One of the lift is non functioning, we have to be in queue to use the lift.

£10 per night to park not in review plus £150 secure is only told to you when you book in. Concert room no toilets near to go as they are other side of reception through another bar.

Good breakfast selection, warm friendly staff, fantastic entertainment

It has a very nice basement room for private events which has its own bar. Very good entertainment in a grand room at the back with it's own bar.

Seaview room was very nice. Stayed in a solo room with an ensuite. Room had a kettle, clothes storage and a bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was like a time capsule to the 70s. Not very modern and quite small. Breakfast was included in the stay and I had the full breakfast each day. It was a great way to start the day. Parking on site is £10 a day There was £50 deposit for breakages per night too that I was surprised with on my check in. Of an evening the entertainment was nice, usually bingo followed by cabaret. The staff at the hotel were lovely and they have 2 bars. The hotel definitely feels like it needs a bit of modernisation in places. That's not to say it was bad, it was nice but wasn't cheap. However the surrounding area is very run down, a lot of derelict buildings and closed up store fronts. A short walk (about 10 mins) South will take you to the tower and the more lively area of town.

Brilliant stay All inclusive could maybe stay on un 23.00 Also snooker room should be open earlier We were told the room wasn’t available until 15.00

Internet was spotty, rooms look brand new but small, very clean, daily cleaning, not happy about having to pay £10 per dsy for parking at the hotel the cost should be in with the price of your stay and apparently because i booked through holiday. Com or any other 3rd party hotel charges £50 per night upto a maximum of £150, for damages which is ring fenced and returned when you leave, i don't know how many days it takes to appear back in my account, which actually put a damper on my break as i was relying on that money. Booking through booking. Com wasn't the problem but i never saw anything when booking regarding car parking charges or damage charges.

Hotel was clean good breakfast. Parking was a nightmare and didn't like the policy of leaving your car keys with reception and they would move your car if thet needed too.

Very welcoming hotel with good service & location. Very clean & tidy room. Evening entertainment was great.

The hotel looks grand on the outside, but inside was a little different. Parking was full, we had to squeeze the car up the side of the hotel & hand keys in so they could move the car as required. We had a room which had a fresh sick stain on the floor with sick on the over end blanket which clearly hadn’t been noticed by the cleaners. We placed it on the chair and left it there, wasn’t great first impression. There where Ants in the main entertainment room on the wooden dance floor - my toddler kept trying to catch them. Breakfast was good, service a little slow due to amount of guests, so make sure you have plenty of time before your heading out. Staff were all friendly, helped with requests around having balloons in the room for a birthday. So overall pros and cons to the hotel in my view. I wouldn’t stay again due to cleanliness but the rest of it was okay.

Our stay here was great. Firstly the negative, please ensure you liaise with the hotel if you have any level ground access requirements as these are not clearly posted or described. Secondly the halls are a little narrow and dated but this doesn’t reflect on our stay. The level of service upon arrival was nothing short of exceptional. When asked about disability entrance, a member of the team happily left their station of serving evening meals to personally walk us to the entrance and escort us in. A pleasant interaction to ensure we got to where we needed to be. The reception team were fantastic and informative, pleasant and would happily help us with anything. The whole of the downstairs is for entertainment, dining and a bar. This was all clean, well maintained and spacious for a good evening in. The room was in neutral colours but very clean and spacious considering there were four of us. The breakfasts were fantastic. From the quality of food to the service. It’s a help yourself continental buffet followed by a hot breakfast served to your table with a choice of items on there. All great quality and worth every penny. This hotel will be at the very top of our list to return to if/when we return to Blackpool. Thanks!

The room we stayed in was up and down many little stairs and corridors as if the building was many joined together. That was even to get to the lift. Room was clean and fresh bedding but very dated. Windows were filthiest I've ever seen and may not have been cleaned for years.

We did enjoy our stay however a few a things did let the hotel down. We stayed in a family room and the sofa bed was not the comfiest. We did move a single bed towards the wall upon requested by our teenage son as his bed was close to ours. Upon doing this revealed under the bed to have rubbish and bits from previous guests. Floors were super creaky and though the bathroom was a generous size the water pressure was really quite bad. We also asked for a seaview room which we got. However it was pretty hard to see out of when the windows were extremely dirty. The Staff were very nice and helpful and and the foyer area and bar areas were clean and comfortable. We didnt eat breakfast or dinner as we found it to be expensive as a family of 4 so cant comment on the food.

