I like their outside veranda area for relaxation when the wheather is nice. Wish the fire table was operational. The pillows look soft but end up being rock hard and flat while you sleep. Rooms are nice and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and quiet. The pool was also clean and my husband and I were the only ones at the pool all weekend basically which was nice! The outdoor seating area is well kept as well as the grounds of the Hotel. One thing I would like to note is that they don’t have complementary breakfast which in the amenities it says “breakfast available” I confused this for free breakfast. They do have a bar/cafe/starbucks inside of the lobby where you can get food and drinks. Otherwise I have 0 complaints. We will be using this location as our regular hotel for our Miami trips in the future

After a grooling drive we arrived at this hotel. I was wanting to swim but the pool closes at 8pm. Bummer. I ordered a hamburger that looked delicious on the picture in the lobby. What I got looked and tasted like I got a better value at the truck stop. Won’t do that again. I understand why nobody seemed to be ordering food.

The property was very clean . What turned me off was on my last night I decided to was my clothes in their washer machine. The machine did not ring my clothes properly , I then rang them out with my hand but when I put them in the dryer they were drying for more than 2 hours and did not dry . The guy at the front desk and the supervisor was nonchalant about the situation and refused to refund me my money spent on the washer & dryer . And on top of that I had to leave half of the load I washed at the hotel because I couldn’t carry a load of wet clothes through the air port ! I will not be returning .

The room was well equipped. Nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that I did find someone else’s hair on the sheets as well as on the shower wall. Other than that it was good, I would stay there again.

Went to eat leftover pizza. Full of ants in room.. Ate outside earlier an here come ants. Paid over $7 for 10 Tator Tots. Supposed to be loaded. LoL.. Positive beautiful lobby.

I always stay at Courtyards when I travel and this was probably one of the worst. Outdated, small tv, no usb ports, limited lighting and mirrors. The shower was the absolute worst part. Water would randomly turn off and the water temperature was not consistent. We were often left covered in soap. We called maintenance and all they said was “yeah we know it doesn’t work.” Never switched our room. I also specifically picked this location because they had breakfast that we paid for. There was no breakfast on site. Starbucks was never open. Lots of false advertising. I’m highly disappointed. Had any of this been communicated I would have stayed elsewhere.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Miami West. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. This hotel was a great value for a weekend stay in Miami. The property was clean and the staff friendly and courteous. It’s right next to the Turnpike, so it was easy to hop on and zip around the greater South Florida area. It is in an industrial/business park area, so it was very quiet over the weekend, but was definitely bustling by Monday morning as we were leaving. You have to drive if you want to eat or shop - it’s not in a walkable area. Plenty of parking, though!

This is a very nice hotel with large rooms. It is far away from restaurants which made it a longer day when we had to travel to find dinner. One person in the party has a gluten-free diet so we could not eat at the hotel's food place.

Dining was not good at all. Breakfast was basically inadequate and worthless. Property was good and clean which is typical with Marriott properties. Check in staff could use some improvement. Not the warmest and welcoming at all.

The hotel room was fine. I paid extra for breakfast. I wasn’t given a voucher upon check in. The next morning I had to ask for a voucher. When we took the voucher to the cashier, she pointed out the menu choices. This included muffin, fruit, and bagels. We were disappointed. That is not breakfast. We didn’t pay extra for a bagel. We had been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years. Every year, we had a full breakfast. We will probably stay here again but not pay extra for breakfast. It was a waste of money.

Don\'t buy the "Breakfast" it\'s a fix menu of items from the Hotel Starbucks, mainly bakery items, yoghurt or coffee (regular brew type). In case you want to order an "Americano" it\'s just a one expresso shot and then hot water is added, rather than a regular coffee with an expresso shot.
