Check in was good, I received information 24-hours in advance! Room was nice and clean, good facilities. I was able to find parking too. I am a bit disappointed about the check-in/check-out times. Check in was from 15:30hours and check out 11:00hours. I would have expected a 15:30hours late check in would warrant a 12:00hours check out at the very least!

Bør stå at de ikke har resepsjon og ikke kan oppbevare bagasje før innsjekk , sto her tre timer før med tre kofferter og måtte dra de med for å spise Brunch, fant heldigvis en plass like ved! Ringte og de skulle åpne men ingen kom , fikk etterhvert melding om vi kunne sjekke inn før tiden ! Stille og rolig området , så er fornøyd med oppholdet

Etwas abgewohnt. Lage super. Parkplätze sind in der Strasse gar nicht vorhanden, deshalb eher schwierig. Badezimmertür schließt nur "Sehr" schwer. Obwohl Ansprechpartner da war, war die devise "komm alleine klar"! DREI verschiedene Schloss nummern bis zum Zimmer!

Easy to locate, but very misleading with parking. The parking lots offered were close, yet challenging to pay to park due to us not being from the area. We couldn’t download certain apps to pay for parking. Was told the room was on the 3rd floor and that was misleading as well. We climbed about 5/6 flights of stairs The room is perfect as far as cleanliness and very up to date. The shower was either too hot or too cold and very very small. Other than that it’s a great place to stay for just a night.

Fantastic room! Will book it again in future! Everything was great, only two negatives were parking and the door latch didn’t work properly and locked us in on the last day so had to prise it open. Everything else was excellent

Veldig fin beliggenhet mot sjøen og shopping. Fine og store rom og rene. Litt minus da det står parkering,og det var ikke tilgjengelig og vi måtte parkere et stykke unna hvis man har bil. Men vi trivdes veldig. Anbefaler dette stedet!

I would definitely stay here again given the location and relative vibe! But a couple things to consider — despite being provided with “reception” hours, we were unable to reach anyone — no one was onsite, no one answered the phone, and the answering message directed to send a text, to which no response was given. It would also be good to know ahead of time that you will have no ability to store luggage before your check-in time — so use Stasher to save yourself having to lug items around while you wait for the later check-in. The internet was also spotty, but that can of course be a one-off. Again, would still stay again, but just with the expectation to bring my bags elsewhere and not expect to reach anyone if I have questions.

Our check in was 1 hour delay but luckily they agreed to let us stay 1 more hour during our check out, apart from this the room was quiet good and spacious but i find bugs in the bed as they didnt clean the room before they did it when we were there that is the reason our check in was late.

Really lovely stay. Everything was clean and well presented. They could do with a bit of a tidy up with the boxing in and tiles in the bathroom however it did not affect the stay. The bed was really comfy and we both slept very well. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The property was perfectly placed for our overnight, and evening spent at Arcobaleno. The property was well maintained inside, and the room very clean, and had everything we needed. All positive and would recommend.

This is more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The bathroom was separated from the room where I had to walk through corridor to get to it which was very inconvenient. Even though it was clean but the worst thing was that there was no hot water!! Because it was self check-in hotel, there were no staff or reception to help only emergency number. I went out in the evening came back at 10:30pm and couldn’t get in the front door with the code I was given. So I rang the number but couldn’t get through. I was terrified that I might ended up on the street and my luggage and belongings were in the room. Finally after the 10th attempt with the code the door did opened. Thank god! I didn’t sleep much due to the noise on the street and the couple next door were coughing through the night. The building is so old there is no sound proof at all! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you looking for privacy and a quiet night.

Lovely clean and comfortable room, small but good value for money. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Good location too. I'd definitely stay again. Only minor complaint is the WiFi signal didn't seem to be very good in my second floor room.

There are limited options in Brighton for hotel accommodation so typically we are forced to use b&b’s. This place was pretty good compared to some, but we were surprised to see that there is no lock(at all!) on the large sliding patio door. Not even a latch! The toilet is noises when it refills, so no overnight flushing. Thin walls means you can hear other guests/neighbours during the night and early morning. Earplugs were supplied, so this is clearly a regular concern!!! Generally ok, but tarea is overpriced, so options for quality value bed for the night limited.

Really unimpressed with this hotel and can't believe i was charged £140. Would not recommend. it was clean but everything else was pretty poor. There is not even any staff at the hotel to greet you or help you. Couldn't open any windows and it was boiling in the room. Shower so cramped and small and water pressure not good. Luckily we were only there for one night.

Lovely room, comfortable beds, bathroom a little tired, a few tiles off the wall. My main is due was it was so warm in the room and you were unable to open any windows! However it met our needs for the weekend, just glad it wasn’t boiling hot outside!

It was a bright clean room and the beds were really comfy, we also had a partial sea view. The TV was just a free view model and it took me ages to work out how to operate it. The codes for the doors require that you press the star key to clear before you enter the number this is not on the instructions and caused some stress on arrival when we couldn’t get the door open. The WiFi offers two options that both work with the passcode, one is okay and the other is terrible. The main bedroom light didn’t work and there is a window that has no safety catch that someone could fall out of.