Room looks very modern, but the cushions that are on the bed for dressing only were dirty and stained. I’d sooner not have dirty decorative items placed on to clean bedding. Curtains were also dirty and stained. Sink in bathroom was tiny. Water was only luke warm so unable to shower until I returned home (thankfully only one night!).

Room was very dated but clean. Bathroom was virtually unusable because of the smell of drains and actually woke me up in the early hous because the bathroom door was slightly open. Didn't even clean my teeth next morning and had we been booked in for a second night we would have asked for a change of room. Shame really as hotel was generally clean but our room should never have been let out.

The room was spacious

Room was old and dated. It was clean and plenty hot water for baths/shower. Wall in room 307a are damp stained and the decor is grandma’s attic but the main bed was comfy. The single bed is cheaper than cheap. Other party were in 109 which was more modern but right above entertainment and subject to the full noise of being there!

Staff were brilliant Room was clean but a bit small we booked a sea view and got a side sea view on the 3rd floor because of some maintenance issue however the water supply was the worst I have ever experienced the shower was very modern but with hardly any water coming out of it, impossible to shower. 1 elevator not working and it looks like its long term.

On arrival reception really friendly, the room we were in was very spacious but was really needing some TLC curtains hanging off rail drawers falling apart had to ask for another kettle as one in the room was all tarnished inside overall room was not as advertised.Entertainment was excellent Dinning room staff were very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately room not what we expected for the price we paid.

Mattress was thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable, breakfast was basic to say it was full English. Floorboards seemed to be creaky everywhere, especially outside bedrooms. Key fobs are huge to carry about. Car park very tight. Will not stop again.

Room was too small, bed was very uncomfortable (like sleeping on pebbles) breakfast wasn’t up to much and all inclusive drinks finished early. We will know next time to stay at the imperial hotel next door which we know is 10/10

Staff was very friendly . Hotel is in a fantastic spot on seafront Food is amazing and plentiful. Drinks are great and reasonably priced We stayed in a suite which was very large .however could do with updating. As do some other parts of Hotel. If this was done this wouldbe excellent

Rooms need an update, thread bare carpets, rooms with wallpaper and boarders on, a bit 70's/80's

I have stayed at this hotel a good few times before but this was my worst experience and the hotel seems to have gone downhill. Arrived at check in desk and man behind reception very unhelpful and said well I can’t check you in and just pointed to another worker who I needed to wait for. This is fine but why even have someone behind reception who can’t check in guests. Booked as a family room for me my mum and my 2 toddlers: the room is labelled “family room”. I wouldn’t exactly call a double bed and a pull out bed adequate for a family for the 3 nights we stayed. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable

We stayed for one night to celebrate my mam's 70th. The hotel was ideal, it had everything we needed and was lovely. The room we had looked out onto the sea which was perfect and it was a really good size. We stayed in for the evening entertainment which we really enjoyed, bingo and two singers. Breakfast the next morning was also good. It was great to be able to park the car at the hotel and leave it for our full stay. I'd definitely recommend the Park House Hotel and we'll 100% look to stay again on our next visit

The room was absolutely fine and comfortable, spacious and modern. But the bathroom was a disappointment. We had to point several issues out number of times since the day we got there right until the very end. The shower was the worst, the water flow was very slow. Knowing that we had young kids, we were on the very top floor which was a slight pain, though they had lifts, so the water flow affected. Also the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest when they did the service next day, so we had to point this out as well. Other than that, the staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly, and the location wasn’t too bad either.

Was lovely our room the lady that checked us in came across rude and ruined our stay at check in . She needs to have manners people like her shouldn’t work with customers but my tongue very rude . Chloe on the other hand was lovely understanding and helped us x

Firstly massive respect for Chloe in reception, the customer service was incredible and helped us out for all our needs! We managed to get checked in early and arrived to our room. The room was very old looking and nothing like the photos. I wasn’t too bothered as the price was acceptable. I asked Chloe in reception if there was any other rooms and she was so polite about it and offered me and my partner an updated room. We slept very well in the cosy room only faults were the floor boards were creaky and the showers temperature was confusing. Very happy with the stay as the price was so cheap the best thing about the place is the staff the humorous manager and Chloe being so lovely

The hotel is quite and clean. Staff members are very kind and helpful. The beach and all the amusement are very close only a few minutes walk. We had a really good experience.

