Not the most attractive of locations but the hotel staff were all excellent and the rooms v clean and comfortable. Bar team attentive and housekeeping helpful and courteous. Car park is undergoing attention but get past that and it's a valued spot.

Really nice hotel. It was easy to park and it’s right on the Hanger Lane tube station. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection was really good. We were told breakfast was until 10.30 but we went down late one morning (so our own fault) and it was being cleared away at 10.15, just something to be mindful of. Would stay again, lovely weekend spent there.

Parking is ludicrously expensive, £19 a night when the price was not exactly low in the first place. On top of this the parking was limited so you spend the money on the parking without guarantee of having a parking spot Sunday morning the police were at the hotel which blocked me in and meant i could not get to work on time. I understand this is a situation that could not be avoided but there was no effort to address this when raised with staff and was also quite alarming to see this at what i thought would be a secure hotel Upon checking my room on leaving i noticed there was rubbish under the bed from the previous occupier of the room. I notified staff on the desk when checking out but this was not met with any real apologies or actions that filled me with confidence that they cared

The staff are all lovely and friendly. Disappointing that the bar shuts so early when a lot of people use this hotel to attend concerts. Breakfast range is good and vegan options available. You can't change air con at night so it got fairly hot and uncomfortable.

Great looking room and a good size but a little dusty probably due to the air con and high traffic conditions outside. The staff there was really friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels and actually had a fridge that works

We had a fantastic stay at The Crowne Plaza Ealing. The bedroom was very clean and welcoming. The public areas inc, The Bar/Restaurant were spotless. Food and Staff (Eric, Britten & Pedro). Excellent.

Clean and tidy hotel. Very friendly staff at checkin, breakfast and departure. All deserve a mention, especially Sujata and Paprya. Breakfast was well cooked and well presented. Nothing to complain about which made for a great experience.

I stayed only 1 night , the air conditioner was not working, the lights over the beds were not working. I canceled the remaining days and I haven’t gotten a refund yet. It’s been 9 days. I had to ask for a receipt and the person at the front desk was not friendly at all,

We had 3 rooms. All rooms looked tired and in need of updating. One room had a broken bedside shade 210 and dad to get maintenance to check the toilet. one room which looked over a flat roof on the ground floor 024 had unlocked windows which couldn't be locked from inside but could be opened from the outside which was a safety issue and security issue plus a noisy fan outside making it hard to sleep. For a 4 star hotel and for the cost per room was overpriced.

We spent 11 days here and loved the staff, breakfast was excellent and Pedro and Sadie were amazingly helpful and super friendly. From the moment we checked in until the day we left all front counter, dining room and cleaning staff were terrific. The only negatives were with the rooms - bed was too small - only a double and really should be a Queen as a minimum. TV was very small, needs an upgrade. Toilet wouldn't flush - pressure very low. Very close (3 min walk) to Hanger Lane tube station (central line) so you're in Marble Arch/Oxford St in about 9 stops - 20 minutes. Will definately stay there again. Good value for money.

We booked this hotel as we were wathching england at Wembley that evening. Location wise the hotel is ideal for this as it was a short taxi ride away. Overall the hotel itself is not bad but not great either. The family room we booked for myself, son and brother was a great size with plenty of space for all of us so thumbs up on that, however the furnishings in the room are very tired and some of the decor needs attention for example stains on the walls and peeling wallpaper. The bathroom facilities were great, we had a bath and seperate shower. The main bed was comfortable and blankets provided adequate HOWEVER, the pull out sofa bed was horendous! Not only was the mattress the thickness of a sheet of paper, when we pulled the bed out the sheet/mattress protector had a nasty looking yellow stain on it, and the mattress itself was covered in stains. Also we was not provided with and blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. We immediately informed reception and to there credit they came up within a couple of minutes and changed the stained sheet with a clean one as well as providing us with bedding. My brother who "slept" on it said it was the worst nights sleep he had ever had. The buffet breakfast was very nice and restaurant very comfortable. Overall the hotel represented ok value for money however i probably would not return until its given a refresh

The overall stay was satisfactory but the biggest disappointment was that the WiFi didn’t work in the room and there was nothing watchable on the tv. I called the reception and they said that maintenance will come tomorrow at 9am in the morning. 1 Star for not being able to resolve the minor issue then.

Staff at breakfast time were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. Had to pay a £50 deposit that was actually taken out of my bank account and a week later still hadn’t been returned, still trying to get it refunded back to me.

Thank you so much to Josh on reception for being so fantastic on check in. We really appreciate your help when we asked for a twin room rather than a double. The room itself was spotless, the bar was lovely, and I got a really good nights sleep.

The bar staff was very kind and welcoming. The front desk at arrival was not most considerate. Had to change rooms 2 times before getting what i adked for the first time. I felt as if the receptionist was not trying to accommodate my requests. The trainee was kind the next day.

