We loved this hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Gym is 24 hours which worked well for my late night family. Excellent location. McDonald’s and chick fil a in the parking lot. Starbucks across the road, target, 5 below. The Walden galleria is less than 5 mins away. Couldn’t be a better location. My only complaint is they told another traveller who asked if we were in the hotel we were and our room number and put them across the hall from me without asking me. I am a victim of abuse and my families safety is extremely important to me. If asking if a guest is there they should be saying they can’t confirm or deny that.

Hotel pool was out of service, website only specified hot tub was out of service. Would have been nice to get notification prior to check in as this was one of the reasons for staying here. They offered usage of pool as sister property that was a few minute drive, not ideal. Room was clean, some items didn’t work like plug in on night stand and thermostat was intermittent. Breakfast was typical basic continental options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will look at other hotels for next stay.

No working Hot Tub and a freezing Indoor Pool killed my weekend plans of relaxation, but we made the most of it. At least the Buffalo Bills won over the weekend! Spending $600 on a 2-night stay for a reputable franchise hotel for their amenities, severly disappoints when they can't deliver them. But it does happen - I truly get it. The Front Desk staff was professional and polite with their apologie. It's not their fault. Compensation should have been offered by upper management, however. The staff had said the hot tub had not worked in a week, I was well within right to cancel and rebook elsewhere had I known. A call or email would have been the right thing to do and I would have returned because of that top notch customer service, but it wasn't offered to me. There is no vent fan in the bathroom. We crammed into a 2-bed stay with zero bathroom privacy. That was a first for us and we travel often. Bed and pillows were just okay, but I loved the heavy blanket. Indoor Pool temperature was freezing. I felt they could have afforded to increase the temp since their hot tub was broken. The breakfast was awesome! An exceptional spread was offered each morning from omelets, eggs and oatmeal to yogurt, muffins and a waffle bar. It was delicious and totally free. . verall, if yo

Do NOT stay here. The property was not clean. The staff upon checkin were friendly, however, the lack of room cleanliness is unacceptable. The room was mediocre, however, things turned when getting into bed. The duvet was pulled up over dirty blood stained sheets from a previous guest. DISGUSTING! We moved rooms at 12:30 am. When observing the cleaning staff, no comforters are changed in this hotel. The comforter is your sleeping comforter. There is no cover to pull back. This means that every guest is sharing the same uncleaned bedding.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Couldn’t walk around barefoot in the room. Bed was mostly cleaned except for a stained bed skirt. Questionable stains on walls. Would never spend this amount of money per night for this.

The area was very convenient and the breakfast was not disappointing. The room however was not what I expected. There were blood stains on the floor in the bathroom next to the toilet. The A/C went off so loudly it broke my sleep several times during sleep. I did not necessarily feel safe as I was given a room on the ground floor and I was anxious my entire time in the room- even after asking for a higher floor upon check-in. Am not going to speak about the many little repairs all over the room and bathroom. I paid for the room and was in a different country so had to just accept it.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. We needed to do laundry, but there was no change machine, the front desk did not have any change, and the washer and dryer only took quarters. It was very loud inside and outside the building all night, making sleep difficult. We left the TV on to help drown out the noise. All garbages in the lobby and outside were overflowing when we checked in and were still in the same condition when we left the next day.

Everything was great, easy check-in nice room, except for I found black hairs on my sheets in the bed and on the bathroom floor and the bathroom floor was sticky. I did wipe everything up and the towel was black when I was done.

Hotel was central to all the stores. Staff and room was good but our room faced a trucking company where trucks would come at 2 and 3 and 4 and so on to pick up trailers. While backing up they would beep until out of reverse.

All good except i arrived at midnight totally exhausted! What the! I get to my door as a big dog living next door starts barking. They said they could not move me. It barked loudly 3 times over 5 hrs. It was terrible. Not happy.

Great staff, so friendly and accomodating! I look forward to booking again soon but would book a suite if available because the rooms are quite small/cramped. Also- no microwave and the fridge didn't stay on - had to keep re-powering it to stay cold.

Very small rooms for a family of 4. Would stay again if price was right. Parking lot very busy with two fast food restaurants sharing space.

Shuttle driver was rude and I did not use the shuttle. I parked to check in and the front entrance was crowded with Uber drivers. I parked in front of the shuttle van with plenty of room and while I was checking in he continued to blow the horn at my wife in the passenger side of the car with no key. He backed up about 5 feet and drove around and parked next to my wife and stared at her then drove away. I would not consider that excellent customer service.

The hotel was packed with teens. They were running up and down the halls-yelling and screaming. We called the front desk 3 times to address the issue-the 3rd time, nobody answered our call. We confronted them and told them they needed to quiet down-this led to pounding on the walls outside our room and an prank call on our room phone very late at night. In the morning, we weren't able to get anywhere near the breakfast area due to the volume of adolescents. During checkout, we requested to be reimbursed for the stay and reported what happened to the staff and manager. Due to our booking being through a 3rd party, they were unable to do that. They said they would arrange for us to get a free night in points, but those have not shown up in our account yet.

I would give 4.5 stars if possible. We had a great stay here. The location is great and the service we received at the front desk was excellent . They were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We had a small issue with our first room and we requested a switch, they made it super easy for us to do so and didn’t act like we were a bother at all. We figured we would go to McDonalds across the parking lot in the AM for breakfast, but no need! There was a nice hot breakfast right in the lobby from 6-10am. Hot coffee and cucumber water was available at all hours it appeared. The room itself was standard and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet as well. Even at check out there were some nice fresh cookies to take with us, it was just very pleasant from start to finish. I would stay here any time I am in Buffalo!

All staff on property were extremely nice. Check in ladies were very friendly and one young lady educated me on using my honors loyalty card. Even attached it to my reservation for points. There was no issue with late Check out housekeeping staff extremely patient and kind.

Front desk staff was very nice. Hotel is being renovated & new rooms are nice. Only issue was at 9:00am the day we were checking out, cleaning staff knocked once & then came into our room before we had a chance to answer. Check out is at noon and we had not checked out yet.

This hotel is a great location for shopping. Also close to both Buffalo and Niagara airports. The staff is friendly. Also very clean. The breakfast included is ok, and very convenient. Heard a few planes at times but otherwise very quiet. Which is to expected being so close to airport. Would highly recommend this hotel for value for money.

This property is perfect for a few days stay. Extensive complimentary breakfast, free coffee tea and fresh lemon water all day. Close to absolutely everything, modern and clean! We went to the hockey game and it was less than 15 min away.

Mediocre hotel no breakfast left. The hotel was ok. For a Hampton Inn it was clean enough. Check in was slow. They were very short staffed. The manager seemed to be the only one there. Breakfast went till 10 am and at 9 am we went down and there was NO food left. I've never been to a hotel that included breakfast and there was NO food left. The manager apologized and said there was a late delivery and a holiday (which is on the calendar) not impressed.

Room 218’s toilet doesn’t flush. I asked the housekeeper to have a plumber look into it. Nothing was done. The room’s furniture is old and worn out, and breakfast was terrible with fake scrambled eggs, and sugary options including sugary yogurts. All the breakfast food, excluding the hard boiled eggs, was substandard.

The only thing I’d have to mention was the breakfast shut down well before10 am. If your breakfast ends at 10, it shouldn’t mean 9:30 or once the eggs etc. Or other items are gone. Not replenishing items to run out the clock seems petty.
