Requested a ground floor room, was told when I called to request a ground floor room that would be no problem. When we arrived given a room on the 4th floor, told by front desk we were assigned to a room on 4th floor as housekeeping was behind? Stains on carpet, wall by AC torn up. Coffee pot broke day 2, no replacement available from front desk. Pool filled with bugs, my husband used the net to clean pool. Elevator wall was very dirty. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Reception area clean, staff very nice.

The shower had mold at the top, the floor in the hallway was so spongy it felt like you were goi g to fall through the floor at any moment. There is not enough parking, the pool was green tinted, you can hear tbe people above you moving around more than normal.

I checked in with 3 grand kids. I hurried so they would be able to swim. The pool was green and closed. I was in room 312, the door to bathroom does not lock and you have to do extra to make the main door to close. The receptionist was outstanding! He was handling all of the customers who needed extra towels and all complained about the pool. Breakfast was great...person attending was awesome. I was not pleased with the cost. I was on the third floor facing a tall building, blocks all views. It did provide privacy and we were able to leave curtains open.

I booked a king suite for my family of 4. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have any more suites available and game me a room with one king bed. I asked for a roll away and was told they didn’t have any. The pool was tiny and in the parking lot. The bathtub had lots of rust stains my 6 year old wanted to know why it was so dirty.

Room 208 was very stinky and musty smelling. The leaking ac? made the floor wet and has forced the floor to rot and pull away from the wall. My husband and I shouldn’t have stayed in that room. He has asthma. No one should until it is repaired! It could be full of mold! The employees were very nice and it had a good buffet.

Our room had dog food on the floor, pet urine, and an insect on the floor. Had not been vacuumed at all. We were very disappointed in Holiday Inn because they have always been a great place to stay. For what you are charged, it should be great.Also some kids were outside unsupervised throwing rocks in and at the pool. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good. Desk people were very nice and helpful!

The bathroom tub and faucet was falling apart, chipped tub and faucet was loose, very loose, had to hold it against the wall as I turned it on and off. Toilet seat was chipped too, should be replaced, no one wants to sit on a chipped/peeling toilet seat even if it’s clean. Overall, the hotel and the room were clean it’s the worn down conditions of parts of the room that needs to be addressed. We were on the 3rd fl and the flooring close to the elevator going to room 314 feels like it’s crumbling under the carpet, we felt dips in the flooring. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. But please improve those conditions.

Our only problem was the room above us was very noisy kept us up till 3am, called front desk to have them check on it. Started at 10pm lasted till 3am so we didn’t really sleep. I asked for adjustment on my stay

The beds were PERFECT…the best sleep I’ve had at any hotel in a very long time! The AC was nice and cold. Breakfast was perfect and the kids ate everything up! Great stay!

Hotel was okay, very big room. Bathroom could have been better and found a big dead water bug right on the floor. We also stayed during some high school championship games. Lot of kids in the building had to move as they were up and down the hall of floor I was on.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return We booked 2 suites with a rollaway bed and 2 cribs. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant ignored us while finishing a personal call. After hanging up, herself and an annoyed older lady informed me that there were no cribs either. The older lady nonchalantly said she saw my request, but they hadn’t had rollaway beds in years instead of contacting me ahead when she saw the reservation. 1 suite reeked of mold and urine, i informed the attendant and was handed a nearly empty can of air freshener instead of a solution. I then asked, due to the mold and the babies, if I could switch. The only alternative was a downgrade to a 2-queen handicap room, which also smelled bad and uncleaned , no reimbursement. While the breakfast and staff there were pleasant, the front desk service was consistently unhelpful and nonchalant (the older lady) Even after the downgrade and multiple issues, a simple late checkout request was refused without courtesy (older lady) Dirty rooms, bad smells, unprofessional staff, and zero effort to make things right. This ruined the start of our family vacation. We will never return.

I stay in hotels weekly. I witnessed what was an employee being very rude and disrespectful to an individual in the hotel lobby. I own business and feel obligated to share. It was a middle aged Caucasian male. It was the tone, and attitude that I wouldn’t except from my own employees.

The staff were extra cordial, polite and easy to converse with in conversation. Their willingness to accommodate service was refreshing. Thanks for all to make us comfortable in staying. One thing: were looking for some bacon one of my morning breakfast. Maybe a reason it’s not served otherwise great!!

Not thoroughly cleaned bathroom ( hair, stains, etc.). The smell of the mold in the room was TERRIBLE . In addition, our beds were definitely not a queen size beds and more like twin size. It’s located pretty far from everything. Won’t stay there again

It was a decent hotel. It could use a little bit of upkeep in areas. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they gave you sheet of paper with restaurants in the area on it. Close enough drive to the casino’s and beach. The pillows were to small and soft for my liking. I would stay there again if I was in the area.
