The place wasn't the cleanest. There were no bed bugs or rodents. The place is pretty beat up. They allow animals so there were pitbulls in the hallways when we were coming and going from hotel. The beds are as l thin like army cots. There were holes in the walls and a lot of needed repairs. This place is also right next door to a strip club and across the street from a truck stop. There were a lot of sketchy characters walking up and down the street at all hours. The front of the building where you check in at was completely demolished like it was hit by a truck.

Just don't stay here. The front of the building is collapsing. The owners/staff truly didn't care about my stay. It seemed to be a burden that I was even there. Hotels were booked in the area this week and I had no other options to stay but I will never stay here again. Shower was held together with double stick tape, floors and tub were dirty. I could go on and on. So again, just don't stay here. If you do you will be staying with the constant riff raff that live there.

The building itself was run down and not cared for by maintenance. The hallways smelled like dog and cat urine. Outside they had one small bench for people to sit on. If you walked to back of property there was a building that used to be part of the hotel. Boarded up and had been posted for being condemned. The room itself was mostly ok for cleanliness. However corners and floor trim had months of piled up dirt. The bed was not great and pillows were very flat. TV line up was good though.The people were nice enough and pleasant. From now on I am going to only rent a room for one night, before being locked in for a weeks rent.

I've stayed here three times now. The buildings are a little worn out, but the place is alwasy clean and quiet, and the bed is always comfortable. Staff is friendly. Neighborhood is a little weird (near a couple big gentlemen's clubs) but nothing weird going on in the hotel. It's right off the highway, and is a very good price.

The stay was challenging. The check in gentleman was nice and I didn't see any other staff. The cleaning staff were apparently in my room to provide a new towel and take garbage but didn't make the bed and no personal items were left out. The hotel seems very tired and the pets welcome is a concern for cleanliness. The hotel basically shares a parking lot with a gentleman's club (Brandy's) and the whole vibe is very sketchy. The hotel smelled of marijuana and the walls are paper thin for those partying. I stayed two nights and both nights were completely sleepless. Hearing the neighbors up partying until 4:30 am both nights was brutal and I was worried that my vehicle could be stolen or vandalized. Challenging area and I should have looked well beyond price in this case. I have a hard time believing that reviews are ever above a 6 for this hotel and location.

My husband is traveling for work so we’ve been staying here for the last few weeks. The cost isn’t bad & the customer service is really good. They have coffee in the lobby. Rooms are cleaned well! The beds are comfortable & clean-even have mattress protectors which is a huge plus! Theres a laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers. There are a few cons, but nothing major.. 1) While rooms are supposed to be “smoke free” some guests still smoke in them.. & not just cigarettes. The smell travels & will have the entire hallway smelling like weed. 2) The walls are INCREDIBLY thin, so you can hear a lot! 3) Water pressure sucks. 4) Mini fridges don’t have a freezer spot- makes long stays difficult bc we can’t keep any frozen foods. 5) There is no elevator. 6) Vending machines are in the hallway, which is always warm, so snacks are usually melted. 7) WIFI is spotty. 8) It’s right next door to an exotic dance club & across the street from a sketchy pilot truck stop.. Overall: It’s been a decent place to stay, you just have to take the good with the bad.

We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of months. It was reasonably priced and clean. This stay the room was not very clean, the refrigerator did not work and my husband killed a roach crawling out of the tv console. We won't stay here again!

Had to switch rooms because the first one had hair and toothpaste in the sink still and the restroom smelled like mildew and when I finally got settled into the second room and went to take a shower before bed the water was ice cold I waited an hour and it was still ice cold and I figured maybe they were just really busy but it was after midnight so I don't know. Then in the morning and there was still no hot water at all. So I had an important meeting without being able to shower. Also the guy who checked me in was very nice and tried to be helpful but this hotel is just not a very good one so there's not that much he could do

The stay was awful! The room smelled like burnt soup, the walls had water bubbles in them. I had roaches all over my room. Front desk was okay to deal with. I purchased two nights there, couldn’t get through the second night because it was so disgusting and uncomfortable and left.

Upon arriving after 6 p.m. I had planned on putting my payment on another card. The woman informed me that she did try to call and that my VM is full-- in a really rude tone -- unbeknownst to her -- it is indeed full... of VMs from my deceased Mom that I still need to listen to regularly to help with the grief. The bathroom floor and walls hadn't been cleaned. The fan let out a smell of smoke, so we couldn't use it. The entire bedroom ceiling had mismatched paint for repairs to the point that it would be best if they threw a coat of the same shade over the whole thing. The burgundy walls had thick dust on them. The laminate flooring in the bedroom area is about to lift in some spots and was stained.

