The Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins

Beautiful suite and fantastic customer service. Enjoyed live music and drinks in the evening. I would like to thank Mike and Beth for making our stay memorable.

The room was large and comfortable. We were there before the season really opened, so the bar was not open. Check in is easy and convenient. We really did not interact with staff and when we did they were helpful. Laundry on site is a plus. River is nice. Light show is a fun addition. Wapati has decent food and is just a short walk away. Easy drive to both the national park and down into the village of Estes....so a really good location. Would stay again!

Beautiful property overlooking the creek. Comfortable room with convenient kitchen nook with microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker, coffee included. Staff were super helpful throughout our visit. Wi-fi wasnt’t 100% reliable and when we needed it for national park pass timed entry registration it was down which was disappointing. Staff did everything possible to assist but we missed the opportunity to secure a pass. Overall a fantastic visit and we plan to stay here again for future visits.

Super cute room close to town with nature at its best. Elk were walking up the road in front of the parking lot. The back of the room was on the river and they had a nice little light show when we stayed. Staff was very friendly. Room was fully stocked with dishes and coffee essentials. The hot tub was great and had robes! They are building new units but we were gone before they were working.

The location of the property on the river was amazing. There are multiple areas for grilling and relaxing. We were brought starter and firewood by staff so we could enjoy both evenings by one of the numerous fire pits. The fact that it's very close to the national park is also a huge perk.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and quaint. Parking was a little tight but plentiful.

The Inn is a lovely, rustic property. We particularly enjoyed the view and sound of the babbling brook outside our room. We were so pleased to have A couple of elk sightings, one right outside the front office, up close and personal! We were only disappointed that the light show seemed to be malfunctioning, but enjoyed sitting outside anyway. All in all, thumbs up!!

Fantastic property right on the river. There is a fireplace in the room that uses wood. The deck was right on the river so you could just sit and listen all day and night. There is a mini kitchenette with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, plates & silverware. This place was wonderful. We would definitey stay here again.

This place is beautiful. We stayed in a suite that was well appointed and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was oversized and the fireplace was a nice touch. The river outside is so soothing to listen to. We had low temps with rain so we didn’t get to sit outside and enjoy the balcony and the bar was open or it would have been even better. The heated bathroom floors were also nice due to the cold weather. The bathrobes were so soft and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

When I booked the cabin, I thought I was getting everything in the pictures, did not know that it would be a motel sized room, the website is very deceiving. Also the heater went out the first day we were there so if we were in the unit, it was freezing. Now I know to investigate what my actual room will look like before I purchase it. Also the place smelled like there was a mildew in the room somewhere. I am never picky, but sleeping in freezing room without anyone to call or help was not at all what I was expecting. I apologize, because I don't like to leave negative reviews.

Literally loved this property! The bed was so cozy! The whole place was beautiful! Sadly the only thing is when I went to take a bath in the jacuzzi bath tub and turned in the keys and brown stuff started to come out of the jets. Other than that great experience!

The bathroom smelled strongly of mold.

The rooms were very clean, large and fluffy towels. Staff very helpful.

We wanted ice, but the lid to the ice bucket was filled with stagnant, stinky water. We washed the rest of the bucket and went to the nearby building that had the ice machine. It was broken. No ice for us. Also, the door to the bathroom was wonky and didn’t fit the frame quite right.

Very comfortable and lovely room, right on the Fall River. Easy check-in, room was sparkling clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. We cooked two meals, there is a 2-burner cooktop and microwave, but no oven, so, you'll be limited to what you can prepare with two burners and a micro. Nice coffee maker and plenty of ground coffee was provided. There was also a toaster. The room is very nice, with a walk-in shower and two sinks in the vanity area, and a deep hydro tub. Lovely location with the river just outside the room. There was really nice evening music from a live performer. Nice lounge area just outside the room. We loved the stay and will definitely be back here in the future.

Beautiful! The room was clean and very comfortable. The view was gorgeous. They have a little light show at night which was fun to watch. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

All was great except the mattress was too hard.

Really short drive to downtown Estes, great property, spacious rooms and quit atmosphere. Only downside was the bar was closed when we were staying there, but could still order drinks at the office for a good price. Heaters inside the room were a game changer!

Every thing was excellent. However noise from heating unit was so loud during overnight that interrupted sleeping.

For what we paid, it could have been bigger. Couldn't keep our fire going due to creosote build up. Needs cleaning. Coffee pot overflowed both times! Back door lock was broken but someone came to fix it. I thought the tub was to be a soaker but it was regular and a bit strange, it had a curved bottom which made it difficult to stand in. Tv was great and glad we had a little fridge and a few dishes.

