The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only a 3-4 min drive to the airport. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants, a garden to relax and of course the farm animals. The donkeys are so cute and friendly. I spent a good amount of time with them. There’s also a very cute grey tabby cat on premises. Only bad was the A/c didn’t work well

We had a wonderful stay at Venicegreen, what a great find! We had our own quiet comfy bungalow. Massimo helped us with dinner recommendations and we had a nice visit with the animals. After 2 weeks of travel, it was a peaceful end before our morning flight home. The airport couldn’t be more convenient from here!

Having the farm on site was incredible! We loved exploring it, the property was beautiful. The breakfast set up was also great and I would recommend adding that to your stay.

This is a great place to stay near Marco Polo Airport. It is easy to get to on the bus from Mestre (Euro 1.50), the Standard Room was lovely and well equipped. The grounds are peaceful and relaxing. We had a very early flight so missed any breakfast so can't comment on that, but the shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange and punctual at 3.30am! Little price at Euro 25 for two of us but was very convenient. If we hadn't such an early flight I suspect we could have easily got the bus into Venice and back with little difficulty which would have been nice for the evening. Would stay again.

The property is listed as agritourism and lives up to it's name. From the beautifully kept grounds, the greenery, the animals (donkeys and sheep), cats and dogs... its a quiet oasis but close to the spectacular city of Venice. Highly recommend it.

Spent 2 nights with my fiancé at Venicegreen before flying home from our vacation and absolutely loved it. Beautiful property, kind staff, excellent breakfast, and conveniently located to a bus stop that takes you right into Venice in about 15 minutes. We loved all of the greenery inside and out, it felt like we were ending our trip at a spa. There's even a resident cat named Ceci who would run out to greet us every time we returned. My ONLY critique would be with the airport shuttle offered. This hotel is incredibly well located for anyone with early flights such as us which was a major selling point when booking. We're talking under 5 minute drive, so no issues having to catch a water taxi or multiple busses in the middle of the night. However, I was surprised the cost was €25 for said 5 minute drive. Ultimately it's worth it for the convenience, especially at such an early time, but once we got to the airport the shuttle driver did not even drive us all the way to the entrance and instead dropped us on the road leading in to the airport and told us we would have to walk the rest of the way. I'm not sure if there was a reason why as other cars and shuttles were at the front entrance, but it was 4:30AM and raining so we weren't exactly happy. This isn't really on the hotel, but I felt it had to be mentioned when paying for a service they offer. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. I won't even look at any other hotels if we come back again.

A very pleasant stay before our departure flight from Venice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The gardens and grounds were lovely. There isn’t much in the area, being so close to airport, but it’s a very nice place to stay.

Las instalaciones del hotel son preciosas, el ambiente es muy diferente a un hotel regular ya que aquí estás dentro de una granja. Estás en contacto directamente con la naturaleza en nuestro caso eso hizo que tuviéramos algunos bichos en nuestra habitación. Si quieres conocer Venecia puedes tomar el autobús que pasa justo afuera del hotel.

I was just looking for a basic stay near the airport for an overnight. Wow, were we pleasantly surprised. This was a gorgeous resort with beautiful gardens, peaceful glass enclosures for conversations or relaxing, farm animals for enjoyment, a very friendly welcome from the resident cat, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean, comfortable. and very modern individual bungalows, bountiful buffet full breakfast with eggs any way, fresh bread, great pasteries, muffins, pancakes, and fruit. This morning was a relaxing walk around the property before going to a whole day of airport travel! Best place on our whole trip!!

A slightly different hotel (farm like design) that is centrally located between the Marco Polo airport, Mestre Central train station, and Old Venice for a lot less than rooms in downtown Venice. A 50 meter walk from the room and a $1.50 euro ticket will take you to any one of the three in about 30 minutes. The rooms and outdoor areas looked new and were always spotless. The receptionist was very helpful with advice for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this for the budget travelers.

A great place to stay as a final night in the area. Very close to the airport, quiet, green, beautiful grounds, relaxing and the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My only two complaints were 1) ants around the suite entrance threshold - not a huge problem as they weren't progressing into the suite. 2) the lack of hot water in the morning. We had arranged for a 05:00 shuttle so we were up early. When I went to shower the water was barely warm, not ice cold but impossible to stand under. I was able to wet my body, lather up and rinse off but it made for an unpleasant start to the day. I would stay here again but I would make sure the water was up to temperature before I went to bed.

