The room had all of the basics we needed. The staff were really helpful and happy to provide us with extra towels.

Absolutely awful!! Room no 4 is the worst, bathroom dirty, bath mat needs putting straight in the bin, disgusting. One curtain to cover the whole window which was covered in stains. Water in kettle, a complete no no. One towel provided for two people, luckily we showered before leaving home and there was no way we were showering in the morning, we couldn't wait to leave, Man on reception was rude on check in, stated that Hotels.com are scammers and they only receive around £60 of the £84 we paid, if that's the case remove the hotel from their website, don't complain to the customers. We slept on the bed because we couldn't bring ourselves to check the mattress for fear of what we may find. We don't recommend this hotel and we definitely won't be staying ever again!!

Luckily we only needed the room for a night as it was in poor condition. The walls had not been painted, only plastered. There was no air con or temperature gauge and it was very warm. There were light bulbs out and a lack of space in the room. Additionally, we received one small towel between two of us, without any hand towel or towels for showering. A disappointing stay, but the hotel was in a good location.

Room was absolutely filthy. To the point we slept on top of the covers with clothes on. We were only provided with one towel , the room was booked for two adults for two nights, and it was dirty. The shower tray wasn’t draining properly so we had to be as quick as we could as to not flood the area. The lights in the hallway didn’t work so we had to use our phones to get to our room, to which we then saw a huge hole in the wall outside the room door and the door wouldn’t even lock and unlock properly.

Great place to stay when heading to wembley stadium, 10 minutes walk from the jubilee line. For what we paid it was great value for money. Try the zombie cafe down the road for drinks and snacks