Great room for the price. The self check in was good as you can check in anytime without waiting for someone to help you at a reception. The room was clean and bright and decorated well. The price we paid for 1 night in July was great especially for how close it is to Brighton central and the condition of the room. Would definitely stay here again

The room was okay, but for 198 EUR/night simply by far too expensive considering it was just a very basic room with a small and not very comfortable bed, no breakfast, no staff on site, so not really a hotel at all and no parking facilities. I also had a bit of a struggle before our stay as 1 week earlier I got a very strange message about an open payment even though I had already paid the full price when I booked the room. After clarifying this by e-mail I couldn’t open the link for the online CheckIn registration form, so I had to send a photo of my passport by e-mail. And then I got a message right before our journey to tell me I won’t get an access code if I don’t fill in the registration form, so I had to react again. All in all quite a hassle just for 1 night in a disappointingly average overpriced room, so we definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Clean room, spacious, and I had my own outside sitting area. Very well priced for the area, few minutes walk from the beach, and a short walk to the pier. Lovely staff, so accommodating when I arrived early, I left my luggage, and was able to go for a wander before checking in Definitely staying again

I booked last minute for my trip and was lucky enough to stay in a suite with a beautiful kitchen and chandeliers, a very comfortable bed and a good seating area in the window. I liked that it didn’t smell of cleaning chemicals in the room as some can. Although the door lock flew off in my hand at 7 in the morning, I rang the emergency number and someone was at my door mending it within 5 minutes. I wished I could have stayed longer than two night. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you

I would definitely stay here again given the location and relative vibe! But a couple things to consider — despite being provided with “reception” hours, we were unable to reach anyone — no one was onsite, no one answered the phone, and the answering message directed to send a text, to which no response was given. It would also be good to know ahead of time that you will have no ability to store luggage before your check-in time — so use Stasher to save yourself having to lug items around while you wait for the later check-in. The internet was also spotty, but that can of course be a one-off. Again, would still stay again, but just with the expectation to bring my bags elsewhere and not expect to reach anyone if I have questions.

Bør stå at de ikke har resepsjon og ikke kan oppbevare bagasje før innsjekk , sto her tre timer før med tre kofferter og måtte dra de med for å spise Brunch, fant heldigvis en plass like ved! Ringte og de skulle åpne men ingen kom , fikk etterhvert melding om vi kunne sjekke inn før tiden ! Stille og rolig området , så er fornøyd med oppholdet

Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding.

Really clean room, comfortable beds and we had a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient isn’t for walking into Brighton town centre or to the beach. Not a hotel for people who like a lot of facilities but with plenty of cafes and shops nearby we didn’t miss them.

I stayed in the room with the Chandeliers which was terrific for its facilities. Everything great. The odd check in procedure the day before was off- putting. But I received the codes and they worked when I arrived. I helped a fellow guest who had made a reservation last minute but had not completed the ID check process so didn’t have the door codes or know which room number he was allocated. He was stood outside in the rain. I was also approached a couple of times in my 3 days there by homeless/sketchy people who seemed to frequent the immediate house next door to the hotel. Seeing the police leaving next door when I arrived initially made me feel quite unsafe the first night and the lock on my room seemed very wobbly. Would I stay again? Probably not. The buses nearby were excellent,

I really enjoyed my stay. There was everything i needed and the location was wonderful. Coffee facilities in the room & a hairdryer, steamer and fan. The apartments themselves aren’t brand new, so don’t expect that - but they are clean and comfortable and well worth the price. The only downside is being able to hear tv noise in other rooms/shower noise, but this is minimal and not a big enough deal to be complaining. One of the bulbs were out in my room which was a little frustrating in the evening, but the lamp was bright enough. The shower was wonderful pressure & shower gel was included. The hosts are ever so helpful and easy to contact, responses by text were almost instant! Faultless really! I was able to check in hours early which was marvellous too.

The room was okay, but for 198 EUR/night simply by far too expensive considering it was just a very basic room with a small and not very comfortable bed, no breakfast, no staff on site, so not really a hotel at all and no parking facilities. I also had a bit of a struggle before our stay as 1 week earlier I got a very strange message about an open payment even though I had already paid the full price when I booked the room. After clarifying this by e-mail I couldn’t open the link for the online CheckIn registration form, so I had to send a photo of my passport by e-mail. And then I got a message right before our journey to tell me I won’t get an access code if I don’t fill in the registration form, so I had to react again. All in all quite a hassle just for 1 night in a disappointingly average overpriced room, so we definitely wouldn't stay there again.

This was bought for part of our sons birthday present so he’s the one who stayed there but we’ve had excellent feedback from his stay….he said easily accessible…very clean room and the quick response of the staff when he said he couldn’t quite work the tv …all in all he thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has even googled dates for a return visit.

Fantastic room! Will book it again in future! Everything was great, only two negatives were parking and the door latch didn’t work properly and locked us in on the last day so had to prise it open. Everything else was excellent