There’s nothing like sitting on the patio watching the river run by. We had breakfast out there in the morning & tea after dinner. The place is a bit older so the floors creaked and you’d hear upstairs walking around but for the most part we didn’t notice them. Our one complaint is about the room coffeemaker. The filters fell over every time we tried to brew coffee. Either a k-cup in the room or coffee available at a common area would be much better.

The room was small but cozy and I loved how easy and convenient checkin and checkout was. The patio area was large and I loved the view of the stream from our room. The location was great as well with only a two minute drive into town and less than 10 minutes to the National Park entrance.

This review is for the Mountain Lodge. The Stream Suites appeared to be newer and nicer, albeit for a substantial premium. On the plus side, staff was friendly in our very limited interaction, and the Fall River (a raging, white-water stream) is a wonderful feature. The owners do a brief light show at the river bridge on certain nights, with an expanded edition on Saturdays, and that was a very pleasant surprise. On the minus side, our room was VERY small for two people with almost no place to put your belongings. The bathroom was tiny, with a narrow-rimmed sink. (In fairness, the listing includes the square footage, but the photos are misleading.) The parking lot was also extremely tight, especially during the day when you have to navigate around the golf carts they use for housekeeping and maintenance. All of this would have been fine for a $129 per night motel room, but not for the resort-level price charged. All in all, though, we made a very nice memory on our honeymoon.

A beautiful property set in one of most beautiful locations on planet earth. Super easy check in & check out. The staff was awesome! Very friendly & eager to accommodate. I travel a lot & The Inn on Fall River is probably the best place I ever stayed. We were there for 3 very incredible days/nights. I want thank everyone at the Inn on Fall River for amazing & memorable stay.

Great place ! Great room with a fireplace and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. When you message them they answer immediately…I will be back !

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for what we were looking for. Patio with fire pit on Fall River was great. Wanted early check in and they were able to accommodate no problem

We were offered a cabin upgrade at the last minute and decided to take the offer. Having the private cabin with all the upgraded amenities was worth every penny! It was secluded, quiet 'neighbors' on both sides of us, beautiful view of the babbling brook that is Fall River through this area. We saw plenty of Elk, Deer and Wild Turkeys wandering around the property, drinking from the river, and generally just being chill, but still wild, animals. The staff were super friendly and understanding about our wants and needs, kept us informed of everything and made checkout a breeze. They had all sorts of amenities to buy in the front office, as well (but not a computer mouse!), including multiple bottles of champagne and wine, if that's your thing. This place is close enough to the good stuff, but off the beaten path, everyone always passes it going to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's not really within walking distance of anywhere but the Wapiti down the road, unless you like walking 4-5 miles. It's close enough to the Big Horn Diner, and Safeway is just a straight shot down the highway, so no way of getting lost there and back. After our most recent visit, we've found a place we want to stay when in town, and that's the Private Cabins at The Inn At Fall River. The view was lovely, the staff was knowledgable and friendly, and every care was taken care of. The fall flowers I ordered filled the cabin with their scent, it was quite an awesome surprise for the wife.

This is close to the entrance of of the Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a king room with a fire place. The room was big, with a couch. It had microwave and small refrigerator dishes for ordering and bringing meals back. The bed was very firm if you like that great a little to firm for us. I wanted to use the hot tub but a little too chilly but robes are supplied which was nice. Karrie was the one who checked us in she was so sweet and very helpful. Gave us restaurant suggestions places to see. This was a great get away for my husband and I.

I would recommend staying upstairs in the suites. You can hear the heavy footed people easily. Other than that it is our go to place a few times a year. The staff is always so helpful and nice.

Wonderful stay and wonderful communication! We were even informed of road closures as we were headed in and everything was explained to us via text on how to check in. Loved the phone “kiosk” with directions for ice and pretty much any information we wanted. The light show was wonderful and such a nice surprise! As well as the sound of the river! It was the most enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Inn on Fall River was a great little property right by the Rocky Mountains. Contactless check in/check out was fantastic and they were extremely helpful. I even accidentally left my earrings and they immediately responded and had them shipped to my home address.

Nice little cabin like motel. Extremely close to Rocky Mountain national park. Nice fireplace with a view of the river out back. Staff works via text message at least during winter which I found odd but they responded well when needed.

This is the coziest hotel we’ve ever stayed in at Estes Park. The room has a fireplace, although we don’t use it b/c it was too warm. The patio overlooks Fall River, there is a little kitchenette with microwave, coffee station. And fridge. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The front office is well stocked with so many things and there is even a patio bar, but it was closed when we were there. Loved every single thing and will definitely. Be back!

Amazing place. Quaint, beautufully apointed cabin. The hot tub overlooking the river was perfect. The bed so comfortable. Bathrooms roomy... fireplaces perfectlt cozy! Grill outside you can use... and all the comforts of home. 10/10

This is a great place to stay. The room is super nice and the views are spectacular. I wish the hotel would offer some dining/bar options but there is nothing to eat at the hotel.
