I was there for only one day. The hotel is a converted office building and the rooms are brand new and nicely appointed. There are no facilities, such as pool, hot tub or patio. The staff were wonderful and bailed me out of a difficult situation trying to contact my clinic. It is literally across the street from the beach, but it does not have beach access. Good for a short business stay.

This place works for me. I’ve stayed a couple times. It’s got large rooms and a comfortable bed. The location is close to beaches, great food options, a very large grocery store. Right across from Dreams resort where you can access the beach and rent a Hobi Cat for sailing or jet skis. I take the local red bus everywhere for $1. WiFi works fine. You may have to run the hot water for a while before it heats up. Large soaker tubs in the rooms. Just know there are no windows in the rooms, not much security in the building and no amenities like a pool or fitness center. That said there’s a lot to do in the area and many diving shops and tour opportunities.

Very low quality place, overpriced for sure. Impossible to make the room dark, the main wall looking into the building interior is a giant window with curtains that partially allow light through. With them closed and all lights off the room is still very illuminated. And then there is a club in the same building. Loud bass heavy dance music during every night in your room. And, the interior of this building is sort of a dilapidated shopping mall, that seems abandoned and weird. Feels a bit sketchy and odd. They are also booking the same hotel as three different hotel names. Super weird. Same place and same rooms, different hotel names. Def would not stay here again or tell anyone to stay here.

Lamentablemente tuve más amargas experiencia qué buenas, había pagado mi reservación y en cuánto llegue al hotel no la tenían disponible., Al mismo tiempo solicite un servicio y también lo habían realizado cuando lo hice con tiempo. Siento que falta más atención a los huéspedes, solo te dicen que tu habitación es tal, pero no te dice en que parte del hotel están sus instalaciones(bar, boliche, restaurante etc) uno investiga por su cuenta y además el bar estuvo cerrado todo el tiempo no vine a nadie. Un día no nos realizaron la limpieza e indicaron los de recepción qué iban a pasar la queja, y tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas mismo que me hicieron bajar a recepción para entregárselas cuando tuvieron que llevarlas a la habitación ya qué fue su error al no hacer limpieza diaria como lo indica en sus servicios del hotel.

The room was clean! But the hotel is fallowing apart. It needs so much work. The staff was great, very helpful. The room layout was very weird. There was a tub in the corner of the room. The toilet was in the shower. It was a big step up to the shower. The price was very affordable. We really only slept in our room. So having a clean room was all we needed.

Si vous recherchez un hôtel à proximité de la plage et du nightlife de Cancun à un prix modique, cet hôtel est pour vous! L'hôtel est généralement en mauvais état. Moisissure au plafond à certains endroits, escaliers roulant qui ne fonctionnent pas, insonorisation inexistante, toilette brisée, wifi qui ne fonctionne pas toujours, bref, nous sommes loins des hôtels de luxe qu'offre Cancun. Pour le prix payé, ça fait du sens. Nous nous sommes fait réveillé en pleine nuit par un homme et deux femmes qui criaient devant notre porte de chambre. Ils étaient en colère et ça a pris près d'une heure avant que la situation soit gérée par un employé. De nombreuses personnes sont sorties de leurs chambres pour leur demander de se taire, sans succès. Il y avait d'ailleurs énormément de gens en état d'ébriété à cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas l'endroit pour les familles. Sinon, la localisation est top! Moins de 10 minutes de marche d'une plage et de nombreux restaurants et commerces.

I was a bit put off by some of the reviews but went ahead and booked that stay at Mayafair Design Hotel. The rooms and facilities are clean. The area is pretty safe and conveniently located. You can walk to all major clubs from this hotel. Some parts looked like they were being upgraded or under construction but nothing that would make the place unsafe. Hot water is a hit or miss but it wasn't ice cold.

10 out of 10 for the Ac and Bed. Everything was perfect, the room was nice and in a great location for the price. Biggest problem they never cleaned until the 4th day after we asked them, but other than i would stay here again its an amazing affordable hotel. Not a luxury resort but its worth staying here for the price. I loved it!!! Because the AC was cold as hell and the bed was amazing.

