A properly functioning hot tub is a very important factor when I select hotels to stay at. I contacted the hotel a week prior to my arrival to inquire about the hot tub. They said it was working great so I made reservations. Well, the girst night I had to inform the staff that the hot tub was cold, they apologized and said the next evening it would be better and the water would be comfortably hot. Went to enjoy the hot tub the second evening and it was still cold. I feel bamboozled, and I did not receive what I paid for. Very disappointed. Will never stay at that hotel again. I give it an “F”.

This was a hotel conveniently located to a water park, a big shopping mall, and the highway. It was clean. When we stayed it was quiet. That was good. The food was adequate. The fitness equipment was adequate, barely. The front desk staff were almost non-existent. They weren't rude, but weren't friendly or helpful, either. I could never tell if there was anyone working, as they tended to stay in a side room, outside the view of guests. I don't think it was a standout place. If I stayed in the area again, I'd probably try for a place with more amenities. Honestly, I was surprised to find that the hot tub, adjoining the pool, was not heated. It was the same temperature as the pool. Maybe that's customary here, but not what I expected.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was short staffed. No one was at the front desk for 15 min after we arrived, and no sign saying to wait. The breakfast was ok. There were a lot of guests and only one staff trying to keep everything filled and functional. They had run out of oil spray for the waffle maker, so guests were annoyed they couldn’t get their waffles. One other tiny feedback, the hot tub wasn’t working. The button for turning on the hot water was broken.

This is a nice little hotel, easily reaching Katy and Cinco Ranch. This is not a luxury hotel, but has all the amenities you would want. Breakfast, a little shop for snacks, a work out area, and is pretty quiet. Nice carts for moving your stuff in and out. No charging on site for your car, but there are close Tesla chargers.

It’s a BW Plus, just off Int 10 in Katy, Tx. Good location for doing business in the area. Nothing special, but that’s ok. It was surprisingly quiet considering proximity to highway and construction workers who stay during the week. They were all very respectful of other guests. The breakfast was mediocre because most of it was gone for those arriving later. The room was mostly clean, but no attention to detail. Good restaurant across the street (Italian) and Katy Mills half mile away.

The power had been knocked out by hurricane Beryl. The phones weren’t functional during our entire stay. All the staff were working so hard and handling all the difficulties wonderfully. We haven’t stayed in a hotel that was any cleaner than this one! We will return when visiting family in the future.

Our room was definitely in need of updating… Many of the tiles in the bathroom were broken and the grout crumbling. Our key didn’t work for about half of our stay. The breakfasts were just OK.

Late checkin process fine but the floor seems too old and makes noisy sound when person walked through. and in the next day I found dirty mark above pillow bed. It‘s really frustrating experience. I complained about that to front desk who has no idea to answer me. I wouldn't recommend this to other peoples. I don't know why they have wonderful comment in website.

Stay was average. While room was clean, linens and black out curtains were very dated. Sheets smelt “bleachy” and were very thin and worn. Area seemed safe and the overnight stay was adequate. If I ever needed to revisit the area I would probably shop other hotels.

Staff was so helpful. I was there in Houston for a Dr appointment. Things changed and had to stay an additional night. Milan the front desk manager helped my wife make additional changes in my absence. This is our place to stay while we are in Katy. Note I complete these surveys each time and always comment about the pillows. We had different pillows is time and they where great.

The hotel is clean and well priced. The staff was nowhere to be found on four different occasions. It took several times of calling to get an answer. When I did find Joey, he was very pleasant and professional, but I just don’t know if Best Western isn’t well staffed. Also, our TV wasn’t working, so Joey was kind enough to get it started for us, but when we got back from our ballgame, the TV started, but the remote wouldn’t change the channels. Overall comfortable stay and maybe can recommend it for an overnight stay, But not for multiple days stay.

Our stay was excellent. Milan at the front desk was amazing!! He was such a great help. We were there because my husband was having treatments at the Medical Center. My husband was not feeling well and so any questions I had or help I needed Milan went above and beyond caring and helping.

Not sure where all of the amazing reviews are coming from. We accidentally booked here after a previously not so great experience and this time was even worse. Our room key wouldn't work each night that we returned to our room. We had to go downstairs to get a new key. Of the four nights we stayed, housekeeping never came to freshen beds. Trash was emptied so we know they came. They just left everything else unattended, even though we tried our best to tidy each morning before we left for the day. There was dried up pasta (not from us) on the floor and there was make up smudged on the sheets. We needed fresh sheets one night after housekeeping had failed to freshen the bed, even though we pulled the sheets down. They made us come down for them. Each morning they we left and each night that we returned, there was no one at the front desk. Housekeeping and customer service are majorly lacking. I am by no means high maintenance and am pretty forgiving, but this is one of the worst, if not worst, hotel experiences we've had in several years. If any of this matters to you, I'd find a different hotel.

Very friendly staff and the check-in process was super fast. The rooms were clean and larger than I expected (I had a king bed and there was plenty of space in the room for my luggage). There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The bed was really comfortable for me--just the perfect firmness. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was hot and fresh, so I was happy with that. The dark roast coffee was strong and delightful! They did have other options for coffee, but I only had the dark roast. Overall, excellent stay and very friendly staff. I do recommend!

The room wasn't to bad- EXCEPT no remote for the TV, no alarm clock. When we called the front desk several times and the clerk never answered. We we went down to the desk to try & get a remote for the TV- he asked what we did with it. Then he said he would bring 1 to our room, but never asked our room number. We had to tell the room. He had absolutely no personality. And not helpful at all.

Granted it was Christmas Eve Fresh towels delivered to the room but it wasn’t serviced. Bed not made, soaps nor coffee not replenished. Breakfast Christmas Eve morning ran out of pancake mix, coffee, milk, breakfast Christmas Day no problem. Carpet in the room needed restretched. People were very pleasant. All in all clean for the price.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location was ideal for us. The breakfast area could use attention. One day we came down and there was no milk. Another day there was no coffee. Wish there was more variety. Pretty much the same choices each day.
