Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was in excellent condition and comfortable. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Smoked salmon chowder was a real treat. Looking forward to our stay next week.

The room was extremely nice, views of the beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean were amazing. Overall would highly recommend all the way around!

Great ocean view, hot tub and pool were warm enough. Staff was friendly, we did not eat any of the breakfast.

The NOT so good … The beds are insanely high … like … bring a step stool- high. I am 5’3 and I used the ottoman to help me get into bed comfortably. No joke. I literally do not understand why a bed would need to be that tall. Not only that, but the giant, heavy platform that the bed sits on is so big and heavy, it obviously can’t be moved to clean around it and the filth and nastiness between the head of the bed and the wall … DISGUSTING to say the least. So awful. The GOOD: The location is great. The coffee all day long in the lobby was great. The ocean view rooms are fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and kind. The pet friendly hotel policy was awesome.