The most major problem we faced was ants. As we walked into our room, there was an infestation of ants all throughout the room. Near the beds, the desk, but mostly in the bathroom. When we asked the front desk for help, they came with a vacuum and bug spray, but did not offer us any permanent remedy to the issue. This might be in a “greenhouse,” but the expectation of a hotel is to be clean and NOT have bugs inside. Around the hotel, there is absolutely nothing to do. As a result, you have to either go far for lunch and dinner OR go to venice. There was a lack of plugs, the bed was extremely uncomfortable as it lacked any actual support and felt like a cot. Overall, everyone has a different experiences (especially when there are so many good reviews). I would just take this into account when deciding whether to book here or not. The only thing that stood out was the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was splendid.

This hotel was so pretty and very convenient. The bus to venice stops right in front of the property, and it's 1.50 to get there. There are donkeys on the property!! There were 2 issues with the room: The air conditioner didn't work, and the tv wouldn't connect to wifi so we couldn't watch any shows on apps (netflix, etc.).

Our stay was very nice. We booked a glamping tent and everything seemed to be brand new. Very close to the airport, yet it seemed a bit like being on a farm. One can hear the planes at night, especially through the tent walls. It gets chilly at night, but the tents are very comfortable and enough blankets are provided. The staff is beyond kind and nice. They recommended a nearby restaurant which was EXCELLENT. If you are a night pee-er I would recommend booking a room or cabin as the bathrooms for the tents are outside of the tents. Overall a beautiful property and farm animals to see.

I enjoyed staying in the bungalow. I loved the kitchen (a microwave would give it a 10/10 though). No wash cloth offered so please bring your own. Spacious and beautiful property.

We are only staying one night on our way back home and I selected this location based on proximity to the airport. Which it is very close to the airport. However, the accommodations are really nice. We are in a bungalow which is set up very nicely and super fun for kids. It is super clean and has a kitchenette. The grounds are stunning and have many seating options scattered about to enjoy the greenery. There are also donkeys and sheep and chickens. It’s amazing to be so close to the airport and to Venice and feel like you’re in the middle of nature.

We loved our quick stay at Venicegreen. We chose it based on it's location to the airport. It was very close for an early flight, but also very quiet and set back away from the main road. We loved the quite atmosphere and all the beautiful touches throughout the property, from the greenery, outdoor sitting areas, to the petting farm area. The rooms were nothing fancy, but were cool and comfortable, We would recommend this hotel!

We weren’t aware on booking that the room we had booked was in a glamping lodge. Whilst the lodge was modern & clean, it was small for 4 people & had I known this beforehand I would have looked for a room in the actual building.

Cuando reservamos, nos escribieron para preguntar si había algo que pudieran hacer por nosotras, les comentamos que el vuelo llegaba temprano, por lo que nos invitaron a dejar las maletas, lo cual era muy conveniente, al llegar nos ofrecieron un check inn temprano! Y ya los extrañábamos) La habitación hermosa, la cama súper cómoda y el baño muy amplio! Dejamos las cosas en la habitación y nos fuimos a pasear. El bus 5 pasa a unos pasos de la propiedad y hay otros que también pasan así que está muy bien comunicado el hotel… regresamos ya tarde a descansar y aunque afuera hacía frío y estaba lloviendo muy fuerte, en la habitación estaba muy agradable la temperatura, tienen unas puertas exteriores en las ventanas y en la puerta que ayudan a que la habitación esté a oscuras totalmente! Dormimos de inmediato y descansamos muy bien! En la mañana nos dimos cuenta que seguía lloviendo, fuimos a desayunar a un lugar bellísimo dentro de la propiedad, el desayuno muy completo, los ingredientes de primera y nos ofrecieron huevos revueltos con tocino, que hacían en el momento, además del café, jugo, fruta, y deliciosos pastelitos, pan dulce, y hot cakes!!! Si quieres sentirte consentido (a) hospédate en este lugar!! El check out consistió en entregar las llaves y decir arrivederchi!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious enough for a family to be comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located close to the airport as we arrived late in the evening and had a good rest before continuing our trip to Venice.

