We just stayed for one night for a work trip. We felt very safe staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is across the street and is 35 dollars. We slep ok but the bed was a little stiff for my liking but very clean and warm.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, great location for staying before or after a cruise, the shuttle to the pier was great and easy, and the arrangement of a car to the airport was convenient and about the same as an Uber or taxi but more efficient and they set it all up for us! The rooftop lounge was a great way to relax before the cruise and it was easy walking distance to the pier and Pike Place Market. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful desk staff held our bags and texted us as soon as a room was ready for check-in. Hotel is an easy walk to the Space Needle area and Pike Place, with restaurants/takeout/coffee everywhere. Comfy bed, nice rooftop patio, and shelves right where you want them outside shower.

Used the parking lot across the street. No Issues. Staff was helpful. Loved the roof. Need another elevator. Neighborhood could be scarey. We were NOT on the top floor and was VERY noisy.

The Customer Service is excellent. Elevator is a bit slow, but otherwise, clean rooms, comfortable, bed good. TV was good. We stayed before our cruise and after our cruise. Convenient location. Nice courtyard and rooftop area too. Restaurants close and several to choose from. Highly recommed.

An older building that’s well maintained, this hotel has everything you need and the price per night is reasonable. Free bikes to borrow. Complimentary snacks, coffee and tea in your room. Fresh coffee in the lobby starting at 6 am. Free shuttle to the pier. Definitely a good choice for pre-cruise stay.

We loved the area. Walkable to everything, Pikes, Chihuly, the space needle, restaurants, everything. We found a great little sports bar with THE BEST tacos!! Buckleys! The bed was so comfortable. The towels were huge, bathsheets basically. The coffee cups in the rooms were real, not paper. The room was immaculate. The staff were so outgoing and friendly, and helpful!! This was a great place to stay.

Our room was much smaller and more outdated than we were expecting. On top Of that the walls were very thin so our neighbors kept us up most of the night both nights. And the Bed was Hard, not very comfortable

Location, staff, rooftop area were delightful. Easy ride to piers for cruise departures. However the toilets in the rooms were very low, perfect for kindergartners but not for adults. Carpeting in all the hallways was difficult for rolling bags or luggage cart. Single small elevator which must be shared with housekeeping. Leave extra time for departure as a result.

Fantastic location for access to all Seattle attractions. The caveat is that the area (as is most of downtown) is surrounded by homeless, which is not the hotel's fault. The lobby is cute and serves very good coffee in the mornings. Amenities are fine, but the room is TINY. There was barely enough space for us to fit two suitcases.

I really appreciate the wonderful customer service from Monisha as she went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my room preferences even though the hotel was sold out. She was great! The area outside the hotel is crowded with street people at all hours of the day and night but the hotel is safe as it has security. All of downtown Seattle has problems with street people so this is not something you can avoid.

We stayed at the Belltown Inn for 2 nights prior to leaving on an Alaskan cruise. This hotel was great - very good location with public transportation close plus walkable to many sites in the city. Room was very nice and super clean. Staff at desk were always willing to help - shout out to Brent! Highly recommend this hotel!

Water and coffee offered in the lobby everyday. Great location if you have plans downtown and a ton of great restaurants and cafes within 5 min walk.

Superb staff, clean, but small, room. Comfy bed. Excellent location for experiencing downtown Seattle. Lots of amenities. When we first approached the hotel I have to admit that I was more than a bit apprehensive- lots of unhoused people very near the property. However, it didn’t take long to see that the unhoused were even in the highest scale downtown locations. They are a big part of downtown Seattle. The Belltown Inn has a night security guard & there is a strong police presence downtown so we felt very safe. I only mention this to prepare new visitors. Don’t let this cause you to shy away from staying at this great hotel. That said, the location is absolutely perfect for walking to all major downtown attractions, restaurants, the piers, the Space Needle. The Belltown Inn has a fantastic rooftop seating area to enjoy food/beverages. They even have loaner bikes & a nice, big gathering table in their lobby. I would absolutely stay here again & would recommend it to friends & family. A helpful tip: if driving a vehicle, pull up in the unloading space right in front of the hotel (it says 3 mins., but you can stay long enough to check in and unload baggage). I recommend buying the daily parking permit for the lot across the street diagonally from the hotel. This will allow you to pull in & out as often as needed & there was always sufficient space. I saw parking personnel there frequently which made me feel a little better, but make sure you leave nothing in your vehicle.

The hotel is very nice, excellent location for discovering the city. The neighborhood is okay but not sure you could find anyplace in Seattle where you're not going to encounter some homeless and otherwise questionable individuals. I would stay there again. Nice rooftop to relax.

Wonderful weekend stay at the Belltown Inn where you truly can “walk to everything.” Convenient to the Market, waterfront, downtown. Lots of eating options - we went to Anthony’s at Pier 66, Din Tai Fung, and Hatch Cantina. Homelessness is an unfortunate downside of the immediate area, but the hotel felt safe and doors were locked at 10pm with security on site.

The service at the desk was perfect, they offer us a "shuttle" service to go to the port on Sunday and also stay im the room till the departure at 11:45 with no additional cost. They also refferred us to an excellent Italian Restaurant "Cotto" nearby.

Lovely little hotel. Good location. Helpful staff. Very clean. If you want resort style—this is not it. Very basic. No restaurants, no pool, but great before and after cruises (especially those leaving from Pier 66) and help with transport to SeaTac or Pier 66. Reasonable with good value. Loved it!

Walking distance to water, Seattle Aquarium and tons of restaurants / bars. Super nice and helpful staff. There’s no breakfast but there is really good coffee in the lobby. Sometimes the one elevator takes a few minutes to get to you. But overall fantastic place to stay, will definitely book there again

This Inn was located close to cruise terminal. For those without walking issues the places nearby were easily accessible. small rooms and elevator. But staff was very helpful and friendly. no breakfast but theres a place called Bisquit Bit_h right next door.