Located north of Blackpool centre, a 10 minute walk to Blackpools attractions. Location was fine for us. Parking available charged at £10 per day, why not free or lower priced? Entrance into the hotel not obvious, blank central square bay wall with single door either side, not immediately obvious that these doors are the entrance. Interior was clean and tidy, building has some nice original features. Check in was easy and our room was soon found on the second floor. Hotel has two lifts but one was out of order. The hotel' floor plan is a little of a rabbit warren probably due to various mods being made in the past. Our second floor bedroom had a double and a single bed, ensuite and small dressing room. Plenty of floor space, nice decor, reasonably equiped but no view. Wood framed single glazed windows need cleaning and the net curtain needs laundering, Dining room is large, a little crowded in layout but ok. Contains many original victorian features, cornice, ceiling roses etc, Large windows look out over the bay. The wait to be seated seemed unnecessarily lengthy at times but the staff were friendly and provided good service generally. Food in general was good quality, good portions and well presented. Could be hotter and some elements need improving, ie: toast with the pate was tough and rubbery. The management were informed of our concerns, they apologised and appeared to take things on board. Overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay and would consider a future visit.

Turned up at around 1.30pm and managed to get checked in to our room right away which was good. We were unable to get a parking space and had to park on the street next to a neighboring hotel - our double room with sea view was on the small side but was perfect really for our one night stay, had everything we needed and was lovely and warm. Breakfast was really decent and well organized - would stay again

We had a great stay in family room, relaxed breakfast with cereal, fruit and yoghurt options followed by freshly cooked hot available - with a different special item each day. Close to Blackpool tower but tram stops almost right outside anyway. Found car park usually always had space (it is £10 a night but we expected that!). Didn’t go to entertainment as kids had busy days but what we saw looked great.

Well located hotel in Blackpool. Easy and friendly check-in and close to the north pier. Hotel was very warm and parking as a bit onerous but that is my only complaint and every hotel appeared to be the same. I would happily recommend this hotel, and mainly based on the friendly staff and location.

My friend and i stayed with the All inclusive package. I feel was great value for money, i enjoyed all the meals as they were to my tastes. The staff are very helpful and polite - we had a young man on his first day who was nervous (bless him) but he done great! The rooms decor and furnishings are outdated, and we only had a bath (which i had not realised) and the mattresses were far to springy and soft for both out comfort. Overall, It is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for feel it is worth the money.

There was long wait for breakfast, breakfast tables hadn’t been cleared away. Run out of bread to make toast and wasn’t given the opportunity of brown, they sent a staff member to get more bread and a longer wait. Then was told by a staff member that the cooked breakfast would be another 8 minutes due to the bacon being defrosted. With that we left, informed reception, who were shocked. My partner asked for a refund and we did no have the breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel with very friendly welcoming staff nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent food 5 stars to the Chefs and kitchen staff. I highly recommend the Coddled Beef Steak to any meat eaters it’s delicious as was all our meals. Added bonus of evening entertainment with lovely chatty bar staff. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was fine if not a bit tired and in need of a refurb. The bar food was absolutely terrible with 0 effort put into any meal. Entertainment was ok with the first night much better than the second. Only 1 wine available by the glass which isn't terribly customer friendly.

The hotel lobby and reception area are nice and clean and welcoming. The room was very basic and very outdated which we were a bit disappointed about because it didn’t match the rest of the hotel but it was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower didn’t work very well. We had some food on evening from the bistro menu but it wasn’t very nice. My son’s burger bun was burnt and the salad was old and wilted. The evening entertainment was pretty good. The staff were nice and friendly. In the morning, we went down for breakfast and it appeared very poorly ran, not enough staff for the amount of people dining. The tables hadn’t been cleared and it just seemed that the couple of staff that were working were very much over worked and unable to keep up with all the demand. We waited half an hour for our cooked breakfast but when it came it was nice.

Room 200 was newly-renovated so good. Another couple in our party were given an unrenovated room which had a stained mattress and tatty bathroom. They demanded a move. Food good. Bar nice. Wedding very well organised

I took away a star because they had no ‘dairy-free’ milk. Like most hotels on Blackpool seafront (like The Savoy and The Imperial etc), Park house is also very dated and tired. The staff are attentive and hard working. Breakfast was okay - with limited choices for veggies. Juices were a bit watery and no selection of teas - Earl Grey etc. The room was clean. But loud music could be heard loudly in my first floor room - till about 11pm - it was Saturday night. Good choice of drinks at the bar - very reasonably priced. At the check-in I was told that the parking was full - snookered!!! Luckily found a space in a street nearby. Seafront location is good - although my room looked to the back - North Pier is about 8 minutes walk away.
