Before staying at Finest Playa Mujeres I read reviews saying it was closer to a 4* than 5* and now having stayed there, I agree this is true. The hotel grounds are lovely and well kept, but sadly the hotel falls down in several other areas - the food is the biggest disappointment with service varying throughout the hotel. Rooms are a decent size but not 5* luxury.

The service was excellent. The culture of the people that works there was great. It was very clean. Perfect for families and small children. Buffet was great and many a la carte restaurants available as well. The kids club was such

This was absolutely the perfect family stay. I have no negative things to say about the hotel, it is meticulously maintained, has excellent food and drinks, staff are nothing short of incredible, and we felt extremely well looked after. Thank you to Fernanda (gym), Isidro, Margarito and Osiel, amongst others for looking after us so well. We never usually return to the same area, but we would happily come back here in a heartbeat.