This hotel was so bad, I attempted to leave early so I would t have to stay another night. Dirty, dirty towels, cold water in the shower that wouldn’t get hot, disgusting bathrooms in the common areas. 0/10

Affordable prices. Room did not have a window which i disliked, however was well kept, and clean. Did not request for a different room so unsure of if they would have been.able.to accomodate any changes. Area around hotel was safe to walk to and from even at night.

The value and the location of this hotel are great, compared to other facilities by the beach in Cancun. The room are nicely decorated but the hotel itself has the atmosphere of a mall. Our room had a large glass window which made it impossible to get a dark room at night. There were no facilities to hang your clothes. The access to the beach is about four blocks across the street and there is a nice shopping area right below and next to the hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 3 quadras da Boate Coco Bongo. Fácil para fazer os passeios e ir a supermercados e farmácias comprar algo pra comer. Quarto grande, muito espaçoso. Wi fi perfeito, chuveiro, banheiros, tudo muito bom.

They kept room clean every day, staff was very friendly and helpful with questions we had about vacation guidance. The room was in bad shape because the bathroom/shower was missing a door and water will splash out of the shower making the tiles slippery outside of the shower, the bath tub took around 10 minutes before getting hot water and my wife didn’t use it because of it. The shower was poorly designed since the toilet was right next to it and water will splash the toilet paper. Air conditioner didn’t cool the room it only worked as a fan.

At first, I was a little skeptical about the place. But honestly, it's extremely cute, the staff was really friendly and close to the bars/restaurants. The room was clean and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a budget friendly hotel.

Lamentablemente tuve más amargas experiencia qué buenas, había pagado mi reservación y en cuánto llegue al hotel no la tenían disponible., Al mismo tiempo solicite un servicio y también lo habían realizado cuando lo hice con tiempo. Siento que falta más atención a los huéspedes, solo te dicen que tu habitación es tal, pero no te dice en que parte del hotel están sus instalaciones(bar, boliche, restaurante etc) uno investiga por su cuenta y además el bar estuvo cerrado todo el tiempo no vine a nadie. Un día no nos realizaron la limpieza e indicaron los de recepción qué iban a pasar la queja, y tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas mismo que me hicieron bajar a recepción para entregárselas cuando tuvieron que llevarlas a la habitación ya qué fue su error al no hacer limpieza diaria como lo indica en sus servicios del hotel.

This place works for me. I’ve stayed a couple times. It’s got large rooms and a comfortable bed. The location is close to beaches, great food options, a very large grocery store. Right across from Dreams resort where you can access the beach and rent a Hobi Cat for sailing or jet skis. I take the local red bus everywhere for $1. WiFi works fine. You may have to run the hot water for a while before it heats up. Large soaker tubs in the rooms. Just know there are no windows in the rooms, not much security in the building and no amenities like a pool or fitness center. That said there’s a lot to do in the area and many diving shops and tour opportunities.

The hotel was pretty inside with the greenery. The staff were very inconsistent about prices and what the hotel offered. We were told we could use our hotel towels over the phone at the beach and then when we got to the hotel we were told we could not. Prices quoted by staff for the buffet were different than their signage. Everytime we asked about the all inclusive option we were told something different. We only ate at the pizza restaurant and it was just okay. I think we also only saw maybe 8 other people staying there the whole time we were there. No one was ever at the bar or restaurants really. I would say it was a ghost town and very boring. The room was clean enough. There were some stains on the bed frame. This is a good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep and be in walking distance to beaches, ferry, and nightlife.

First off, that's not even a hotel, it's an old mall they turned into a zero-star hotel!!! Second, the breakfast is a total rip-off!!! They show all these fancy pictures of breakfast, but the only thing included is just toast and butter!!! For anything else, the cafe they send you to will charge you and if you want to get a very low level breakfast, you have to pay moee than 50usd per person!!!
