It was nice to have washer and dryer access, that was different. I was upset the hotub was out of order, I was looking forward to that, according to front desk it's been that way for quite some time, reason being They can't find anyone willing to come out to Rockwell and fix it.😞😢

We found a couple dead bugs the first day but didn't think much of it. Found more the next day and looked online (took picture and did google search) to find they were cockroaches. We checked around the room to find several all over. Checked out snd went to Holiday Inn which was fabulous. Will never stay in super 8 again!!

Nice and clean. Room is large, hot shower. Only thing i do not like is the hard bed, it is hard and not comfortable. Also you can hear the traffic outside. The cleanliness of the room made up for the bed. Turned the tv on to block out the traffic. If i have to come to rosswell again I will stay here.

Overall, we had a decent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, which we really appreciated, and the staff was courteous and professional. However, there were a few issues that kept this from being a perfect experience. Our room was missing a smoke alarm, which was concerning, as it had obviously been removed. There were no ceiling lights apart from the entryway, making the room feel a bit dim. Additionally, the lamp shades were torn and quite worn, and one of the power outlets on the nightstand didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it’s clear that some items in the room could use replacing or updating. With these improvements, it could easily earn 5 stars.

It was a decent room. They could spend the money on better beds and pillows. I woke up sore both nights. The charged me a deposit just because it was the weekend and they never notified us That until we noticed a double charge. Towels that they lend for the pool could be better they all had holes and didn't dry at all

It was a convenient and less expensive place to stay. Our room was clean and the manager, daytime staff and nighttime staff operated at an amazing level beyond what you’d ever expect. Check-in was a breeze with the manager and so was checking out with nighttime staff at 3:00 AM.

Not a good stay front desk clerk looked irritated to begin with. Gave me wrong room number and wrong key twice. Were told to keep our voices down cause ppl were sleeping and we were in the lobby no where close to the rooms. Floors are super sensitive could hear all the footsteps. Room door handle was a little hard to open. Shower creaked. My pillows had stains. Housekeeping tried to barge in at 9 in the morning while we were still sleeping good thing I had the chain lock on. She said she didn't know anyone was in the room. Keep in mind check out is till 11. Very upsetting stay would not stay there again. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Thank you for your generosity in allowing us to check out at noon to accommodate my 81 year old mother's dentist appointment. It took alot of pressure off of me knowing we didnt have to check out at 8:45am before her 9am appointment that took 2.5 hours. It was very much appreciated.

The night desk clerk accused me of having 4 dogs and not the 3 I informed them of at the time of check in. When I told her she was more than welcome to come to the room and see that I in fact only had 3, she refused stating she saw 4 on the cameras. I continued to welcome her to our room and she refused and stated she would speak to the manager about it in the morning. She was very argumentative and discerning.

Met our needs while in Roswell. Close to everything, quiet and very clean. I requested a handicap accessible room all was ok. Like most places if they put bars near the commode they seem think that is adequate. Unfortunately the commodes are regular height and difficult to rise from like every other pace. Otherwise would stay again.

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet in the hall was covered in stains and smelled. The beds were so hard we only stayed one night even though I had paid for two which they would not refund. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, boiled egg or yogurt. The only hot item was a make your own waffle.
