Most beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.gorgeous water front on the lake with swings and kayaks included Very friendly staff. Breakfast included was delicious and well served portions with great coffee. Fruit, yogurt with granola, eggs served to order, toast with butter and strawberry preserve. This is paradise and will return again. 5 min ride to train Maya Station. 8 min ride to the town parks center, lots of restaurants and the taxi drivers all seemed very honest and did not over charge.

L’Hôtel Mi Kasa Tu Kasa est très bien situé à Bacalar. L'accueil a été très bon et très professionnel de la part du personnel. Les installations sont neuves et en excellent état. Compte avec parking à l’entrée avec accès facile. L'hôtel dispose de 1 piscine très bien aménagée. Petit déjeuner varié et bon.

El hotel está muy lindo y tranquilo. El desayuno muy bueno y aunque no tienen restaurante como tal, el área del comedor puedes utilizarla para tomar o comer algo que tú traigas con una vistas inmejorables a la laguna.

I loved everything about this small hotel, the gardens, the service, the lake views, comfortable room, the breakfast was good and included in the price, you also have free access to paddle board and kayaks. I will definitely come back!!

Es un hotel a pie de laguna con un muelle muy bonito. Tiene 1 sólo restaurant y eso lo hace cómodo, evitando buscar que comer. El servicio de todo el personal es muy bueno y amables. El lugar es muy tranquilo, con vegetación y buena alberca. No es un resort, pero si buscas descanso con todo a la mano, sin duda esta es una opción. Si regreso, me volvere a hospedar aqui.

Nuestra estancia la semana pasada en Mi Kasa Tu Casa fue excelente. La habitacion fue muy grande, la cama y almohadas super comodos, y el a/c y tele con Netflix funcionaron muy bien. Tambien teniamos una palapa en el techo con hamaca, mesas y sillas. El servicio que brindaron Emma y los demas fue muy bueno. La piscina fue bonita y limpia. Habia muchos arboles y plantas en la propiedad. El area del muelle excelente, con uso gratuito de los kayaks y SUP. Los desayunos incluidos fueron muy ricos, y las comidas y cenas deliciosas! Muy recomendados los tacos de camaron y los de arrachera!! El hotel es afuera del pueblo, cerca de la carretera. El ruido de la carretera fue el unico negativo, pero la experencia en total fue fantastico!

Fue una experiencia muy placentera; si mejoraran la limpieza (en todos los espacios, no sólo en el piso y baño) de la habitación hubiera estado inmejorable. Por otro lado, la ubicación y acceso a la lagunason estupendas. La atención en el restaurante fue excelente.

Muy acogedor para descansar, hay que traer vehículo o tomar taxi para llegar al centro de Bacalar. Buena comida, mucha limpieza. Excelente para descansar y meterse a la laguna. Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento en general a sus instalaciones.

Muy sucio el cuarto, las señoritas de la limpieza que además son las encargadas de la cocina, preguntando si querríamos la limpieza del cuarto, para que les diéramos propina y como nombres Dimos, a partir de allí nos trataron muy mal, incluso el check out llegaron a tocar la puerta bastante fuerte para sacarnos, a pesar de que teníamos erecto a Checkout late

We came with high expectations due to feedbacks from guests, got a little disappointed with the room, missing a table with chairs and place to put luggage, we had to leave all in the ground, they mentioned the bed is queen size but it is actually Matrimonial size 1.40m wide. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful, communication by WhatsApp with person running the hotel really helps, it is away from town so need a car or arrange taxi for any transportation to downtown. Nice deck to lagoon and breakfast simple but also good. The lagoon is realy nice and it worths the visit.

Es un hotel bonito, con mucha vegetación, las habitaciones y el baño son amplios, cómodos con un balcón lo único es que la habitación le hace falta un mueble como para poner cosas, si tiene clóset pero no tiene sillas ni nada, solo la cama con sus burós.. (habitación queen) el restaurante es pequeño pero bonito solo que tardan mucho en servirte el desayuno, es algo a tener en cuenta porque si te quieres ir rápido tardan en atenderte ya que parece que solo hay una cocinera y una mesera, el desayuno incluido es rico pero una porción pequeña, el área de la laguna está bonito y la atención del personal es buena.

