We picked this place because it looked like a private property with an enclosed pool which even though was off of the road, had a garden to hide it. It was hidden from the road however, the pool was closed. A health inspector came 6/6/2024 and shut it down. There was a sign hanging from it telling you not to use/swim. So the facilities we really wanted could not be used. The wifi was an additional feature, but if we were in the back of our room it wouldn’t reach. It was nice having a fridge and microwave though. Some parts need maintenance (water damage on doors and cupboards in bathroom), pool not swimmable etc. I had hopes for this place but it disappointed.

Light bulbs burnt out and outside sockets non functioning. Not easy to enter a code in the dark. Learned that door dead bolt only unlocks if you push on the door. Challenging lesson to figure out in the dark. Very nice staff and generous with coffee and towels and amenities. Great location and very quiet property. Pool area could use some attention with debris under the cushions. We enjoyed this property...good value but she needs some attention.

Fine place if you’re looking for zero and I mean ZERO contact from a staff or amenities. Would not stay again. Pool area was grungy, not the least bit inviting. Close to the beach though.

The pool area was so inviting. The place was quiet, had limited, but available parking, clean sheets, towels, and a sparkling fresh room. This is an older motel that has been remodeled. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Definitely consider this for a relaxed, Fort Lauderdale beach stay

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and reasonably spacious and had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave an Keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods, so this was nice. Also had a few pieces of cutlery. The two negatives we found was that the internet was very poor with very slow download speeds. At time we couldn't even access sites. The second gripe is the mattress. Whenever either one of us turned over, the shock waves were felt by the other person. Oh yes, management could have been a bit more friendly. All in all it was fine for the 2 days we stayed.

Stayed for a week at the Nobleton Hotel. The city came and shut down the pool because of the conditions, no safety rope around the pool, and they didn’t have pool hours listed for safety. Did not feel safe leaving our room unattended as we found out guests had too similar of codes to the room. They would not give us a refund for the inconveniences although some of the other guests were able to.

Great location, free parking, quiet and clean. The decor/color scheme is very nice. Room just as advertised. My only nitpicky things were there was no way to have lights on that could be turned off from bed and the WiFi wasn’t great. Since the weather didn’t cooperate with my plans, I was online more than I would have been if it had been sunny. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here 3 nights from 5/8 to 5/11. From Thursday to Saturday, nobody had ever stopped by to make bed, refill toiletries, or even take the trash out. I got to take the trash out myself. I couldn't find a dumpster or trash can anywhere in the property so I just left it in front of their check in office's door. When I complained to Expedia about my experience with the hotel, their response was that it must have been a miscommunication. I had never been contacted by any hotel staff, how was it a miscommunication? I will not stay here again.

Poor communication. Once in room it smelled overwhelmingly to bleach and we could not stay. Throat hurt and eyes watered. Made it tough to breathe and we were only in the room 15 mins and left. No one onsite to talk to.

Overall a solid, if unremarkable stay. Fairly clean. Worn down in some places. Looks like they've never cleaned behind the bed. Somewhat small, but overall not a big deal. All the standard amenities were there. Never really saw the staff, except at check in.

The outside of the property not maintained very well. Grass & shrubs need trimming, pool not clean. Pool furniture not in the best condition. Needs overall maintenance. Definitely wasn't inviting to hang by the pool. The room overall was clean, area around the ref/coffee bar not clean. The bed was comfortable, though a couple spiders in the shower.

Couldn’t get the TV to work properly. Lobby staff couldn’t help so we had to unplug the TV to shut it off. Need directions or a staff that could answer questions. Shower was not good. And if it is a rain shower you need shower caps. Hotel could use some new towels.

I was happy with my studio room. Very clean and spacious room with a kitchenette and computer desk. TV cable package. Nice neighborhood and a short 2 block walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything on this property was okay until we had to use the shower. The water pressure was non-existent. We communicated this problem with the front desk and still had problems with the pressure and with the adjustment of the water temp. No we will not use this again.

AC was very loud. Bed not very comfortable. Had to wait for front desk to show up even though sign said 9 am, they arrived at 10:15 am. Said check-in was 3pm, even though hotels.com said 2pm. Decor was spacious and had in room fridge and microwave.

The door on room 106 has an electronic key pad that didn't work unless you pushed (leaned on) the door to unbolt and lock when you leave. From the inside you have to pull by the handle in order to lock & unbolt. After getting up really early and navigating airports all day it was very aggravating trying to open a door that should simply unlock with a press of a couple of buttons. Please fix that door. Thank you. Everything else was great!!!

