. The property is kind of isolated and far from the main part of Cancun so, you are kind of forced to eat on site. However, there are so many food options that are really good.