Spent 2 nights with my fiancé at Venicegreen before flying home from our vacation and absolutely loved it. Beautiful property, kind staff, excellent breakfast, and conveniently located to a bus stop that takes you right into Venice in about 15 minutes. We loved all of the greenery inside and out, it felt like we were ending our trip at a spa. There's even a resident cat named Ceci who would run out to greet us every time we returned. My ONLY critique would be with the airport shuttle offered. This hotel is incredibly well located for anyone with early flights such as us which was a major selling point when booking. We're talking under 5 minute drive, so no issues having to catch a water taxi or multiple busses in the middle of the night. However, I was surprised the cost was €25 for said 5 minute drive. Ultimately it's worth it for the convenience, especially at such an early time, but once we got to the airport the shuttle driver did not even drive us all the way to the entrance and instead dropped us on the road leading in to the airport and told us we would have to walk the rest of the way. I'm not sure if there was a reason why as other cars and shuttles were at the front entrance, but it was 4:30AM and raining so we weren't exactly happy. This isn't really on the hotel, but I felt it had to be mentioned when paying for a service they offer. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. I won't even look at any other hotels if we come back again.

I liked the place but the price is really hight for a property that has absolutely nothing around. They have 1 single good restaurant at a 10, 15 min walking. Nothing else! I Transfer to the Airport was €25 for up to 3 people. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

A slightly different hotel (farm like design) that is centrally located between the Marco Polo airport, Mestre Central train station, and Old Venice for a lot less than rooms in downtown Venice. A 50 meter walk from the room and a $1.50 euro ticket will take you to any one of the three in about 30 minutes. The rooms and outdoor areas looked new and were always spotless. The receptionist was very helpful with advice for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this for the budget travelers.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only 5 mins from Marco Polo Airport which was perfect for our early morning flight. Rooms are clean, check in was quick. The property is large with nice sitting areas and the animals are a wonderful added bonus. There are recommended restaurants close by. Would stay there again if flying in or out of Venice.

This hotel is 1 mile from the Venice Airport. A little difficult to locate but the hotel has fruit trees, and immaculate vegetation. The rooms are very nice and good size with nice bathroom. The best part about this hotel is the breakfast. Definitely the best hotel breakfast in Italy and maybe Europe. I would definitely stay there again. Front desk personnel are very helpful also.

Staff was very helpful, our stay was comfortable. They helped us order some food from outside because there was a language barrier in reading the menu, their breakfast was average, most of the meat items were processed, prepared in advance, like salami, pepperoni, etc., only the eggs and Bacon was fresh, the cakes were nice though. The road outside the resort on the right side is extremely dark in the night. There are no lights. We had to walk from the road to the resort from their dark street. That was extremely frightening and felt unsafe, we had to call the resort to pick us up from There, at the end the person at the reception was kind enough to come and pick us up. The room size was nice, fridge was working, one complaint is that they don’t clean the room every day while you’re staying there, you have to ask them to do Room cleaning, it should be by default in my opinion, who wouldn’t want their room cleaned every day and new towels given and bedsheet cleaned and arranged properly. They do have some convenient services to offer like they sell wine and some drinks at the reception so that was pretty convenient. Another convenient factor was that they sell bus tickets which we needed all the time, the location is good for public transport like bus that comes right outside the resort so that was a big huge place for us. It takes 20 minutes to get to the Piazza Roma Venice station and 20 minutes to the Maestre railway station, it’s hard to beat because in main when you will

To anyone arriving or departing from Venice Airport, or wishing for a base to explore the Veneto area at a reasonable price, this hotel adds adventure and a sense of rural elegance to your trip. We enjoyed the quiet this property offered, the greenery, plants so close to the airport. We received a fantastic breakfast with a number of choices, I would suggest a small restaurant or cafe with assorted lunch/dinner options would be a nice addition as the alternative is to walk or drive to the nearest available.

Wjat an amazing property. Its the perfect place to relax and just be. Nice spacious rooms with large bathrooms in a lush setting. Breakfast (included) was an amazing array of fruit, meats, cheeses as well as eggs and bacon. We had to check out before breakfast opened so the staff put together a travel package of croissants and other treats. Ive never had that done before! Thank you for a wonderful restful stay!

The only draw back was the 3 am bathroom visit - 50 meters away. Please note that the grounds are not roller luggage friendly. Expensive breakfast option but certainly a special treat. My schedule did not allow for a leisurely experience. Missed out on the locally raised eggs.
