Front desk was excellent. We loved that they were able to provide us with an early check in on Saturday afternoon. We were attending the Lumineers concert on Saturday night, my wife and daughter really appreciated being able to get settled in to our room early. We also loved the Noon checkout, it made for a relaxing Sunday morning enjoying the pool, hot tub, and sauna. We will definitely be back.

Location was perfect. Tidal was nice to have on premises, but there was no shortage of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to the monorail and Pike's Place. Room was clean and had adequate amenities. Pool was extremely nice. Giving this a just OK rating because for the price, this hotel did not have a business centre or even just a computer and printer for guest use, and at times, no one would answer at the front desk or operator. As in, the phone would literally ring and ring with no answer, and this happened multiple times during daytime hours (e.g. 2 pm). I travel a lot for work and for leisure and I certainly expect more for a hotel of this caliber and cost by way of service.

When we arrived, there's a stand alone air purifier in our room next to the AC system and it was running on turbo speed. It was unusual but we didn't think much about it. It was too loud so we turned it off before we went to bed at night. We woke up coughing and sneezing in the middle of night. By the next morning, my lungs started to hurt. That's when it dumped on us why there's air purifier running on turbo speed in the room at first place. I recognize the symptoms. It happens when there's mold contemmination. We turned the air purifier back on immediately to turbo speed and my symptoms slowly dissipated. By judging the presence of the air purifier. The hotel knew there's a problem with an AC system in this room, but they still put this room in service, never mind it's a 4-star hotel. It's completely not acceptable and we are very disappointed. For the hotel who's reading this review, we stayed in room 461 for one night.

The staff were professional, friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile upon entry. The rooms are spacious; the bed was super comfortable; great amenities; the restroom was beautiful and clean with excellent water pressure. Location was 5/5. The pool, locker rooms and gym were wonderful. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Unfortunately, we found the barn door for the bathroom to be a deal breaker. I would not stay here again because of that. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and never had a barn door - just not enough privacy, especially if you are staying with friends. Everyone in our group agreed that it was quite uncomfortable and we would have liked to know ahead of time that there was not a proper door for the bathroom. There is a bagel shop downstairs but it would be a nice amenity to have a tea and coffee station in the lobby like many other hotels offer.

Very nice property with awesome amenities, especially the sauna/steam room combo. The room was lovely. Only negative thing was the thermostat had a high pitch sound, like ringing in the ear sound which was noticeable at night.

In comparison to the new Hyatt across the street, I would say this hotel is just mediocre. They were the same price but I hadn’t stayed at this hotel yet so I took a chance. It wasn’t terrible by any means but my room was not very clean and seemed outdated. The shower had poor water pressure and a lot of the wood furniture was scratched and dinged which made it feel very outdated. The bed was not very comfortable. There is only valet parking which is 59.00 per day. I would not stay again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Seattle. Second time to stay at this hotel for me. Executive suite is spacious with wonderful sunset views of the skyline. Hotel staff were courteous. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Difficult check in process (computer was down, which caused a half hour delay after a long and tiring journey to get there). Bar would not open until their normal opening time despite multiple staff being available there with nothing else to do, and 10 thirsty people standing around waiting for check in to be ready. Staff seemed unhappy and not concerned about being accommodating. For such an expensive hotel, not a great experience.

Super clean, front staff was SUPER NICE. I always worry when I bring my very outgoing children that it could be a nuisance for some. Instead they were overly welcoming, friendly and engaging. They made everything seamless and helped direct me to find parking (aside from valet) on a very busy weekend with the convention center holding an event (I had no idea about, 10/10 donut recommend being in DT Seattle during events if you are easily overwhelmed LOL. That’s Seattle, not for this hotel specifically).

The valet people lost our car keys for about an hour and we couldn’t go Anywhere and no one was telling us anything until we asked a manager what was going on with our keys and that’s when we found out they had lost the car keys.

Loved our stay. We used the valet parking even though expensive, as very convenient. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Central location, 15 minutes to everything we wanted to see. Walked lots day and evening and felt safe, well lit and lots of people.

This hotel was in a PERFECT location for us to explore the city of Seattle; we walked absolutely everywhere. It’s just a few blocks from the light rail station at Westlake Center, so it was super easy and direct to get there from the airport. The same building also has a monorail that goes to the Seattle Center where the Space Needle is (we walked there in about 20 min one way, then took the monorail back). Pike’s Place is about twice as far as the Westlake station, and other waterfront POIs like the aquarium, ferry terminal, and Ferris wheel are just beyond that. We even walked back from T-Mobile Park after the postgame light rail was too crowded to get on! Capitol Hill is a walkable distance too. The hotel itself was nice, modern, and clean, as you’d expect from a Hyatt. Bed was comfy and TV had chromecast. It was one of my fastest check-in experiences, and the indoor lap pool was great, and it has one of the better and more fully featured hotel gyms I’ve seen. There’s also a convenient cafe with good coffee and bagels downstairs for a convenient breakfast, plus a full service restaurant which we didn’t try. There’s also a pizza vending machine but sadly it was out of service during our stay. My only complaint is the bathroom door is one of those sliding ones that doesn’t quite give you full privacy.

We loved our corner view room!! Made us feel special. We had a great breakfast at your Tidal restaurant, but we splurged and had an unforgettable dining experience just a block up 8th at Ruth’s Chris Steaks, and that was after catching the link to TMobile Park for a baseball game. We love Seattle! Just so fun! Good exercise too.

We were trying to order room service on Saturday and was transferred to voicemail four times and disconnected twice. The food was mediocre at best. The burgers were dry and fries looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. At $25 per burger I expected much better. The second complaint is I paid for our stay in advance but was still charge almost $60 for destination fees. I ah e no idea what this is for but it is ridiculous to have to pay more money on top of a supposedly paid for stay.