Upon using our bathroom heard water pouring onto floor. The drain pipe was not attached. We reattached but had water all over the bathroom floor. If you bumped the sink, the drain pipe fell off. In the morning we could flush the toilet. Had to use our only drinking water to flush toilet. No lights outside our room. Going up two flights of stairs in the dark. No VIP benefits offered.

We felt like we stepped directly into paradise from the first moment we set foot at Mi Kasa Tu Kasa. The grounds, nature, and lagoon of course were breathtaking and Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was the perfect place to enjoy it from. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and generous complementary breakfast. The free kayaks and paddle boards were our favorite! Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend for a family or couples getaway.

La recepcionista no me cambio mi habitación por otra más cercana a la Laguna ni me dejo quedarme una hora después del check up, le dije que tenía calidad silver y dijo que no les interesa lo que diga Hoteles.Com. Es un hotel bonito, con mucha vegetación, las habitaciones y el baño son amplios, cómodos con un balcón lo único es que la habitación le hace falta un mueble como para poner cosas, si tiene clóset pero no tiene sillas ni nada, solo la cama con sus burós.. (habitación queen) el restaurante es pequeño pero bonito solo que tardan mucho en servirte el desayuno, es algo a tener en cuenta porque si te quieres ir rápido tardan en atenderte ya que parece que solo hay una cocinera y una mesera, el desayuno incluido es rico pero una porción pequeña, el área de la laguna está bonito y la atención del personal es buena.

We came with high expectations due to feedbacks from guests, got a little disappointed with the room, missing a table with chairs and place to put luggage, we had to leave all in the ground, they mentioned the bed is queen size but it is actually Matrimonial size 1.40m wide. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful, communication by WhatsApp with person running the hotel really helps, it is away from town so need a car or arrange taxi for any transportation to downtown. Nice deck to lagoon and breakfast simple but also good. The lagoon is realy nice and it worths the visit.

Most beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.gorgeous water front on the lake with swings and kayaks included Very friendly staff. Breakfast included was delicious and well served portions with great coffee. Fruit, yogurt with granola, eggs served to order, toast with butter and strawberry preserve. This is paradise and will return again. 5 min ride to train Maya Station. 8 min ride to the town parks center, lots of restaurants and the taxi drivers all seemed very honest and did not over charge.

Muy acogedor para descansar, hay que traer vehículo o tomar taxi para llegar al centro de Bacalar. Buena comida, mucha limpieza. Excelente para descansar y meterse a la laguna. Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento en general a sus instalaciones.

Es un hotel a pie de laguna con un muelle muy bonito. Tiene 1 sólo restaurant y eso lo hace cómodo, evitando buscar que comer. El servicio de todo el personal es muy bueno y amables. El lugar es muy tranquilo, con vegetación y buena alberca. No es un resort, pero si buscas descanso con todo a la mano, sin duda esta es una opción. Si regreso, me volvere a hospedar aqui.

Nuestra estancia la semana pasada en Mi Kasa Tu Casa fue excelente. La habitacion fue muy grande, la cama y almohadas super comodos, y el a/c y tele con Netflix funcionaron muy bien. Tambien teniamos una palapa en el techo con hamaca, mesas y sillas. El servicio que brindaron Emma y los demas fue muy bueno. La piscina fue bonita y limpia. Habia muchos arboles y plantas en la propiedad. El area del muelle excelente, con uso gratuito de los kayaks y SUP. Los desayunos incluidos fueron muy ricos, y las comidas y cenas deliciosas! Muy recomendados los tacos de camaron y los de arrachera!! El hotel es afuera del pueblo, cerca de la carretera. El ruido de la carretera fue el unico negativo, pero la experencia en total fue fantastico!

We felt like we stepped directly into paradise from the first moment we set foot at Mi Kasa Tu Kasa. The grounds, nature, and lagoon of course were breathtaking and Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was the perfect place to enjoy it from. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and generous complementary breakfast. The free kayaks and paddle boards were our favorite! Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend for a family or couples getaway.

El hotel está muy lindo y tranquilo. El desayuno muy bueno y aunque no tienen restaurante como tal, el área del comedor puedes utilizarla para tomar o comer algo que tú traigas con una vistas inmejorables a la laguna.
