Motel 6-Waterloo, IA - Crossroads Mall - Cedar Falls

This motel is very old and run down, we had to ask for towels and soap and was told they don't offer Shampo. The pool was closed due to maintance(looked as though it had been closed for a long time). There was a constant smell of drug use and unsavory people everywhere. Would not suggest this motel and I will never stay there again.

Entire hotel smelled like smoke, From cigarettes. My room was filled with the smell as well. Allergies flared up immediately. Guy downstairs said he couldn’t do anything about it , because he couldn’t police everybody .

It was lovely

Although the staff was very friendly and welcoming, my room was a complete disaster it was dirty with pee and pubic hair around the base of the toilet no microwave and the sheets had burn marks through them there was a substance all over one of the walls where the TV was looks like soda was spilled

The mattress in my room had foreign objects in or on it as well as needs to be replaced. The tenants across the hall had a crying baby. Also people in the hallways late at night need to be told to be quiet and not mess with others doors.
