The property it self was as I rated. However, being charge daily for parking on the hotel lot when we have paid to stay there, was something I had trouble understanding and wanted to know why the additional charge for guest parking on an open lot of it’s kind. Thank you!

The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The soap products in the room were also satisfactory. The staff was okay, nothing bad but nothing exceptional. My only complaint was the pool area was very slippery. I understand the floor will become slippery when wet, however it felt excessive. My kids have never slipped in a pool setting so much. My daughter fell hard and actually hit her head. The pool area may benefit ffeom some anti slip matts. With that in mind, we would stay again when visiting Indy.

Maybe it was bad luck but the hotel central AC wasn’t working when we checked in. Hotel is located in an industrial park on a one way street and inconvenient to access. Had to call front desk to get tv connection. Cleaning staff were really noisy on our floor in the morning. Didn’t feel unsafe but gas/convenience store a block away had an armed security guard locking and unlocking the doors at 10:00 pm. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We were in town for IMSA at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This property was the perfect location! There is a Starbucks and McD nearby, and only about a 15 minute drive to the track. The pool was refreshing after a hot day trackside! We had one minor issue that the staff fixed ASAP. Overall we had a fantastic experience and will stay there again.

The accommodations were fine, though there was dust and cobweb on some of the lamps as though the room had sat empty for a long time since it was last used. The worst part was a continuing double beep that came from a presumably empty nearby room. It was loud enough to wake me out of a dead sleep and frequently enough to prevent me from fully falling asleep. Called the front desk two nights in a row to stop it and no one ever bothered to even look. It’s hard to have a positive opinion of a hotel in which you can’t fall completely asleep, and seems to ultimately defeat the entire purpose of paying for a room entirely.

Walking into the room there was hair on the toilet seat and around the shower area; we were told there was no help so our room would not be vlosurinf our stay.. we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask several times for one roll we asked for garbage bags? There were one in the trash and when we entered the room. We also had to request clean linens.

We have stayed here many times in the last 8 years when the hote was new. The mattresses need replacing. When we sat on the beds they squeaked as if they rubbed on the bases. The heating / air unit was noisy at first. We had to put the weight of a suitcase on it to get it to stop. We will stay again it’s just these items weren’t what we have come to expect.

Checked in, asked for a late check out was granted an hour. I was surprised when housekeeping knocked at my door with a dnd sign and it wasn’t check out time. I still had an hour. I really don’t appreciate companies charging this much for services and they lack communication or ability to do their job efficiently. The 1st I noticed with my room as soon as I opened the door was an unpleasant odor. Plain & simply it smelled. The next thing I noticed is how outdated this property is compared to the other property I stayed at last week that is only a couple miles away. The refrigerator worked so so, had no freezer compartment, the bed wasn’t as comfortable, the tv was noticeably smaller, even down to the bathroom towels weren’t as nice. Bottom line this property needs a lot of tlc. The only thing about this property that made this 1 better was a bench outside to enjoy the beautiful weather that the other property didn’t have. Otherwise I would much rather book another night somewhere else.

The room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 we arrived at 4:30 and the room was still not ready. They gave us a different room. The AC was horrible… very loud running with a horrible car alarm under tone that gave me a migraine. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. Never offered us a comp for the inconvenience. The towels felt like sandpaper. The bed was hard as a rock… and the blanket was old and heavy! It was literally the worst hotel stay we’ve had in years. I will say the room was clean, and the breakfast offered was good for all… even for someone avoiding carbs.

would not provide a receipt for the stay. said to get it from Expedia. rude. then said you want a receipt, did you park here, then printed out a receipt and charged for parking. double rude. could print out a receipt for parking but could not print out a receipt for the stay. also smoke alarm went of a 3am. nothing said about that. not even we are sorry that happened. I guess it is just too bad.

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn hotels across the Eastern US and this wasn’t the greatest. I never give reviews but I was baffled at this. My room wasn’t the cleanest, hair on the sheets. The toiletries were random (shampoo was one brand, conditioner another but no biggee) and there was no lotion. I asked the front desk for washcloths and said my room didn’t need cleaned for our second night stay, just needed linens. I was told “we only clean rooms every 5 days, and we DONT HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS. I can give you hand towels to use”. I realize none of this is huge deals but I just have never had this type of experience at a Hilton/Hampton Inn.

Everything was good except for breakfast out 10 minutes late & the front desk individual not being around for a while between 6:10-6:40 when I went to head out. Room was in great condition/ clean/ smelled good. Breakfast was decent as well, your normal sausage and eggs and some cereal and yogurt options.

Quiet area away from the main part of the city. Central air in commons areas wasn’t working but they did have large fans going nonstop. The rooms are large, spotless & safe. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff overall very very pleasant. Very affordable bc it’s NW of downtown whereas all other areas are very expensive.