If you are planning a trip to London, I can thoroughly recommend a stay at the Crowne Plaza London Ealing. Because it is located out of the city centre, it is considerably cheaper than similar four-star hotels located more centrally. However, the Hanger Lane tube station is a three-minute walk away and a regular Central Line service takes you straight to the heart of London in 30 minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is plentiful and evening meals are pretty good as well. All in all, it is great value for money!

Easy to find on the tube. Close enough to Wembley that we were able to walk back in about an hour - although I’m pleased there were a few of us as it was a bit sketchy in areas. Nice room - as expected. Breakfast was fine - standard hotel breakfast. The negative feeling about the hotel came after when I realised I left a dress in the wardrobe. Phoned the same day after I’d checked out and was told to email. Emailed and had no response for 5 days so phoned again and was told “we haven’t got the email” without asking my name or what the email was about. Emailed again and when I got an email back a few hours later, I was told no dress was found. So the dress has miraculously disappeared from the wardrobe. Shame as this would stop be booking there again despite it otherwise being a good hotel.

We spent 11 days here and loved the staff, breakfast was excellent and Pedro and Sadie were amazingly helpful and super friendly. From the moment we checked in until the day we left all front counter, dining room and cleaning staff were terrific. The only negatives were with the rooms - bed was too small - only a double and really should be a Queen as a minimum. TV was very small, needs an upgrade. Toilet wouldn't flush - pressure very low. Very close (3 min walk) to Hanger Lane tube station (central line) so you're in Marble Arch/Oxford St in about 9 stops - 20 minutes. Will definately stay there again. Good value for money.

A lovely hotel. Clean and well presented. Staff were helpful and booked us into a different room as we were an hour early and our room wasn’t ready. Comfortable beds. The area around the hotel is a bit grubby with a small row of shops … most of which were shut. A barbers, newsagent, etc. Don’t let that put you off though as the transport links are very good and the local people are very friendly and helpful when asking for directions.

Value for money hotel. Clean rooms if not a little dated. Convenient tube stayion straight outside. I dont mind staying a little outside of central London as long as transport is easy enough. Not much around the hotel but a short taxi ride to ealing had pubs shops, shops, restaurants.

Staff is very friendly. 1 minute walk for the central line station 25 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to Heathrow. Rooms are spacious in comparison with downtown hotels I have tried. Breakfast is nice.

We were told breakfast was until 10.30 but we went down late one morning (so our own fault) and it was being cleared away at 10.15, just something to be mindful of. Would stay again, lovely weekend spent there.

The hotel was ok, but it’s on a major traffic intersection and 20-30 minutes from anywhere worth going to in Ealing and 30 minutes from Wembley where it’s advertised as being near. The area around the hotel is dirty and desolate. Hotel itself and staff were fine.

This hotel was clean, staff supper friendly and helpful. We had a problem on the first day with the shower and they fixed it immediately. Price of the hotel was good and right next to a metro station. The only draw back was, it was far from city center. It worked for us because we had a family in the area, however if you are just a visitor, it is time consuming everyday to get to city center.

Where do i start, from the minute we checked in to the minute we left we had no problems, the staff were so lovely so kind and so attentive, the gentleman who served us in the restaurant Friday night was amazing, he gave us some top tips for travelling aswell as having a normal conversation with us while we waited for our food, in the restaurant we had a very short wait for our food which was so tasty! We had a wonderful time Friday-Sunday. Breakfast Buffett constantly was refilled nothing was ever empty, staff were on it cleaning ensuring you had clean plates and room on the table. The room was 2 single beds which were soft and bouncy very comfortable! Thank you all so much!! The fire alarm did go off at 2:45am on Saturday but staff worked quick to ensure it was turned off and a false alarm.

I ordered breakfast for room service , told one off cleaners could you take my left overs she says leave it outside your door was outside in hall all morning and most off the afternoon breakfast not even 1 star absolute terrible of breakfast hash browns soggy egg over cooked bacon terrible sausages were decent and rest was not good enough best thing about this stay was the staff and nice gentlemen behind reception I wouldn’t recommend this stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Crowne Plaza Ealing. The bedroom was very clean and welcoming. The public areas inc, The Bar/Restaurant were spotless. Food and Staff (Eric, Britten & Pedro). Excellent.

Clean and tidy hotel. Very friendly staff at checkin, breakfast and departure. All deserve a mention, especially Sujata and Paprya. Breakfast was well cooked and well presented. Nothing to complain about which made for a great experience.

Totally adequate for a one night stopover. Easy checking in process. Not a lot of choice for the nighttime meal, however, the smash burger was the best I’ve ever tasted. Hot food on hot plates. Very comfy beds. Everything is in the room that you would need. Everything you could wish for for breakfast, and it was delicious. Waiting staff very attentive, in fact all staff were very helpful. The only negative ( and it is a personal observation ) is the smell of the products used for the handwashing/hand cream. It generated a smell of stale cigarettes that filtered into the corridors. I would recommend this hotel.