The hotel was clean and nice overall. The bathroom was not dirty but was quite outdated and definitely needs an update to match the rest of the hotel room. The water pressure was very low. There was no breakfast out the one morning that we checked, only coffee. Overall it was pleasant but would like to see the bathrooms updated and/or decorated to match the rest.

The room was clean. No bugs, clean sheets, blankets, mattress. The toilet was not in good shape. It leaned and you had to hold the handle down until the toilet paper was gone & water was clear. A/C unit was very loud but it worked well. Staff was very helpful, friendly & professional. Hotel itself was quiet. I could not hear other guests at all. I would stay again.

Everything was good except there was no shower curtain. And the employee couldnt get me one so I got water everywhere showering. And my key card deactivated while I was taking my belongings to my car to leave. Had to go to the desk to get card reactivated to get the last of my stuff.

Our arrival at the hotel was immediately marred by a truly unpleasant encounter at the front desk. The check-in lady was far from welcoming; she didn't offer a "hello" or any greeting, nor did she crack a single smile. Her demeanor was generally off-putting, and it seemed quite clear she had no desire to be doing her job. To make matters worse, the check-in experience itself got off to a rocky start. The desk clerk couldn't seem to locate our reservation, even after providing my name. It wasn't until I presented proof of the booking that she finally managed to find it in the system. The surrounding area itself appeared somewhat shady, and the hotel building gave off a distinct run-down vibe. This initial impression unfortunately carried over into the room. The bed was incredibly noisy with every slight movement and remarkably uncomfortable, making for a restless night's sleep. Taking a shower proved to be another test of patience, as the hot water took an exceptionally long time to come through. To top it all off, despite a stated check-out time of 11:00 AM, the housekeeping staff was already attempting to rush us out of the room by 10:45 AM, which felt quite premature and unwelcoming.

It was the most terrible service I’ve ever experienced while traveling for business. Nowhere in my reservation did it say that if I didn’t check in before 6pm that my reservation would be canceled but that what happened. I was out doing business so I couldn’t check in and then I got a call from them at 6:10 and called back at 6:20 and they said that they had canceled my reservation and sold it to someone else. When I asked if they could give me another room they said that there was nothing they could do but yet when I would go online the website said they still had rooms available. I would advise anyone to stay anywhere else but here especially if you’re traveling for work!!!

My husband is traveling for work so we’ve been staying here for the last few weeks. The cost isn’t bad & the customer service is really good. They have coffee in the lobby. Rooms are cleaned well! The beds are comfortable & clean-even have mattress protectors which is a huge plus! Theres a laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers. There are a few cons, but nothing major.. 1) While rooms are supposed to be “smoke free” some guests still smoke in them.. & not just cigarettes. The smell travels & will have the entire hallway smelling like weed. 2) The walls are INCREDIBLY thin, so you can hear a lot! 3) Water pressure sucks. 4) Mini fridges don’t have a freezer spot- makes long stays difficult bc we can’t keep any frozen foods. 5) There is no elevator. 6) Vending machines are in the hallway, which is always warm, so snacks are usually melted. 7) WIFI is spotty. 8) It’s right next door to an exotic dance club & across the street from a sketchy pilot truck stop.. Overall: It’s been a decent place to stay, you just have to take the good with the bad.

The place wasn't the cleanest. There were no bed bugs or rodents. The place is pretty beat up. They allow animals so there were pitbulls in the hallways when we were coming and going from hotel. The beds are as l thin like army cots. There were holes in the walls and a lot of needed repairs. This place is also right next door to a strip club and across the street from a truck stop. There were a lot of sketchy characters walking up and down the street at all hours. The front of the building where you check in at was completely demolished like it was hit by a truck.

I've stayed here three times now. The buildings are a little worn out, but the place is alwasy clean and quiet, and the bed is always comfortable. Staff is friendly. Neighborhood is a little weird (near a couple big gentlemen's clubs) but nothing weird going on in the hotel. It's right off the highway, and is a very good price.

The stay was challenging. The check in gentleman was nice and I didn't see any other staff. The cleaning staff were apparently in my room to provide a new towel and take garbage but didn't make the bed and no personal items were left out. The hotel seems very tired and the pets welcome is a concern for cleanliness. The hotel basically shares a parking lot with a gentleman's club (Brandy's) and the whole vibe is very sketchy. The hotel smelled of marijuana and the walls are paper thin for those partying. I stayed two nights and both nights were completely sleepless. Hearing the neighbors up partying until 4:30 am both nights was brutal and I was worried that my vehicle could be stolen or vandalized. Challenging area and I should have looked well beyond price in this case. I have a hard time believing that reviews are ever above a 6 for this hotel and location.

The hotel was clean and nice overall. The bathroom was not dirty but was quite outdated and definitely needs an update to match the rest of the hotel room. The water pressure was very low.