The hotel office gave me a room that was occupied. Self check-in. Arrived after 11pm and woke up 2 elderly people sleeping in bed! I apologized and left. Tried calling the 24/7 number but no one answered. Left a voicemail but no one returned my call that night. I found another hotel. A horrible experience!!

Hotel rooms open to the outdoors so be sure your window locks are working for safety. Location is conveniently several blocks from the beach, and away from the noisier/busier touristy restaurant section, but can still reasonably walk to things. Hotel manager nice and helpful. Front desk is not 24/7, so you may have to wait for staff if arriving off-hours.

I was never able to check in because the front desk closes at 5pm. No one returned my calls when i left multiple voice messages marked "URGENT". My family was stuck at sea on a cruise ship due to the port being closed. I needed to check in late. No one has ever returned my calls.

Horrible establishment beware. I arrived from my flight red eye and called and followed the instructions to call before I arrived no answer. The place looks like a cheap motel and has no one on the property. Also, I would like to mention there were 4 other guests as we arrived with a infant child with the same problem. This place seems unsafe, and I do not recommend. I booked 3 nights here and was told that it was nonrefundable. I am completed disappointed with the operations of this establishment.

1. Reception staff were rude when we paid. 2. They didn't send check-in information 24-48 hours in advance of the booking as they said they would. This made the flight to Fort Lauderdale stressful as we didn't know if they would honour the booking as we were arriving after the check-in desk closed. 3. I told them when I booked we were arriving after check-in closed, so if they were worried about payment they should have requested that in advance. 4. I had an email exchange when I booked about wanting a roll-away bed put in the room which is listed as free on hotels.com, but they wanted to charge us 70 USD for this and only told us on the day we checked in

Our experience was great. The property administrator was always responsive via text message communication. Easy to check in, instructions were provided to access the room with keyless. Nothing to complain. All good!!!

Quite, small hotel about two short blocks to ocean. You can also stay at their nice pool and chill. Good sized rooms, these were probably apartments to start. Very limited on site staff if that matters to you. But if you like come and go ease and quite, this is ideal.

Conveniently located walking distance from Las Olas while still being away from the business of the strip. The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated but i was pleasantly surprised once i entered the room. Very cozy and affordable.

We loved our stay for 2 nights. Free parking and you could easily walk to the beach, bars eateries. Busy nightlife around but the hotel is away from all the hussle and bustle. The pool area is big enough and they provide pool towels. We would be happy to come back again.

Great quaint, quiet hotel located in close proximity, within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. Our room was clean, there was a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine with pods available to use. Cups and wine glasses were located in the cupboard which was convenient. The staff accommodated our early check in and late out check out needs communicated through Expedia chat. Staff are not always on site but it was easy enough to get a hold of someone. Great value for the location in the area.:)

Pool area was very comfortable and trees at fencelibe appreciated as it gives the pool area privacy from the sidewalk. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Great location with access to many restaurants and travel options includibg a water taxi stop very close by.

Great stay at the Nobleton! Perfect location close to everything, and an easy walk to the beach. They were very accommodating with early check in the room was spacious. The pool area is cute and feels private with all of the plants around. There’s also a great bar and happy hour directly across the street at Casa Playa that was so convenient! Overall great stay and would stay again.

Nice, clean and quiet (at least it was quiet during our stay). No problems with AC noise like in some budget hotels. Free parking is always good. Too bad we first didn't notice that the hotel has beach chairs. Next time we will use them. We were able to check in much earlier before official check in time A couple of things that may need some improvement: - more lights in the room (there were only 2 little bedside lamps); - Fix the hot water regulator. It feels like our shower had 2 "modes": scolding hot or cold, nothing in between. Cold shower was OK after walking at 90 degrees. But still... We already booked another stay in 2 weeks

I gave this property 3 stars because: -FYI for my Africa American Queens...the shower head is on the ceiling. -The entry door to our room stuck, so we had to pull it hard to close. -On the first night, there were several young adults that hung out by the pool late at night and made a lot of noise. My room was on the first floor, so I couldn't sleep. -The wifi is very slow -The room was clean for the most part, but I had to kill 3 spiders in the bathroom. Obviously, there was a nest somewhere in there.

Pool was warm and not busy. Room were large, clean- have kitchenette so perfect for a longer stay for meals if needed. Lots of outdoor seating- 2 chairs by each door and lots of lounge chairs around pool
