Clean room, staff is very friendly

Good. The only flaw was the dryer didn't seem to dry well.

While the pool was clean and the general property grounds were decent, our actual room experience was poor. The hot tub was out of service, and the room was dirty upon arrival. When we requested a cleaning, the staff was dismissive and had a bad attitude, claiming the room only looked dirty because we moved furniture. However, we found thick dust and dirt under the nightstand that clearly hadn't been touched in a long time; I eventually had to ask for a broom to clean it myself. Additionally, the kitchenette sink was broken, and the towels were so old they were literally falling apart. When we asked for an extra towel, we were rudely told we had reached a 'limit' of four and could not have more. Not a recommended stay.

Friendly staff, rooms are clean and good size. Will continue to stay there.

Check-in was easy! I didn’t like that it smelt like cigarettes throughout the hotel, the towels looked old and there is not an elevator to use.
