Perfect location and a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Great location for a lot of sight seeing! The self check in kiosks did not work for us but someone was able to help us check in the “old fashioned” way. They were out of key cards so we only got one instead of the usual two. The room was surprisingly spacious (we had a family one). The bathroom door was annoying because it closed quite forcefully on its own and couldn’t be kept open. The bathroom is really only big enough for one person at a time. The bathtub was kind of tall to get into, and slippery (my daughter slipped and fell) so be careful. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good enough, and my kids loved it (who doesn’t love buffets?)

Just a block away from the eye. Just across the bridge from Big Ben.

Centrally located with a comfortable bed and quiet rooms.

it was really nice! it’s near the most beautiful icons as big ben and london eye.. if i come back to london, ill stay there again
